We had a fantastic stay at Caroline and James’ lovely home. Their cat, Holly, is very easy to look after and a delight. We were made very welcome and had everything we needed. The Chapel St. shops, market, parks and tram are all nearby. Highly recommend this sit if you are visiting Melbourne.
My 3 weeks in Vienna have been simply sensational thanks to Max, adorable, and his two cats. Both Eli and Fritz are the nicest ever and the flat is great too. A real joy to stay with them. Thank you!
Wow! What a truly wonderful property and location. We could not have asked for a more perfect place to stay. The house was clean, had everything we could possibly need and our hosts were amazing. Felicity left us a super helpful ‘welcome guide’ which we really appreciated. And..where do I even start with Ted?! We absolutely fell in love with him. What a wonderful pup he is. Thank you to Alex and Felicity for letting us stay in your home, we’d love to return one day!
It was an absolute pleasure looking after Troy, Toby and Archie – they are all so adorable and very well behaved. I was made to feel extremely welcome by all the family and it was an honour to stay in such a beautiful home. I would happily housesit in the future.
For many reasons, this was one of our best house sits yet. Although we did not have the opportunity to meet Sue and Ross, we were well informed and in contact by text. Their son welcomed us and introduced us to the spaniels, their routine and the farmhouse. Granny Alice, who lived nearby, was also very kind and helpful. The dogs were endearing … so friendly, well-behaved and great companions. The older spaniel Piper took immediately to Betty, my 96 year old mum-in-law who came with us. The younger sisters, Willow and Belle, loved their walks to Loch Leven and through the local fields but particularly enjoyed playing with the ball, competing with each other to see who could get to it first! Glenfarg is in a great location surrounded by beautiful countryside and places of interest. We drove Betty to Coupar Angus, picking up her brother in Dundee and took them on a trip down memory lane. They both grew up there in the 1930s. Another day, we drove to historic St Andrews and visited the university chapel where she was married. The day after we returned to Newcastle, we asked Betty (who has dementia) what she remembered about our wee holiday in Scotland. Her answer summed it up completely … the generosity of the people in whose house we stayed and the loving attention of the three dogs.
What a lovely relaxing sit for Polly and Bosco. So well trained and behaved. Amazing scenery. Would love to sit again xx
