Jenna provided exceptional housesitting services for us when we were away for a week in January. From the moment we met her, we knew we were in good hands. Jenna was not only tidy and organized, but she also displayed a high level of professionalism throughout her stay at VascoVilla. She kept us updated regularly with photos, which gave us peace of mind knowing that everything was taken care of. Prior to our departure, Jenna took the time to chat with us via phone call and even followed up with a video call prior to our departure to ensure that she had a clear understanding of our expectations. When we returned, we were amazed at how immaculate our house looked. Jenna went above and beyond by washing her own bedsheets from the bed she slept in, remaking it, and leaving everything neat and organized. It truly felt like no one had been in our home. Not only did Jenna take great care of our house, but she also went the extra mile to ensure the well-being of our dogs. She made sure they had food, clean water, and even gave them treats and chew toys before she left. Our furry friends were happy and content throughout our absence. One incident that truly stood out was when our neighbor mentioned seeing Jenna shoveling our three-car driveway on a snowy day. Not only did she take the initiative to clear the driveway, but our kind neighbor even came over with a snowblower to assist her. It was heartwarming to see the community spirit in action. Another aspect that impressed us was Jenna's attention to detail when it came to our plants. She asked us about watering them and specifically inquired about which plants needed less water, more water, or no water at all. This showed her dedication and knowledge in caring for different types of plants, ensuring they thrived in our absence. Jenna also left us a lovely detailed note and some yummy mint chocolates when we returned. This was very thoughtful ❤️ Jenna's dedication, commitment, and attention to detail are truly commendable. We highly recommend her to anyone in need of a reliable and trustworthy housesitter. She goes above and beyond to ensure the well-being of both your home and pets. Megan is self-sufficient, communicated well and took great care of my 4 year-old French Bulldog while I was on an 11 day trip. Would recommend!

James, Morgan's partner was actually the sitter for our 4 y/o dog. He kindly came by before the sit for an orientation in our home and meet our dog. James communicated with us before his arrival and during our two week vacation, even sending photos of Ryder, which we enjoyed. James put bedding and towels in the laundry as well as took out the trash before our arrival, which was very much appreciated. He is a lovely person who I would recommend to anyone. We would be happy to have him sit again.

David and Ann did a wonderful job of caring for Buddy and our home while we were away. Buddy was happy and tired when we got home! I would highly recommend David and Ann for a sit. They kept my herbs alive during a heat wave and left my kitchen sparkling and in better shape than I had left it. They will take good care of your pets and your home. I would highly recommend them.

Karina took the best care of Franklin! We came home to one very tired and happy dog. Her communication was amazing and we had no worries while we were away. We received photo collages of his day which was very cute. She was very clean and tidy. Couldn’t have asked for better care for our dog and our home. I would absolutely recommend Karina as a pet sitter and would have her back to watch our dog anytime. Thank you Karina!

Lindsay and Michael were awesome! They showed genuine care and enthusiasm for looking after my pup and my home. They communicated regularly while I was away, so I knew Freddy was in good hands. I came home from an 8 day work trip to a happy, relaxed dog, and a beautifully clean and tidy home. I would have them back in a heartbeat!

Alexandra was a great house sitter for our French bulldog, Louie. Louie took an instant liking to her as she's friendly, personable and clearly loves animals. We felt very comfortable with Alexandra in our home. When we came back, you could hardly tell she was there as the house was very neat and tidy. We hope to have Alexandra house sit again for us.

Katie and Mike took excellent care of my Rudy! They are the nicest, friendliest couple you would want to leave your pet with.. They left the house tidy and made sure Rudy was well cared for. Rudy and I would both highly recommend them to you!

This is the first time ever that we had sought pet sitters as we became dog owners this year and what a fantastic find it has been for us to have had Adrienne & Gord in our home for the last 6 weeks looking after our puppy, our hamster & fish. Adrienne & Gord did an excellent job watching over our mini zoo & were great company too. Not only did Adrienne & Gord look after our pets very well but also spent time training our puppy. We came back to Tokyo to find our puppy much better behaved than when we left. Thanks so much, Adrienne & Gord. It was great to see that they were familiar & relaxed to be overseas particularly in Japan which it made it much easier for us to explain information to them. As well as looking after our animals so well, Adrienne & Gord faithfully watered our garden as it was a hot summer here this year & kept our home beautifully. Adrienne regularly sent us messages, photos & even videos of our pets & explained about the training carried out on our puppy. Wow ! So impressive. We have even received follow-up advice after Adrienne & Gord left. On return to Tokyo, we found our home to be spotless & everything washed, a hot meal waiting for us & breakfast ready for the next week plus a few extra treats. I would have absolutely no hesitation to ask them to come again the next time we need pet sitters & wish them well in the next pet sitting opportunity which comes their way & hopefully our paths will cross again.

Sandy and Marlene took great care of our two cats recently for 6 days. They were great to deal with leading up to their stay. They left our house in immaculate condition and were kind enough to also keep some of our flower pots alive during the period. We would highly recommend them to others.

Kelvin was an amazing house/pet sitter for us! He took well care of my 2 dogs and 1 Cat (spoiling them to no end)! My house was well maintained and looked after. Would have Kelvin house/pet sit for me anytime!
