Adrienne is such a warm, fun, outgoing lady. She took wonderful care of Harley & Rusty, walking them at least twice a day. She definitely bonded with them. She sent pictures & kept us updated while we were gone. Adrienne seemed to enjoy her time here (taking lots of pictures). She met many of our neighbors & their dogs. It was nice she came a full day ahead of time so that we could show her around The Villages, especially getting around in our golf cart to restaurants, grocery stores, an entertainment area & swimming pool. After driving Adrienne around in the golf cart the day she arrived, my husband had her drive the golf cart the next morning before we left so she could get familiar with driving it. She did struggle with finding her way around in the golf cart after we left, even though we left maps of The Villages & told her about The Villages app with GPS. Because she was uncomfortable getting around in the golf cart, she asked a neighbor to help her & he took her to get groceries. We feel bad that she wasn't able to find her way around while she was here. We've labelled the light/fan switches in the house. Some of the switches (indicated with a red dot) control lights that are on a timers and we informed Adrienne about the meaning of the red dot. She must have accidentally manually turned off the living room light that was on a timer and didn't realize it, so it was dark in the living room. We typically leave out extra light bulbs in case one goes out. Well, we forgot this time to leave them out & of course, a bulb in the guest bedroom went out while we were gone. But Adrienne was self sufficient & used the lantern I left. Upon our return, she indicated she didn't contact us to find out where extra bulbs were because the lantern worked fine; so glad she found a solution! The only downside of this sit was the cleanliness of our home upon our return. Our dogs primarily stay in the enclosed lanai & they go outside through the lanai door. When they come in from outside, dried grass comes in on their paws (especially when it's damp outside) so we're totally understanding about grass in the lanai. However, there was a lot of dried grass in the house, especially the kitchen. When I mentioned it to Adrienne, she said it must have come in on her shoes because the dogs had not been in the house. Also, something had run over in the microwave & hadn't been cleaned up so I had to clean the microwave before I could use it the night of our return. Dishes were left in the dishwasher. Adrienne did wash the guest bedroom sheets before we came home, but she stayed the night of our return & slept in the bed again (she said she only sleeps on the very edge of the bed so the other side was clean for the next people using the guest bedroom). We really liked Adrienne & she was excellent with our dogs, which is the most important thing! We would ask her to sit for us again with our expectations of home cleanliness.

We're new to zeewoi and Ashley was thoughtful and patient with us as we figured out how to make the stay a comfortable one. We have a variety of animals (dogs, goats, llamas) and she was able to take care of all of them with no problem. The house was also immaculate when we returned, very grateful to have Ashley keep tabs on things here.

Tara and Michael were fantastic with Sparky & Joey! Both cats even felt comfortable and happy enough to lie on their backs with their bellies exposed, which is a great sign of trust. Tara and Michael sent photos every day, which I loved, and left the house in great condition. I highly recommend them!

Jaclyn immediately left a great impression on us. She drove about halfway across the country for this sit and we're very happy she did. She was very responsive and took great care of our pup. Very organized as well in terms of arranging her departure time. We were greeted by a happy dog when we came back and found a kind little note on our table. We would definitely have Jaclyn back!

Absolutely wonderful having Loran & Tom return to sit for us, the 2 older dogs remembered them and it was like they'd never been away. Loran & Tom are kind, helpful, very self sufficient and can't do enough for the dogs. There was lots of communication and photos whilst we were away and although we were not worried at all it's always lovely to see how the dogs are getting on. I can't recommend Loran & Tom enough and hope that they will return to sit again

If I could give 10 stars I would. Doug and Belinda were fabulous. The pups were well cared for and both very content. I was almost jealous when we came home as the pups hung out with Doug and not us for a little while. The house was spotless. Cleaner than I had left it which was quite clean. Great communicators We are hoping and praying they will come back in June for 3 weeks. Super nice couple. Great meeting and getting to know them. Can’t thank them enough for everything.

John was very personable and made this sit happen after having a car accident a few days before. He loved Pepper and gave him loads of love. Pepper needed medication which he did and did what no other sitter has ever done…he brushed his teeth daily , that’s dedication! We were in Scotland and had cummication every day. Thank you John. A pleasure meeting you!

This is the second time Michelle has stayed with Ruthie and Rosie. She is quick to respond to all communication and you can count on her to arrive on time as promised. Michelle reached out with any questions she had and left the house in perfect order. Do not hesitate to sign her up as your housesitter!

It was a pleasure to have Julie stay in our home and care for our pets. She was communicative and open throughout. Our pets were well cared for and our home left clean and tidy. We would certainly recommend Julie as a pet and house sitter. (We were just so sorry the weather was unseasonably cold and we did not prepare for the wintery heating schedule - lesson learnt on our part!)

Abbie was phenomenal! This was certainly the most difficult and eventful sit we've ever handed off to anyone and we were lucky to have her for it. She was so communicative, adaptable, reliable, and handled all the unexpected events with understanding and good humor. Our dog Tuna is people-shy, dog-reactive and had a health scare prior to the sit, so Abbie had some extra responsibilities from the start. In addition to the daily medical updates we requested, she also sent extra photos and little snippets of their daily happenings. We could see how comfortable Tuna was getting with her! When Tuna refused to go down our usual off-leash trails for unknown personal canid reasons, Abbie pivoted and explored until she was able to find an alternate route for long walks. Leash walking around a neighborhood is never as fun as off-leash trails, but Abbie was committed to getting Tuna's daily exercise in and safely led her through the local traffic (tricky when your nosy dog likes watch oncoming cars from the middle of the road). When a large loose dog charged at them, Abbie kept Tuna calm and kept both dogs safely separated until the owner was able to wrangle their dog back inside. We came back to a clean house, happy plants, and of course, a happy Tuna. We'd recommend Abbie anywhere!

Leslie was an absolutely wonderful sitter. She obviously truly loves spending time with animals and my cats were relaxed and very happy campers on my return. She sent fun and informative texts and pictures of the kitties at play. The house was spotless on my return and she took excellent care of everything while I was away. I would ask her back in a heartbeat.

Maggie watched our 2 year old golden retriever while we were out of the country for 9 days. She was very self reliant and took great care of Max and our home. She communicated well with us leading up to the trip, was responsive during the trip and left our house clean and with fresh linens. Thanks Maggie!
