Liz's home is very neat and organized. The best part is that out of the windows you are surrounded by trees. From the patio, you can see Mt. Tam. Even though it is in an apartment complex, it is extremely quiet and peaceful. Her unit is on the upper floor at the end. Her kitties, Rio and Frankie, are quite social and curious and came out to meet me when I arrived. All cat supplies are well organized and accessible. Communication with Liz was smooth and she was available via text for updates. Overall it was a pleasant experience.
I've been meaning to visit Craigieburn gardens for many years, and so this housesit was the dream combination for me - period property, gorgeous gardens, with collies as companions. Peter and Janet were great communicators in advance of my visit and gave me a warm welcome on my arrival. I spent many hours exploring and enjoying the gardens with the dogs and would love to look after them again and explore more of the local area.
Cathy and Rodrigo were excellent hosts! We came to meet them a few days before and felt really welcomed by them. The instructions for the house and pets were clear and the communication was impecable throughout the sit. Their home is beautiful and comfortable, well equiped and has a great view of the ocean. The best part of the sit was Tucker and Avery. They are both very sweet and easy to look after. We had long walks on the beach with Tucker and had fun. He really enjoys it. He can go for short or long walks, he's fine just hanging out at the home but also can chase things on the beach for 3 hours! He is cuddly and likes attention, but also can go without it if you are busy. Avery is very sweet and super good company. After a few days she was already seeking our company, a place on our lap and lots of cuddles. She also likes playing with shades, which we found very cute. Could not recommend this sit more. We would definitely come back.
Housesitting for Paige was a great experience. Cider is such a cute cat and very easy to look after. Paige is very kind and accommodating. The house itself is beautiful, very cosy and in a great neighbourhood. 10/10. Thanks Paige! ☺️
I had a wonderful and easy week sitting for Mila and husband's kitty in their beautiful Miami home. Lithe, long-legged, handsome Smittens would seem at home on the wild savannah however I assure there's a snuggly, domestic house cat in him! Shy upon meeting, he's talkative, curious and gentle. It took a few days, but he eventually snuggled in while I read in bed at night. We were buddies by sit's end and it was hard to say goodbye to this unique kitty. Mila and her husband are kind and welcoming hosts. I was happy to overlap one night and familiarize myself with the property and Mr Smitten's routine. Their spotless and airy townhome had everything I needed for a comfortable stay, including a beautiful en suite guest room and plenty of space from which to work remotely. I enjoyed morning walks and runs in the nearby neighborhoods. Restaurants, good take out and a local gym are all within walking distance. (Be sure to try Chill-n Nitrogen ice cream!) If you're seeking low-maintenance kitty companionship in a beautiful home, this is it! I highly recommend sitting for Mila & hubby's special Smittens.
Well, where can I start, everything is been amazing. James is very nice and welcomed me and explained a little about Maxime and made me feel very welcome. His house is amazing and i felt so comfortable. Maxime is an amazing dog. I had so much fun with her and the neighborhood is close to Prospect Park which i used to go to let her run. We played a lot with her beloved ball and we all chilled a lot on the sofa or on the bed cuddling. She is been like my best friends for those days i had the opportunity to stay there. She is totally a cutie, i will miss her✨ Thank you Maxime and thank you James🫶🏻
