Marc and I had a lovely time taking care of Hazel and Buddy in Santa Cruz. The kitties were a little shy at first, but they quickly warmed up and became delightful, affectionate companions. Although we live in the Bay Area, we hadn't been in Santa Cruz in years. The town was a revelation. It has a wonderful setting , and we never tired of strolling along gazing out at Monterey Bay. The boardwalk is fun to look at, with a vibrant atmosphere , even though the attractions are closed due to Covid. Phil and Sherri's home is centrally located , so it's easy to walk to everything. The back deck overlooks a lagoon. Great for sitting out and sipping a coffee in the morning, or a beer in the afternoon. The house itself was immaculate and charming with a fully equipped kitchen and wonderful large T.V. Communication with Phil was easy with a swift response for any questions we had. This was a great sit and we hope to come back again in the future.
If I could give Julie, Jeff, and Cujie 5 MILLION Stars, I would!!!!!!!! This was the best housesit EVER!! Julie and Jeff are some of THE most generous people we’ve ever met. From the welcome gifts, to food in the fridge, gifts from their trip, and MORE… I cannot say enough good about Julie and Jeff. They are above and beyond!! Cujie is the sweetest little boy ever!! We fell in love with him. He eventually warmed up to us and would cuddle with us every night. Their house is absolutely gorgeous and the neighborhood is in a fantastic location. We would dogsit again without hesitation if the opportunity arose. THANK YOU, JULIE, JEFF, AND CUJIE!!

Claire has been taking our staffie for walks for over a year now and what a transformation!! He’s socialised and loves his pack walks with his girlfriends! A lot of his improved behaviour is down to Claire! Our dog is a rescue dog so leaving him with Claire when we’re on holiday is wonderful and puts our minds at ease. We know he’s well looked after and he absolutely loves staying with her. I completely trust her. What more can I say 😘 I can’t speak highly enough about her!
Dillon loves Claire! As well as regular walks he has had numerous holidays at Little Paws, including spending three weeks with her earlier this year and he is booked again for September . He has a great time, we get photos and video clips of all his adventures. Highly recommended by us but, even more importantly by Dillon! Your dog will thank you for it😀!
Kayla has been going on walks with Claire for years and has also had sleepovers. Tsara and Amber are a godsend! After being let down yet again by our usual cat sitter I took a chance with these girls and now I will never use anyone else! They are amazing. They called in on our 2 cats for over 2 weeks while we were away, kept us totally up to date with multiple messages and videos of the boys every single day. The service the girls provide is brilliant. Lexi gets so excited when they come to collect her, she comes back from her walks tired out and ready for a snooze. Lovely girls with a whole lot of love for every dog they take out. It’s an added bonus watching the walks on their Instagram story every day too.
I'm extremely picky about who can look after my cocker spaniel but from the moment I contacted caNine2five I was reassured by their professionalism, quick informative communication and general all round loveliness. They couldn't have been more patient or caring with Cosmo at the meet and greet and made me feel like I could ask a million questions if I wanted to and that would be totally fine with them. They are punctual, reliable and flexible when it comes to dog walks which has been invaluable. I initially only planned one pack walk a week as I didn't actually need him to go but it was more for him to have fun. On seeing the photos and video clips of the walk I immediately requested two walks a week and he can't get enough of them! The only issue Cosmo has is I haven't got him booked in 7 days a week but he waits at the gate every day just in case it's a pack walking day with Tsara and Amber. If I could give them 6 stars I would because they are that amazing and I feel so so lucky Cosmo has them in his life because they make him feel so special and so happy.
We started using CaNine2five last May and it was one of the best things we did for our boy. He gets so excited every time the van pulls up and we get to see what he is up to on their Instagram stories while he is out. The girls are so accommodating and have helped us out frequently. The added bonus is they take beautiful photographs on every walk. Would wholeheartedly recommend the girls.
Tsara looked after our cat while we were away for three weeks and she was just wonderful- so friendly and responsive and very professional plus always went the extra mile with pics/video every day and even watered the houseplants which was much appreciated :) Always felt reassured that our cat was being well looked after. The service the girls provide is second to none - friendly, professional and brilliant. Every walk the dogs are taken on is safe and brilliant exercise for the dogs, allowing them all to socialise whilst the girls capture great pics daily of them all!

This is a fabulous shop if you want excellent products for your dog. The range they have is extensive. Quality dog food and chews, toys, harnesses and leads, so much to choose from. However, it is the time that staff take with you as a customer, their knowledge and their friendliness that sets this shop apart from all others!
Best pet shop I've ever been to, all staff knowledgeable about how to behave around reactive dogs, give you space and support/aid my training sessions when I bring my girl in to train around people/dogs. My dog has made so much progress through the training sessions I've done here. I also love all my purchases made in store including training treats, clickers, dog food and toys!
Fantastic pet shop! We stopped by to get some food for our puppy, and Natalie was super helpful! She answered our MANY questions. Then, she gave us a rundown of all the different types of puppy food they had and recommended the best ones for our puppy. We were seriously impressed with how much she knew and appreciated the time she took with us. Highly recommend this place!
What a fantastic shop, with staff who know exactly what they are talking about and are able to give great advice. The staff were friendly and you can tell they love what they do. It's great to have a family run business to support where there top priority is giving the best advice for you and your pet. We will definitely be back.
Bren and her team at Pampered Pets are fantastic! My dog had been spewing randomly, wasn’t sure what was wrong with him had a vets appointment booked but I went into Pampered Pets to possibly look at getting different food for him to try. Bren came and spoke with me and could see that my dog was so happy and energetic and advised me to try a paste which would help his tummy and make his poos more solid also recommended some kibble for him to try. Fast forward a couple weeks, my dog is doing great! He is back to his normal self, he is pooing normally !! Didn’t need the vets appointment so saved me a trip! I highly recommend anyone to go here, the advice you are given is fantastic, the selection of food and treats are great! I am now putting my dog onto a herbal formula for fleas and ticks and some rabbit ears for a natural wormer as I believe so strongly on natural products for my dog. Thank you for helping me get great products for my wee boy that he LOVES!

We signed up for puppy classes when we knew we would be adopting our pup. Initially I was going to be the only one coking to classes, but after the introduction, my partner was so impressed that he asked if I could message to ask to change our availability so that he could come. We've heard some excellent testimonials from past and reoccurring customers and we're so excited to get going.
Made my first visit here in search of the right size of puppy crate after a less-successful visit to a well-known chain of pet stores where nobody knew anything. At Pampered Pets I was given person help by a knowledgeable, friendly staff member. Lovely atmosphere in shop. Will definitely be a regular customer from now on.
This is a great wee shop, has a fabulous selection of things for dogs and it's nice that the dogs are always welcome in too. They ordered something in for me and held it until I was there next which is really appreciated.

We have used other kennels in the past but i have to say these ones are superb.Our dogs are well looked after and the kennels are so homely and the owners are fab, a real family business.I can't speak highly enough about the care and welfare of our pooches whilst there.It's their country retreat, hehehe.

Fabulous service! Sue walks my dog regularly at least once a week. Also, my dog has stayed with Sue in her home quite happily, even though she is quite a clingy dog, completely indifferent to strangers. Sue’s quiet, calm manner will give reassurance to nervous dogs. Our cat is quite elderly and needs medication so we worry about leaving her but thankfully we are able to call on Sue at Croft Pet Services. She is very professional and follows your instructions but you can tell that she is also affectionate and caring towards your pet. We would 100% recommend her services.

Sue walks our bouncy flat coat Jura weekly, she is reliable and very flexible to our needs for extra walks etc. We love the fact Jura gets a proper off lead run around and Jura is delighted to see Sue. Would definitely recommend.

I couldn't be happier with Walk 'n Wag service; Bridget is an absolute angel and was not only so good with my dogs, but was also extremely flexible with me to accommodate my timings. She kept me constantly updated with texts and pictures while I was away which I have truly appreciated as I always feel a bit paranoid when my dogs are not with me. Price extremely honest. I will definitely use their service again and I strongly recommend it to all my friends in the area.
Bridget is absolutely amazing with my dog. He gets excited just hearing her pull up outside, never mind when he see's her. She is reliable and always on time for his walks. Couldnt ask for someone better to take our boy out and i trust her completely leaving a key for her. She has a passion for dogs and that is very clear to see. I highly recommend WilderNess Walkies. This us our 1st experience using the services of a dog walker and felt quite nervous. Lisa straight away calmed those nerves with her knowledge and patience with our Reggie. Lisa is very reliable, accommodating and provides updates on visits which gives us peace of mind.
Reliable, organised, good communicator. Shares images and videos online so I know my dog is happy and has been out. This gives me peace of mind when I am at work. He is comfortable around Lisa and she is in an elite few he offers belly rubs to so she must be doing something right!
Highly recommend Lisa, she is calm, kind and knowledgeable. Nova throughly loves her walks and it's such a peace of mind she's being taken care of while I'm away with work.
