Karen & Brian are stars! From the moment I read their profile, I knew I wanted them to be the ones who sat for our kitten Rupert. I can assure you that my feelings were spot on because they were amazing! Unfortunately, with the way our flights worked out, we were unable to meet Karen & Brian in person, however this was not an issue as they were completely self-reliant. Apart from much appreciated photo updates, we barely heard boo from them whilst we were away. On our return however, there was no doubt that Rupert had been exceptionally cared for! On top of that our house was sparkling, and Karen had very kindly updated my notes on some local restaurants and cafe's with additional places they had visited which they would recommend. The whole experience with Karen and Brian was exemplary, especially considering it was out first sit. Thank you both for taking such good care of Rupert, he would have you back in a heartbeat (as would we)!
Jackie (Palma`s wife) and her mother Miriam came to Sit our little Lady Rats family. Since our first contact, while choosing the Sitter, they`ve shown incredible will and curiosity to learn how to interact and take care of Pet Rats. They`ve listen and followed all the instructions perfectly! Taking notes and coming forth with doubts and thoughts on the care-taking of the 6 Ladie Rats that OWN my home. (Hahaha) With the daily videos and photos, they shown clear will and love towards Pet Rats! Playing every day, keeping them safe during free-roaming and watching every move they make (They are mischievous and want to chew all there is! hahaha). They became best friends in a glimpse, and that was wonderful to see. With their gentle touch, the Ladies were very well taken care of. All the handling and attention to the details of Rat Care were taken into full account by them. As I`ve fallen in love with this six-pack of Lady Rats, so did they. At that point, I was already sure the Ladies would be safe in their hands. The home was well maintained, house floor kept clean for the Rats and all the trouble the Ladies would cause, were cleaned and reported. What remains is a grateful feeling that I`ve chosen the perfect Sitters to open my home to. Jackie and her family will always be welcome at my home. Thank you for the wonderful HouseSitter experience. Karolina was amazing with Bo! She immediately made me feel at ease and I could tell she was great with animals as Bo took to her straight away. Karolina gave me regular updates with pics and videos and I could see they were both enjoying their time together. Karolina was very tidy and left my apartment spotless, I wish she didn't have to leave to be honest! I'd invite Karolina back in a heart beat.
