My Scarlet had the best time with Lee and SouthBeach Pets! Lee kept me informed with great photos and text messages! They literally took care of my fur baby like she was one of their own. This is not a SERVICE, but a BLESSING!

I highly recommend these 2 heroes, Amit and Lee! Our dog loves them so much (he ignores me as soon as he sees them :)) and I trust them a 100% when I have to travel. Nobe dog boarding is fantastic! They love and care for my fur babies as if they were their own. Lee and Amit are wonderful. They have been boarding them whenever we travel for over a year and a half, and they walk them daily during the week while we are working. They’re punctual, conscientious and trustworthy. I wouldn’t consider anyone else to take care of my fur babies, and they can be a little rowdy. Lee’s calm demeanor sets the tone and their behavior and socialization has improved. I almost don't want to leave a review because my pup (Nala) and I want to keep to coming back to Lee and don't want him to be booked. However, I can't not leave a review. I found my pup 7weeks prior to Lee taking care of her. Knowing she's in a good, safe, loving home while I travel is seriously the best feeling ever. Nala was not only well taken care of but loved -- Nothing better than that.

I can not put into words how grateful we are to have found Claudia and her company Love 4 Paws. We have been using Love 4 Paws services since our 4 yr old Rhodesian was a 12 wk old puppy. She is not the easiest dog - timid with strangers and in general very shy, but she LOVES Claudia. I never have to worry when she is in Claudia's care. We have used the walking, dog boarding, and home day care services. Claudia is an excellent communicator, sends photos often, and is always willing to help with a last minute request. Claudia is the best person to take care of your pets. She is super caring and responsible. She has always treated my furry babies as her own and Boss is actually the best assistant she could wish for. He is always willing to play with other dogs and even when my very loud chihuahua bothers him, he is always patient. I feel like she always comes back better behaved after staying with them. I appreciate that my dog is never in a cage and that the same level of attention and love is provided for every doggie under her care. I cannot recommend her enough.

He loves what he does and it shows in the level of service that him and his team provide; they get a lot of love and he stays in touch daily and sends photos/videos via text or email to let us know that they're enjoying their stay with him and that means the world to us. We always feel at ease going out of town knowing we have Jonathan doing such a great job taking care of our cat. He sends photos of each visit which is nice to confirm your pet is comfortable. He also is great about taking care of not just the litter box, but also watering the plants and keeping the house nice for when we return. We don't need to ever worry about leaving town knowing the cat is in good hands is a great feeling.

I never post reviews but I had to come here to say Four paws is hands down the best service there is. My cat is very shy and usually hides from strangers but he took to Jonathan immediately. Jonathan's animal loving heart shines through the moment you meet him. He is very professional as well but makes you feel like you've known each other for years at the same time. Apparently this is the part I'm supposed give a slight negative but there really aren't any negatives with this service. Highly highly recommend this company.

Best pet care service in Miami! The moment you meet Jonathan you can tell he truly loves animals.My Dachshund is nervous around most people but she loves Jonathan. It's never easy trusting your household and specially your children (dogs)! I never really hesistated contacting Jonathan since he was very well recommended by 2 trusted people... I was very happy that he exceeded my expectations! This was our family’s first time boarding our German Shepherd and I must say we were very happy with Florencia and all her services. Most places make boarding super complicated and expensive, she made everything simple and had reasonable prices. I feel comfortable leaving our pets with her in the future, she's very trustworthy and you can tell she has a passion for what she does. HIGHLY recommended.

Great Service! Florencia is a friendly and professional person. She treats the dogs like a family. I've tried her services many times. She is good in grooming and she is able to meet your needs for example hours that sometimes it's hard with other big grooming companies. She is always a courteous person and able to manage more dogs at the same time. I tried also boarding with her and my dog had a lot of fun there with her and other dogs. What I like most is that this boarding is what I was looking for, is a house where pets feel like they are at their house. Other places around Miami are like zoos where dogs are treated as a number end they spend a lot of time in the cage. Here, with Florencia, pets are free and safe at the same time.

Let me start by telling you that the best part of my 2 week’s vacation, was coming back home to pick up 2 happy dogs. It was a truly peace of mind knowing that my babies where safe, they enjoyed their time so much, they played and socialize and had so much fun, We did took advantage of the full spa service and boy the looked and smelled so good after their bath. I've been using Waggy Tail for over a year for walking and boarding. I originally wanted a service to walk my older dog while I was at work, (since he looooves walks) and for overnights, because I travel for work. My dog is very anxious and doesn’t like many people so we were worried about boarding him. To our surprise he loved Duke Paws from the very beginning. I think this is a testament to their good nature and excellent care for the dogs. It was reassuring and nice to check on their Instagram stories and see Willie out on walks with the other dogs while we were away. We will absolutely be sending him back and would recommend them to anyone who needs any service they offer.

We moved from nyc last year and had no idea who would groom our dog, Gustav. I asked around, but he’s extremely large (110lbs) and was always put on a waitlist. I finally got an appointment on Lincoln rd and it was HORRIBLE. We already knew Valentina from the neighborhood and Gustav loves her, maybe more than me. I begged her fit him in and we’ve never looked back. I drop him off in the morning and he has the BEST day at her house, playing with all the other dogs and getting groomed. It’s always a full day because of his size, but she never complains and drops him off in the evening. She’s honestly the best in Miami. She also boards dogs, which I haven’t done, but she’d be the only person I’d leave gustav with!!

When I returned to the office, I was so overwhelmed about what to do with my dog on those extra long days and thankfully found Valentina's company!! Valentina and Giorgia took the time to come meet my dog and answer any/every question I had. Giorgia walks my pup and is AMAZING with her! Even with pouring rain, I can count on her. My pup isn't always the easiest, especially when you first meet her and can pull your arm off sometimes when walking, but Giorgia is just the best walking her. She also sends me an update on how the walk went with pictures and videos. Helps so much!! So I moved to Miami March of 22’ and was looking for a dog friendly property for my two dogs and it was extremely difficult after 8 months I was able to find a place and South Fl took care of my babies the entire time. I highly recommend their services. My fur babies had only ever stayed with close family members outside of me and 1 sitter I found on rover that didn’t go well. It was important to me that they weren’t locked in cages all day and had a similar schedule to what I provided at home and South Fl did just that I am beyond grateful for the care and stay they provided for my babies.

Kern and his team did an excellent job caring for my dog long term (7+ days) He made sure she felt welcome and cared for so she was able to continue to be her expressive, happy self. He was also patient and disciplined with her as I would be to make sure she stayed on her schedule and within her boundaries. Kern is great to communicate with, coordinate with, and have take care of your fur baby.!!!!!

Have been using this group for boarding for a couple of years now. This team is amazing. They are organized and prompt. I know I can rely on them to take care of my bulldog and Great Dane. Also, my dogs are always excited when they show up which is kind of weird, but makes me glad as well, since it’s obvious they like Kearn and have a good time. Would recommended to anyone looking for a great place to board their dogs. Usually dogs have their own rooms and areas which is great for my dogs as they come as a pair and my bulldog has some breathing issues. The rates are clear and reliable and no hidden fees or scary unexpected bills. Thanks for all you do! We are glad to have found such a great team!

My shih tzu Polo goes to daycare twice a week and he is ALWAYS way too excited when Isiah comes to pick him up. They are super friendly, great to communicate and coordinate with, you can really tell the dogs are loved and pampered while they are there. The daily pictures and videos are a great plus!! It feels like a personalized service, not like you are dropping your dog off with 50 other dogs and hoping it goes well like in other places. Would 1000% recommend this place to everyone who wants their dog to be loved and taken care of.

We left our pup with the South Florida Pet Sitter team for 3 days. We were nervous at first because we have never been separated. They sent us multiple pictures of our pup while we were away and she was having such an amazing time! We will definitely bring her back next time we leave town. They are trustworthy, quick to respond, and it’s obvious how much they care!!! 10/10 highly recommended!

I was stressing when my last pet sitter moved away but luckily I found South Florida Pet Sitter to watch my 2 pups! I don’t trust my dogs with just anyone and Kern and Isaiah have both been amazing with them. It gives me such peace of mind knowing they’re in great hands and being well taken care of, plus I love that they send me updates and pictures while they are there.

My dog Apollo loves coming to day care and staying over night. Literally pulls me to the door when I get there! And he always comes home a happy healthy dog. I like that they have their own rooms to sleep, not cages, and can play in the backyard. We live in an apartment so he needs that outdoor play. Highly recommend!

I've entrusted my rescue lab Murrow to the South Florida Sitter team for years now. My dog is special needs & can be kind of a handful, but these folks are pros! Murrow is so happy when he sees them and when he comes home. They provide a loving active space & have vast knowledge of caring for all kinds of dogs. They respond to me when I have questions regarding health & behavior even if they're not sitting for Murrow at that time. They are punctual, fair & always on point. I highly recommend these guys!

Kern and Isiah was fantastic with our elderly American bulldog. She’s both easy and difficult, as she needs to be rolled around in a wagon most of the time. They were patient and gracious with her, even with her uncharacteristic accident in his house. And we feel like we got a professional photographer with the start, with how beautiful his daily pictures were.

Left our fury family member there for a weekend. She had a great time with all the other dogs. No crates all the dogs out playing and socializing all day. It's a perfect cage free environment. Everyone at Waggle Bros were extremely friendly and helpful. The facility is clean and well taken care of with and app that you can download and check in on your little pup. Our little cupcake didn't want to leave but came home clean and happy.

I brought my schnauzer in for a hair cut. A schnauzer cut. They (Danny) did a wonderful job. I took him back the next time and was told that he had (2) small matted areas and needed too have the hair cut short in that area, but could still get his schnauzer cut. When I went to pick him up the owner was not there and I was given him by one of the persons that work there who spoke VERY little English. My dog was cut NOTHING like a schnauzer! I telephoned the owner and she gave a dry apologize,but did nothing more than that. Mind you they did such a good job the first time I pre-paid for his SCHNAUZER cut. But that’s not what I got. I then asked her so how much is a shaved down cut like what was given to him and she said “oh it’s the same price”. Needless to say I took him back again to give them another try. This time he had a cut on his heel. They messed up his beard (it was one sided) and they COMPLETELY shaved him down like a grey hound! The owner pretended to be this super nice person in the beginning, but I’m finding out something different. I asked her how much for the hair cut because it was not a schnauzer cut and again she said &75. The price is the same. I will never take my dog back there again! If she would have been apologetic and adjusted the price, ( mind you this is the second incident) I would not be writing this. Consumers need to be aware. Business owner’s need to realize that the same service they expect when they become customers, is what their customers want too. Accountability, a sincere apology and a fair and honest resolution. In life the same way we treat people is how we will one day be treated…. Don’t take your dog here,

I recently got my dog Rico groomed here for the first time and the team was fantastic! They were so nice and did a great job keeping him calm and happy. I will definitely be coming back!

I took my very allergic dog to this place, great service. Olga did an amazing job and she is very knowledgeable about pets.

Staff is very friendly and handled my dog very well. Love that you can see the dogs on camera in all the different areas and the little ones hang out behind the front desk. I can tell they really love dogs and their prices are very reasonable. I will definitely use them for boarding.

My dog (a picky client) LOVED this place, she’s now been groomed with 2 different people and she looks adorable every time. She actually gets happy when she walks in, which says a lot!

Everett and his team at Waggle Bros are amazing! We've been taking our basset hound Lucy there since she was a puppy - both for day care a few days a month and for boarding when we travel. Lucy absolutely loves it there and comes home happy and exhausted after each trip to Waggles. The staff has an obvious love for the dogs and we are confident that she is well cared for. The webcam allows us to check-in every once in a while to see her playing with the other dogs. Waggle Bros delivers a great service and we're thankful to have them in the neighborhood.

I was very weary of leaving my dog anywhere, as it was my first time in 9 years of owning my dog that she could not stay with a family member. I really loved that I could log in at anytime and look at one of multiple cameras to see what she was up to and know that she was being well cared for. Waggle Brothers was absolutely amazing and I recommend them to anyone I meet who has boarding needs.

TERRIBLE.If i could give 0 stars I would.I went to get my 2 dogs a short puppy haircut, bad customer service from the workers,very rude,although the owner herself is great. It’s been about a week and I’ve noticed that my dog was scratching himself a lot so I took a look to see what happened, and what I saw was shocking, on his neck he had a big scab with dried blood, and on his tail he had cuts and dried blood, the cuts Where obvious and they at least should have told me what happened but they just gave me my dogs and charged me $20 extra because my dog had knots in his hair which I understand but when they came back they still had knots and they where extremely cut. I usually check my dogs afterwards but I didn’t because I had trust from former experiences. They also had a couple of long hairs on their ears and they didnt brush their teeth. Very shocking because they always did so well , but I will NEVER take them there again.

I have always had a great experience here. Maria is amazing, she is always available (day, night and weekends) on her cell to answer questions and concerns and she accommodates every dog's need on a case by case basis. We had a very sick german shepherd who needed medicated food, daily meds and daily subcutaneous fluids. Maria sat with me for at least 45 mins to go over every detail of her care and then sent us daily updates on her status during our trip. Our dog didn't necessarily like being somewhere strange as she was very very shy but we knew she was in good hands here. Our new puppy is now fully vaccinated and we can't wait to have him come and socialize at Waggle brothers :)
