Nora and Alex are friendly host and communication with them was good. Their home is clean and there were amenities, like the gym, that I found beneficial. Taki and Corkey each have their own unique personalities. Taki likes a bit more attention and enjoys his play time. Overall they were a breeze to look after.
This was an excellent TH experience. Lisa was kind and welcoming and provided us with all the necessary information to make for a fun, easy and smooth sit in her beautiful SLC canyon home. Her dog Tommy is an absolute joy to be around. He's charming and funny and very loyal and lovable. We really enjoyed his company and were sad to leave him when it was time for us to go home. Thank you Lisa and Tommy for sharing your home with us. We hope to meet you again one day!
This was a great house/pet sit for us. Luna is a sweetie and stayed close by us for pets and cuddles when she wasn’t out enjoying the outdoors. Pamela and Patricia are the best! They gave us a thorough walkthrough before heading out on their holiday trip. They also left a few written reminders that came in handy for review. We were only there a few days, but had an opportunity to visit relatives and explore the food scene. Austin is still weird and we love it!
Unfortunately, I didn't have the pleasure of meeting Hannah and Dan due to unexpected delays in train travel on my way to Bath. However, the communication with Hannah was smooth and pleasant, and she arranged for her father to pick me from the train station instead. She was friendly in her calls and messages on WhatsApp. She was also considerate and hospitable and purchased some nice food for me to eat so I wouldn't have to shop for groceries right away as I arrived on a Sunday when shops were closed. There were some issues with the house (one of the showers not working, trouble turning the stovetop on, smoke alarm batteries needing to be replaced) but Hannah helped out quickly with advice in messages via WhatsApp or sent her father to fix something, which was great. This is a nice house sit in the calm neighbourhood of Weston in Bath. The house is nice and spread out over three floors. Office area with a dedicated workspace was great. However, the cellular reception in the area is very bad, to the point of people not being able to call me. Of course, this is not the hosts' fault at all. Maisie, the dog, is nice but sometimes too excitable and hyperactive and she can be a bit complicated to handle on walks. But she is nevertheless a nice dog to be around. Bath is an interesting city to visit - the centre is crowded and noisy but very historical. The Weston area is more calm and relaxed. I recommend other sitters to visit Royal Victoria Park and also take the Cotswolds Way for walks with Maisie. Thanks Hannah and Dan for a nice stay!
Cherly and Ross were really welcoming and Maggie is a lovely little dog, we loved looking after her for the weekend. She’s got a great personality and is truly a no fuss dog. The area is great and the house has everything you could need. Wouldn’t hesitate to recommend house sitting for Cheryl and Ross again!
I had a wonderful time looking after Choco and staying at Sasi’s place. Choco is a really friendly, energetic dog with a great personality, and very affectionate. Sasi was very clear with how to look after him and very communicative. The flat is also lovely, with great views in a perfect location, and very clean! I would definitely recommend a stay here and wouldn’t hesitate to do so again, I miss Choco already. Thanks for everything.
