I really enjoyed my sit at Sasha’s apartment with Gracie. Her apartment was tidy, cozy and had really wonderful energy. It had everything I could need for a short sit and a large grocery store walking distance for anything I needed. Gracie was a joy to care for and we did a lot of chilling. I would come back and sit again in a heartbeat. Thanks Sasha and Gracie for the peaceful accommodations.
Housesitting for Miranda was a great experience. Banksy and Prim are lovely pets, very easy to care for and very rewarding to be around. Miranda's home is wonderful; very comfortable, welcoming and well equipped with everything you would need . Super comfy and spacious bedroom. The garden is like stepping into a slice of paradise! Miranda and Tristram were really welcoming and put us at ease as well as giving us a thorough understanding of what Banksy and Prim are like and what they need. Anyone who stays here is extremely fortunate.
I had a lovely week petsitting Percy and Smokey. Percy is a very smart and loving puppy. Smokey is a chill and very affectionate cat. They are super easy to look after. The home is conveniently located near various shops and dining options. The house has a beautiful garden and pool area on a canal that feels like a little tropical oasis. April and Richard were very pleasant and easy to communicate with.
Jane was super nice and welcoming. Had great communication with us and made sure we had everything we needed to comfortably complete our sit. Ziggy was nice and easy to look after. Would recommend Jane and Ziggy to all!
I had such a wonderful time looking after Sylvester - he is such a sweetheart with bags of character & independence. After getting used to me he was also really companionable & great to hang out with - I miss him already - especially his hammy dance! Ellie was really friendly & easy to communicate with, leaving clear instructions for looking after Sylvester and the house. The house is beautiful, clean and comfortable with everything you need. Gloria was very organised and had all the necessary information on hand for me upon my arrival, as well, she was acutely aware of her dogs' idiosyncrasies and planned in advance for the occassion. I enjoyed looking after Luigi & Yoda, two very loveable dogs and a delight to look after. The house is conveniently located and within easy driving to major stores. I found the neighbourhood quiet and the people I encountered were friendly & socialable.

I would recommend Tracy and her dog boarding services without reservation. I was desperate for a days doggy care to be able to speak at a conference in Bromsgrove. It’s always difficult to totally trust a service that is several hundred miles away from your home. Without Tracy’s help and excellent communications, I would not have been able to fulfil this commitment. Organised, helpful and above all, a trustworthy and caring place - see photo - to leave my dear friend for the day. I will be using again next year.
Tracey is incredible with our puppy Poppy and Poppy adores her. She treats her as if she is her very own dog and we get regular pupdates. She is very caring, trusting and understanding. I would highly recommend her for looking after your furbaby. Tracey goes above and beyond for us and we couldn't be happier to have found her! 🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟💕 Update 22/Oct/22: We had Poppy boarding with Tracey for 9 nights and she was so incredibly spoilt with love and affection by Tracey and her family for that time that she didn't want to come home!! It's safe to say she made some life long friends during her stay. Tracey is a gem in the doggy world and we couldn't thank her enough for her care services!
Tracey & Martin were fantastic. Made every effort to make our 12 month old dog feel comfortable and welcomed her into their home as part of their family. Much more personal service than using a kennels. Would definitely recommend. Our dog had a great time and made some new friends!
Tracey and her partner, have provided a loving, warm and caring environment for our cockapoo puppy. She shows attention to detail with his every need and whilst in her care, she sends photos of him whilst walking, playing or chilling in their beautiful home. I would highly recommend their dog boarding services.

We are quite new with Adam and recently he jumped in to care for our four kitties last minute. Adam is kind, intuitive as to our girls’ needs, and our requirements as client, so along with videos daily to see the kitties, we know how they are and the settling in time. We have two of our four that are previously abused kitties, and one still very nervous - hiding behind the bed most of the time even though Adam is so kind. She’ll come round over time. We would highly recommend Moggy Daycare and so lucky to have found Adam💐🥰
Just got back from a four day trip, first time leaving four out of my six cats and first time using Moggy day care. I couldn't recommend them highly enough! Adam has been great and clearly cares for the kitties like their his own! Daily updates with pics/videos really put my mind at ease and even the nervy cats of the crew are calm and happy and not set back at all! Adam looked after our two cats for 4 days in our home so we could get away for a break. We knew we could trust him from the initial meeting and he did a fantastic job. He stayed in touch and posted regular photo updates so we knew everything was ok. I'd highly recommend Moggy Daycare and will definitely be using again.
We would highly recommend these lovely cat sitters! Very professional, trust worthy and clearly cat lovers! Emily and Adam looked after Alfie & Pumpkin while we went on holiday for a few days. We were updated twice a day every day with pictures, videos and messages to make us feel at ease! They successfully gave Alfie his asthma pump everyday and followed very specific feeding instructions. They made an effort to make the kitties feel as comfortable and happy as can be. Adam is an excellent cat sitter and has repeatedly gone out of his way to help us out on numerous occasions. You can tell he loves cats, and our cats (even the nervy ones) adore him too. We are really pleased with how well Adam looked after our cats. He visited them twice a day for five days and we had regular updates with photos and videos. One of our cats has extra medical needs and Adam and Emily were really thorough with making sure she took all of her medications and going above and beyond to make sure she got her liquid medication that needs to be syringed directly into her mouth (not an easy task!) Whilst we still really missed our cats whilst away, knowing they were being well looked after meant we didn't worry about them at all! Our cats are quite shy and can be slow to warm up to new people, but they both warmed up to Adam over the course of the days we were away, and we got plenty of videos of them enjoying a good fuss. We will definitely be asking Adam to look after them next time we are away!
We turned to Moggy Daycare when we realised that our rescue cat Billy would be completely traumatised by being sent to a cattery. He is terrified of cat cages and change, he is also wary of people he doesn’t know. Our holiday was for 3 weeks and we didn’t want to put him through the stress of a strange environment and honestly having Adam look after our 2 cats is the absolute best thing we could have done. The boys were able to stay at home with familiar surroundings and despite Billy being wary Adam soon won him round. We had regular updates with pictures and videos and you can just tell straight away how much love Adam genuinely has for cats. It was lovely to wake up each morning not having to worry if they were ok and receiving the updates to confirm this. I’m sure if Bear and Billy could talk they would be extremely grateful too! Adam is amazing and our cats absolutely love him. We love the security that Adam knows our cats and they are in safe hands. He looks after them so well and we adore the special touch of photos/videos of our fur babies while we are away. From our first meeting, where he came to get to know the cats/us, to the updates and kitty photos, he has been professional and we couldn't ask for more.
We weren't sure how well our rescue cat would take to a cat sitter coming around, but Moggy Daycare came highly recommended, and now I can see why! Adam is very caring and professional, taking time to visit you and your cat before you go away. While you're away, you get lots of updates (videos and pics) from Adam. We recently started with Kirsty. She comes round a few days a week whilst we are at work in the middle of the day to feed and play with our little puppy Peggy. Kirsty looked after our beagle, Fudge at our house for 8 days this year whilst we were on holiday. He was so much more comfortable at home than in kennels. It was such a hot week in the uk but Kirsty made sure Fudge was cool and cared for, even using her own cooling collar to try and keep his body temperature down as he’s prone to seizures, and sleeping downstairs with him as it was cooler. We got regular updates and photos during the week too. She was absolutely fantastic with him and we will definitely get in touch when we next go away.
Fantastic! Couldnt want for more from a pet sitter. Kirsty looked after our cats at very short notice as we were going away and had just moved. They were very well looked after and played with. Also daily updates were perfect as we were nervous about leaving our fur babies alone in our new place for the first time. Will definitely be using kirstys services again and would highly recommend! Edit: kirsty has continued to look after our cats for the last year since we moved and she does a great job keeping them happy and healthy while we are away. I can’t thank Kirsty enough for the service she offers. I used to be able to take my dogs to work but with a change of job I had to find alternative plans. It was something that was holding me back from taking a job opportunity. When I first made contact with Kirsty she was friendly and approachable from the first message! I was worried about my dogs as they can be ‘too hyper’ for some people but when Kirsty came for a meet and greet she understood them right away which really put my mind at ease. I get updates from Kirsty while she’s with my dogs and I can see how happy they are! She even gets my stubborn, old chihuahua to play with toys! Needed a cat sitter at very short notice, just to come round and feed our two every day. Was worried as obviously we didn't know Kirsty and let's be honest, your not only trusting them with your "family" but also your property. We quickly arranged a initial meeting and straight away you know she is a genuinely nice person who clearly loves animals. While we were away she kept us informed of our cats every day, really good communication, and went over and above. She put our minds at rest so we could enjoy our break. I’ve been using Kirsty for my two house cats for about eight months and she is brilliant. As a pet lover and cat owner she understands how precious my two are to me and takes excellent care of them. She is also very professional, reliable and trustworthy - I have no worries at all about leaving my keys with her. Kirsty uses a brilliant app to record her visits, including photos and notes so you know exactly what she’s done. Amazing service so I highly recommend her to any pet owner.
My Golden Retriever puppy has been going to Beloved Doggy Day Care for a few months and absolutely loves it! She doesn’t want to come home at the end of the day she has such a great time. The staff are always helpful and accommodating and I feel they look after her well. My older, very anxious dog has boarded there also and been well looked after. Fully recommend Beloved!
This kennels has been an absolute god send for my girls, they can be a little nervous of new people but they walked straight in like they have known them for years! they love coming and playing with their friends they come home so happy. So pleased to have found them they care so much about my girls. I wouldn’t trust anyone else to take care of them. Highly recommend 5*
Pongo and darling had a great time here. Darling doesn't like being away from pongo, but pongo likes to play with dogs, and darling doesn't. They accommodated this and walked them together and also gave pongo time with other dogs while darling got one to one.
I will only give one ⭐️ because I feel very strongly that the experience that my friend has received has been extremely upsetting. Our pets are our family members and after losing both of my dogs I can appreciate the pain that she has felt after losing her best friend whilst in their care. That surely is heartbreaking. When we leave our pets at a boarding kennels we expect to collect them happy, alert and well looked after. Sadly, this hasn’t happened and after discussing this case with someone locally, I have to say this particular place wouldn’t be for me so I’d suggest that if you use this business you should have an open and honest conversation with the owner. I absolutely understand that accidents happen but the best way to deal with them is honesty, empathy and compassion. The above is written from a place of kindness because if you choose to enter into a contract with Beloved then you need to have all the facts available. The above points are my personal opinion after hearing and reading what has happened. All we ever hear these days is that “lessons will be learnt” and whether it’s a family member or pet, these things shouldn’t be able to happen.
My pup Nero absolutely loves it here. He's nine months old and has attended once a week since he was four months old. He doesn't even look back when going through the door!!
Please never take your dogs here. They left a dog alone when they were told to keep 2 dogs together because of separation anxiety. They left the one dog on their own and they got strangled to death by the fence because they were unsupervised. Should be shut down. Disgusting people

Our Labrador, Victor has been coming here for nearly two years and absolutely loves it. Sometimes he goes for the day and sometimes for a holiday of a few days or a few weeks. I love that when I collect him, the staff always talk so lovingly about him and talk about all the cuddles they have. It is a kennels but with a very homely feel and I haven't met anyone that works there that doesn't seem to genuinely care for the animals.
I’ve got a nervous rescue dog and my other dog is disabled. We feel very lucky to have found Beloved Kennels. We get updated with photos and videos showing our dogs running through fields and making friends. They come home so relaxed and exhausted. The staff are so friendly. You can tell they care a lot for each dog. Would highly recommend
PLEASE, PLEASE, PLEASE, do not take your precious dogs to BELOVED DOG KENNELS. MY Niece took her beautiful, soft,kind boy,Lemmy and his brother there today,them being told they must be kept together due to severe separation anxiety (the people there denying all knowledge of this, even though it was on the forms my niece filled in so they obviously don't read the forms about the dogs needs) The boys were duly separated and Lemmy with the worst separation anxiety was left unattended in a field, obviously panicked and got his head through an apparently safe and secure fence and strangled to death,yes STRANGLED TO DEATH.Imagine being my niece receiving this devastating news about her beautiful boy. The people at the kennels have lied through their teeth about certain aspects of this tragic event,probably to cover their own arses. The owner actually had the audacity to say "How do you think I felt having to make that call?"and "I have lost dogs myself too so know how it feels" "Not in these circumstances you havent" "Well no" Really,really what a callous woman. Please,please listen to this warning if you love your dogs. From a heartbroken Niece and her family 😭😭😭😭
We contacted Agnes when we were looking for someone to home board our Jack Russell, Poppy. We arranged to meet Agnes with her own dogs so that she could see how Poppy was with them. As Poppy is a rescue dog and had become very attached to us we were concerned that she wouldn't settle if we left her for a week. We needn't have worried though as she was very happy with Agnes and her family, and we received regular updates and photos showing us what she was up to. In fact when we went to pick her up she didn't seem too bothered and I think she would have been happy to stay longer. I would highly recommend Agnes Pet Sitting Services.
Highly recommend Agnes, who looked after our dog whilst we visited the RSC theatre. Agnes was very flexible with drop-off/pick-up times and responded to correspondence very quickly when booking. We were able to relax and enjoy the show knowing he was in safe hands. Our little dog very much enjoyed his country walk with Agnes and playing with the others who were visiting Agnes that day. We asked Agnes to care for my son's Greyhound whilst he got married at a hotel in Stratford. Agnes collected him from the venue, brought him back to have pictures taken with the bride and groom and returned him the next day. Agnes cares for our four legged friend as if he was her own. She’s friendly, dependable, incredibly caring, and kind to the animals she looks after and walks. I’m so pleased we found her, she has helped us out for 3 years now, from early puppy visits to walks and occasional overnight stays.

We sent our bunnies to Happy Hoppers for a week for bonding, Susan is absolutely amazing, we had updates and video footage sent twice a day, every day. Highly rate this place for boarding bunnies- communication on point whilst we were away to keep us updated which not many boarders do! Great to know bunnies in safe hands as Sue is a trained veterinary nurse and could spot anything early if needed. Our two rabbits came back super chilled and happy. She feeds them high quality food and gave them enrichment and exercise. Will be using this place again! Thanks Sue 😊
Sue was amazing and gave me multiple daily updates while my buns stayed with her for bonding for a week. She sent a run down of how they’d been included pictures and videos so I could see they were ok; it was so reassuring. They were well looked after and Sue clearly adores rabbits and is extremely knowledgable about them. I have used other bonding services before and Sue is by far the best. I won’t go anywhere else now and I live an hour away but it’s worth the travel!

We used Sue's rabbit bonding service for our two rabbits (both male and neutered) and we're so happy that we did! Sue provided multiple updates and videos of our buns each day, answered all our questions thoroughly and was so friendly. Sue is really knowledgable about rabbits and provides a document with lots of information and advice for maintaining and strengthening the bond when your rabbits return home, which has been so valuable. We've had our buns back home for 4 days now and they're doing brilliantly together which is a big relief and so lovely to see. We already feel confident leaving them alone at night time and when we go out which is amazing. It was a 2.5 hour drive each way for my partner but it was absolutely worth it! Great bonding service from Sue for my two bunnies. They got on very well whilst with Sue which, along with the comprehensive instructions for their return home, has stood us in good stead to continue their successful bonding. We have 2 giant continental boys: When buying them (first time adult pet parents) we were told 2 boys were a great pairing! Little did we know… Our boys had their first fight when their hormones came through, they were separated then put back together after a few weeks after neutring with no arguments. The first time we left them with other people, they had a massive fight where one ended up with a swollen face and another with a chunk out of his ear and the emergency vet had to be called. We separated and tried to bond ourselves after a long while which only amounted in more injuries for them. We then found sue who had a 5 month waiting list but I was certain I wanted them to go with her. Fast forward to their stay: sue was fantastic, multiple updates, pictures and videos of our boys, herbs, pellets and unlimited fancy hay! Fast forward again almost 6 weeks since having them back we have had no issues, they are very in love and are having the best time with eachother (and we’ve now bought fancy hay)🙈 long story short: we thought our boys were beyond repair and we would have to get them girls and half their space, and now they/we are one big happy family thanks to sue. Xx she also boarded our buns for a week and we have already booked for next year - it’s so lovely not having to worry that the people looking after your buns don’t see them as family and as important as dogs … sue loves your buns as much as her own and you know they’re being cared for fully xx Sue is 2 hours away from us and we will drive to her every time we go away now.
Honestly the only bunny bonding service you will ever need. I was petrified of taking my bunnies anywhere and scared they would forever live apart. After a few dreadful attempts myself to bond my rabbits, two of which ended in genuinely dreadful injury, I was dreadfully sad thinking my rabbits would have to live apart and be forever alone. I was scared taking them to someone else and scared of more injury. Within an hour of leaving them with Sue she sent pics and a video of them happily sitting together. She is a genuine miracle worker. You can trust your gorgeous babies with this woman and she will change your life. Not only that she is a super lovely woman. Sends videos every single day and you never feel like you're bothering her with your questions!! Also she's far too cheap!! I'd have paid twice the money, if not triple. We gave our four rabbits to Sue a couple of months ago for re-bonding whilst we were on holiday, after several failed attempts of our own. Sue kept us really well updated every day with lots of photos and videos and we always felt sure our beloved pets were in safe hands. We’ve had only one slight incident since getting them back, but Sue was on hand to give advice and reassure us though this and they’re now getting on better than ever. I wouldn’t hesitate to book Sue again for boarding when we’re on holiday and cannot thank her enough. It’s amazing to see our two pairs back together after we’d pretty much lost hope! Our nine year old cross terrier Holly spent 2 weeks in August at Oak Farm. We had been let down by others and Oak Farm were able to help. Holly has skin allergies and has had cataract surgery so needs regular medication, she has also not had many opportunities to mix with other dogs so we were worried how she would react. Thankfully Oak Farm were able to cater for all her needs and she had a great time socialising with the other dogs. We will definitely be using them again and plan to start regular Daycare there shortly. Thank you to all the team😁
We’ve used Oak Farm Kennels for several years. Our two dogs go for a week at a time when we are away and are so excited as soon as we turn into the drive! Sean and the team really know dogs and go the extra mile to provide a safe enriching experience and look after our dogs as well as they do their own. Ours have so much fun playing with similar sized and temperament dogs to themselves. They share a kennel at night so it’s just like home from home for them. Can’t recommend Oak Farm Kennels highly enough. Our dogs always come home healthy, clean and tired! Thank you.
Sean and the team are fantastic. Rosie came for a trial as I was anxious about her mixing with other dogs. It went so well she had 12 days in August whilst we were on holiday. She was shattered when she got home from all the playing with her doggy friends and looks super trim and a much healthier dog. Would highly recommend and use again. Our 10month Puppy stayed for a week while we went away, we had amazing feedback upon pick up and sounds like he had a great time playing with similar sized dogs. We will definitely be booking him in again the next time we go away. It has been brilliant for him to spend time socialising with other dogs.
Sean and the team provide excellent care, love and activities for our two Labradors, Margo & Ralph - this is our third year of using them for a 9 day stay and they are a marvellous kennels. The kennels themselves are clean and smart and the dogs are able to play and socialise all day in the large social areas and fields. Our dogs love it there and always come back clean, fresh and well fed (They also need a three hour nap as soon as they get back because they've had so much fun!) The staff are knowledgeable, caring and friendly, especially Sean and Kacey and we loved seeing our dogs pictures on instagram, splashing in the paddling pool whilst we were away - thank you both so much for taking care of our pups & we'll see you again soon! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️
We left our springer spaniels for a long weekend stay … first time we haven’t left them with family so was worried how they would be but they came back as happy as we left them! Would recommend and will use them again, they also do day care which we plan to use as it’s great to see them interact with other dogs for socialisation.
I can’t recommend these kennels enough. My two dogs have just spent 10days here and had a brilliant time. I love the outdoor space and the fact the dogs spend the day playing and socialising with each other. The staff are all great and really care about the dogs. Thanks all from Fred & Marley.
I have recently started using oak farm kennels , I needed somewere short notice for doggy day care and they was brilliant no hesitation . he is a 19 week old rottweiler called loki and he loves it there the staff are brilliant with him. He is always happy to see them and he also gets to socialise with other dogs which is helpfull with his training. i would highly recommend Sean at oak farm kennels and his fantastic team
We booked a last minute trip and had been looking for somewhere for our dog Arnie to stay. As our dog boarder was full. I was very ,very reluctant to put Arnie our cockapoo in a kennels. I searched high and low and came across oak farm kennels. They had some really good reviews. I can honestly say Arnie had the best time, Maddie kept me posted with lots of videos and pictures of Arnie. Which gave me that resurance. He wasnt stuck in a kennel he was able to run around, splash in water, get muddy and be free! Which I was so happy about. Arnie loved it that much he didn't want to leave! We will definitely be using oak farm kennels again! I'm so happy we found Sean and his team. We can't thank you enough!
My German Shepherd bear stay with sean and his team for a just over a week, good kennels free run all day, good price for boarding also does doggie day care ! Thank you Sean and Team bear will be returning on our next holiday.

Sometimes you have no idea what gems there are right under your nose. I have lived in sight of this establishment for years and knew nothing of the service they provided. Now I do. We have recently moved our 8yr old dog to cottage Kennels, as she's going blond and we where very unhappy with the Kennels we where using. Molly has settled well with Catherine and loves to mooch around with her own older dog, I can honestly say Molly is spoiled while on her holidays .
This place is fantastic..... I was scared of using boarding kennels as my French bulldog Jessica came out of one 3 years ago, very distressed and skinny..... cottage kennels are brilliant, my dog has been well looked after, she's full of beans. I'll definitely be taking jessica back there again. Thank you Catherine and Andrew for taking care of Jessica.

We have been sending our two dogs, Slinky and Stretch, to Pet Central Hotel for 12 years. They love going - they hardly give us a backwards glance when we drop them off! - they have a great time, with lots of fuss, walks and shared exercise time with other dogs, which they love. They come back well-fed, well-kept and happy. The staff are very friendly and helpful, and clearly love the animals they work with. We have sent our cat to Pet Central for several years now and he comes home relaxed and calm which has not happened at other boarding catteries. He gets fed and fussed and has access to outside in a secure and safe environment. The staff are lovely and post updates. Any concerns they contact the owner immediately and we as the owner can contact them if we want to check in. Highly recommend them 👏👏
I dropped my pugs Daisy & Lily here for 6 days in comfort thinking they would be cared for. I requested private kennel.. When i collected then they both smelt of talcom powder, and were not their usual self that evening and in the morning Daisy had died. Im terribly heart broken and upset, when i contacted the kennels they said she was fine, the manager wasn't available, i asked for call back to talk to him, i heard nothing., After researching myself i found out that they shared a kennel with many dogs including a German Shepherd. Theres young girls that run the kennels . The manager isnt onsite hardly. I know this review wont bring Daisy back but it will give other people the opportunity to beware of this kennel. (In response to your reply) I didn’t receive any call or voice message only call after leaving my first review, which taken you 2 weeks to call me back! Bottom line to all this Daisy was healthy happy dog when I dropped her off, but died 17 hours after me collecting her from youre kennel both my pugs were not their usual selfs when I got them home. And yes they’ve been at your kennel 3 times over 5 years only because on your website it states luxury dog hote. I wanted them in room with sofa on their own, which I see photos of them sharing a room with sofa with other dogs. But you say they had their own kennel but I didn’t see this or shown where they were staying. I wasn’t happy with finding out they had shared their play time with 6 large dogs running about crazy including German Shepard. I’m still stressed about all of it and why my little pugs were the only two in that run! It’s was lack of communication with the staff and the care needed for my dogs. We spoken about this over the phone, i have nothing more to say here, Im just voicing Daisy & Lily experience at your kennels!
Our Sproodle Evie is a bit of a princess and we were reluctant to leave her with anyone. We looked around Pet Central and trialed her for 1 night in April…..she absolutely loved it! We have left her in their capable hands on 2 separate weeks this month and have no doubt that she was well looked after. We were worried that she would be subdued when we got her home but she doesn’t skip a beat. Playtime with other similar sized dogs has built up her confidence and done her the world of good. Evie had a full groom this time too and looks gorgeous 😍 Thank you Pet Central, we highly recommend your services.
We have been using this fantastic kennel for around three years. (For day time while at work and also over nights when away.) We have a 5 year old rescue collie who definitely has her quirks but EVERY member of staff is amazing with her. When she started going to kennels she was nervous but she pulls me up the drive to get there. Nigel, Claire and the team know all their dogs extremely well. They even do lovely treats for them such as Christmas dinners, birthday parties or paddling pools in summer! A dog hotel is a much more accurate description! They also do an excellent grooming service and have the expertise to groom even the most anxious dogs. Whenever I collect my dog she’s always smelling beautiful due to a coat conditioning baby powder spray they use- it’s perfect for dogs with sensitive skin too! I HIGHLY RECOMMEND this place to everyone. It is excellent value for money with impeccable staff and they always go above and beyond. A truly one of a kind gem!
Our boisterous boy has been coming here since he was a pup - he's now 3. He loves it here! The staff are all lovely and we know he's well taken care of whether it's day care or the odd few night's stay. It's a 'home from home' kennel and we wouldn't use any other pet care services. They even gave him a special Birthday party!
Such amazing care given to our puppy Sonny when he goes to the day care facility at Pet Central. I wouldn’t leave our puppy anywhere else! He bounds up to the gate without a second glance to us and can’t wait to get through the gate. The facilities and extras offered such as grooming are fantastic and good value for money. Been using pet central for two years now, and I must say that its a great place to leave our very much beloved labrador Otis he spend three days a week with them in day care, and when we go abroad as well. Very highly recommend and Otis runs up the drive and cant wait to get there every time we arrive..

I have ordered on a number of occasions and always been happy with the service and product provided:) I have rabbits, Guinea pigs, hamsters and dogs and have got treats and other products for all from here. the shop doesn't only provide the products but have the knowledge on how best to help your pets such as keeping them calm during the firework season. highly recommended place to visit or as I do order online:)

Lucy went above and beyond when helping me take my cat to the local vet,very friendly and put me at ease as I was a total wreck,she stayed while the vet saw my cat which due to sudden illness had to be put to sleep and made sure I got home okay....so very much appreciated

Every dog owner needs Di & Mark in their lives !! Both are super knowledgeable and ensure that your dog is well looked after in their care, treating all of them like one of their own. My dog Juno goes there three times a week for day care whilst I am at work and boards a couple of times a year too - I am able to drop her off at 7:30am, which is a huge advantage. Juno gets excited when I drive up the road and when I pick her up at the end of the day, she is so tired I have to almost drag her to the car ! All of the dogs in their care get to mix with their own age groups/energy levels in large separate areas throughout the house and garden and even get to go out on long daily walks over the local fields. Nothing is ever too much for Di & Mark and I personally wouldn't trust anyone else to look after our dog now. Thank you for such a fantastic service (Bonnie, Simon & Juno)
Our dog Bella has been going to Padi day care since she was a puppy- almost 5 years ago! Bella loves her time playing and chilling with the other dogs. Di and Mark are always there for practical advice when needed and their home is a doggy haven. Their job is not an easy one, but they all work very hard to make sure the dogs needs come first and we trust them with a very precious member of our family completely.
My dog goes to Paddy day care 3 times a week and loves spending time with the other dogs. I've noticed an improvement in him since going too, he is happier and more chilled. He is nervous of people he doesn't know but settled in really quickly and adores Di and Mark. It's lovely how Di posts photos of the dogs during the day on Facebook, makes yummy home made dog treats and gets the paddling pool out for the dogs. I'd definitely recommend this reliable, friendly and professional service.
I have been using Padi day care for my Dog for just over 2 years. Di and Mark cannot do enough for your Pets. My dog loves going there. Di and Mark will also do their best to accommodate last minute changes of plan. Short notice overnight stays etc. I now have two dogs and they both go to padi. I have no hesitation in recommending padi. Keep up the good work.
We have used Padi dog day care frequently over the last 6 months to look after our rescued Galgo for us during the day or overning when we are working or cannot take her away with us. We have always been very happy with their knowledgeable, friendly and flexible service, and our dog always returns to us in a happy and unstressed state. I have been taking my dog Bella to Padi Home Boarding for Day care for nearly 4 years now and Boarding when we go away and she absolutely loves it! It gives me comfort knowing she’s being looked after in the best possible hands. Di And Mark are lovely, polite and professional and real Dog Lovers, they treat Bella as one of there own. I couldn't recommend Padi Home Boarding enough!
Took my little Yorkie to Diane & Mark for holiday boarding for the very first time and I'm really impressed with how well she was looked after. Saw pics on social media while we were away and Di was happy for us to call to see how she was doing. My yorkie has had a fantastic time staying there and I've already booked for our next holiday. I have no hesitation in recommending them - absolutely brilliant!
Diane and Mark have been looking after my Labrador Max for over 3 years and Max loves it! We trust them so much with our Max and would recommend them to anyone! Max goes twice a week and always comes home tired and sleepy after playing all day with his Doggy friends at day care. Great value for money and priceless fun for all the doggies!
