We really enjoyed meeting Indigo face-to-face. She is a lovely, gentle person who was loved by our dog Mia and our two cats. She did an excellent job of dog walking, brushing and spoiling. She really knew how to deal with Mia’s over-excited behavior upon greeting initially and each morning. The chickens also looked well cared for. The house was neat and tidy when we returned, which we weren’t expecting with all the springtime dog fur shedding taking place! In addition our cat Jerry peed on some furniture, and she did a great job of cleaning that up so there was no residual smell. Indigo seemed so comfortable at our house & land that she never left in the 10 days we were gone. She hiked with Mia every day on our over 200 + acres. She did a great job of keeping up with eating from the greenhouse and keeping all of the new starts watered. She kept us up to date with photos and weather reports while we were gone. We highly recommend Indigo and would welcome her back anytime.
Lindsey stayed at our place for four days and watched our cat and dog. She did a great job, sending pictures and updates almost every day, and the animals were in great spirits when we returned. She was also very tidy, and actually left our place cleaner than when she arrived!
Jenn (and Ryan) stayed with our cat and two guinea pigs over a long holiday weekend. I was impressed by Jenn's reach out prior to arrival to share their travel/arrival/departure plans to be sure everything matched up. She sent updates and photos and our animals were at ease when we returned. The extra efforts to wash (and dry!) sheets and towels was much appreciated. We would invite them back in a heartbeat!
