Cat Sitters in Indian Cove, NC

Tanya and her daughter house sat for us for a single weekend and were great! Within minutes of us leaving the house, we received a picture of Oliver cuddling on the couch with them. Communication was great while we were gone and we returned to a clean house and happy pets. After the stay, Tanya left a detailed review with some tips for future sitters on how to handle some quirks that Oliver has. We would definitely use Tanya again!

We honestly can’t imagine a better pet and house sitter than Lary. Our 15 1/2 year old dog could not have been in better hands. Lary’s presence (almost) eliminated the guilt that we inevitably feel when we travel.

Eireann was great! Our home was in perfect condition when we returned. Our plants had been watered and were looking great. Our dogs were happy and content when we returned. The only concern we had was that their water dishes were completely empty when we got home. The dogs had been alone for about 6 hours, so it's possible they drank all the water, which is why this review is still rated as 5 stars. We would be happy to have Eireann return to sit for us again some time in the future.

I can’t say enough good things about David and Bernadette! As always they check all the boxes. Communicative, sent photos and my home and pets were in great shape when I returned. Hope to have them again!

Amanda was the best sitter I've had. Her dog Honey and my dog got along really well and Amanda was reliable, a great communicator, and a really nice person to get to know.

Melissa was fantastic. She was quick to respond, checked in daily with updates and also handled an unseen pet issue flawlessly. We would love to have her back anytime!

Amy stayed with my Banjo and took such great care for him while i was gone. I highly recommend Amy to anyone that is looking for a house-sitter!

Andrew was great! When he first met Henry, who was hiding under the bed, Andrew approached him in just the right way (wiggled his fingers a bit in Henry’s view), leading Henry to come right out and say hi. When I texted to check in, Andrew responded right away with a detailed summary of Henry’s goings-on. And since I was only going away for a quick overnight road trip, the timing was a bit up in the air - Andrew was very flexible and accommodating, which I greatly appreciated. Highly recommend!

Robin is a lovely person and a superb pet sitter! She took perfect care of our Labrador (Toby) during September 2024. When we returned home, it was obvious that Toby had become very attached to Robin. Communications with Robin before, during and after the visit have been excellent. She arrived at our home at the agreed day and time, and she sent us daily reports, photos and videos during the time she looked after Toby. Toby was fortunate to have Robin take care of him, and Robin even took him on daily excursions to various places in the part of Switzerland where we live. We highly recommend Robin as a TOP QUALITY and MOST TRUSTWORTHY house/pet sitter!

I had the pleasure of meeting both people, but only Gabe was at my house sit (I knew from the beginning)  This couple was incredibly kind and attentive . They asked great questions and even came and visited after they videoed before. And they clearly cared about animals. :) With the stay, Gabe was absolutely brilliant from the beginning. His communication was perfect. He gave me a little update every day and made me feel totally assured and at peace during my entire stay. Even though I told him he didn’t have to, he took my kitty on walks pretty much every day. I can also tell that the amount of food he fed my cat was exactly correct. When I returned home, I think the apartment was probably cleaner that I left it. The litter with scooped, and the water was full. My kitty had food. And he was excited to see me, but he seemed very well taken care of and happy. I would 100% recommend either one of these lovely humans to watch and care for your for babies. They are loving and gentle, communicate well, respectful, and brilliant.

Jessica cheerfully endured a sit where she had to deal with a lot of rainy weather and a dog who likes to go on walks regardless of the weather - he’s a Lab, so I think he actually enjoys the rain! She maintained such a good attitude about everything and she sent several photos of the two of them snuggling on the couch when they were stuck indoors. I should also mention that she is excellent with communication during the sit, and she left my house very neat and clean. I felt that Hudson got lots of loving attention and was very well-cared-for. I would recommend Jessica to anyone looking for a great sitter!
