Alexandra was on time and always responded to our messages within a timely manner. She was a solid trooper being here in Tahoe during an unprecedented storm season which I’m sure couldn’t have been easy to stay snowed in for so many days. Ari was incredible! She showed up on time the day she came to my home which was very important so I could leave and catch my flight. Her love for dogs was obvious. She immediately sat on the floor and started getting to know my dog when she came into the house that first day. She’s had experience with dogs with separation anxiety and worked from home so it was a perfect fit. She checked in and sent pictures of my dog every day at first until I told her I didn’t need them daily. But she did continue to keep me updated with photos and commentary about the hikes they took and how he was eating. She remembered to give him his medicine and even tried brushing his teeth which is a difficult endeavor. Ari was very thoughtful about the house as well and it was in perfect order on my return. I had my house cleaners come the day I returned but everything was in its place and well taken care of by Ari. Even the plants in my garden were thriving. She had let me know that the lawn needed mowing and was willing to call my gardener to get him to come. She also took care of a house call to have something fixed in the house while I was gone. I enjoyed Ari very much and invited her to stay for the day in between my house and her next sit. We had a great time that day and night. She’s fun, smart and funny and easy to be with; it felt like we’d been friends for years. I highly recommend Ari as your next house and pet sitter.
