Beth and Matthew have been my first house sitters - and I was their first house sit too. Beth and Matthew have been great. I was a little nervous as this was the first time I've the zeewoi platform and service. Beth contacted me to let me know that one of my dogs had a sore on her chest and sent me a video to let me see and decide what to do. We agreed my dog needed to be seen by a vet and within a few hours my dog had antibiotics. Beth even popped into a shop to buy my dog a jumper to wear as the vet had recommended this to stop her scratching the sore. When I got home Beth had washed all their bedding and the house was clean and tidy. Both Beth and Matthew are a lovely couple and I would definitely recommend them both if you are looking for reliable and trustworthy house and pet sitters.
Erica was great! Easy to communicate with and very self -sufficient when we ended up being out of service for several days. Pingo and the house were clearly in good hands, we came back to a spotless house with a freshly made bed and a happy dog. We'd definitely have Erica again!
I am so grateful to Victoria for taking such wonderful care of my elder cats,, Zoe and Mischief, my home and my garden! She stayed in touch, and even sent photos of Zoe and Mischief, which further reassured me that my kitties and my home were in good hands while I was away. This was my first time using zeewoi. Not only did I have to prepare my home for a guest but prepare myself for leaving my boys with someone I had only met through a zoom call. Right away, I was put at ease as Sharon just gravitated right to my boys. She asked questions about info that I had missed in my welcome pack that made me rest assured that she was on the ball. Throughout my trip, Sharon kept in touch with me about how the boys were getting along... I was so relieved hearing that their usual playful selves was apparent. Given that our flight home was going to be late, she insisted on waiting until we were heading out of the airport before leaving the boys with their last walk until we came home. When we walked through our front door, the boys were chilling out, our home was spotless, and she even washed the bedding. I can recommend Sharon with 100% certainty that your pets will be in great hands. Thanks Sharon for everything.
Jaclyn was a wonderful sitter for our dog Tucker! She was always quick to respond to communications, she was easy-going and excited to sit with Tucker, she shared updates (with pictures) while we were away, and she left our house cleaner than when we left - she even ran the dishwasher, which we forgot to do before we left! She and Tucker bonded immediately, and when we returned home it was clear that he had a great time with Jaclyn. We can't recommend her highly enough!
I can’t say enough good things about Felicia! She was willing to come over ahead of time so we could meet her. Lele took an instant liking to her (and I think it was mutual).😁 Felicia showed up on time, checked in on a regular basis while I was away, and sent photos of Lele, too. I tend to over prepare, and Felicia was accepting of that and helped me feel okay about my preparation and absence. I felt very comfortable leaving, knowing the most important thing, Lele, was well taken care of. This is my first time using zeewoi, so I didn’t really know what to expect. Felicia far exceeded all of my hopes and expectations. I would absolutely love to have Felicia come back again!
I am so glad that my cat, Duque, and I met Sharon! She is a wonderful person, very kind with pets, thorough with house care and communicative. Sharon's cleaning (and brownies!) went above and beyond and my cat did not seem to have missed me much when I got home. I recommend Sharon if she applies for your sit and we hope to welcome her back to our home one day.
Julie and Adrian were ideal pet and house sitters. Julie and Damian are very friendly and made sure to go over details and ask questions when they arrived. We came home to very happy and contented pets. Our dog and cat clearly got lots of love and attention (also clear from the great photos that Julie and Adrian sent us). The house was immaculate when we came home. We could not ask for better, more trusted, house sitters.
Although they are experienced pet sitters this was their first sit with zeewoi and they were wonderful. Jyoti (our cat) was completely at ease and spent plenty of time on their laps. The chickens were well looked after and they managed the broody one efficiently. Excellent communication before and during the house sit. They followed our detailed instructions conscientiously and left the house clean and tidy. They cooked a meal for us on our return and we enjoyed getting to know them. We would welcome them back any time and highly recommend them for future sits.
Lea was so wonderful, we highly recommend her. She was friendly and communicative throughout, sending us daily updates and photos. We returned back to a beautifully cleaned house and a very happy cat, we are so grateful- she was an absolute delight

Couldn’t ask for anyone better than Leanne! She looks after my precious little dog Milly and does a fantastic job. Very knowledgeable, loving and caring, it takes a lot to satisfy me when it comes to looking after Milly. Sends regular updates with pictures of them having fun or lazing on the sofa after a walk. Milly loves her, judging by the excited bouncing around and tail wagging!! Definitely can't recommend Leanne enough to look after your much loved furry friends!!
Leanne is a very responsible person who is flexible, clear with communication and gives frequent updates. She has proven herself to be reliable and her animal care is exceptional. I would truly recommend her to any friend or relative.

My partner and I have used Lauren 3 times and we hope to use her services in the future. When we are away for long periods, we ask her to come twice a day to feed and play with our two cats and turtle. She sends us lovely pictures and videos after each visit. She goes above and beyond. For example, she looked after the gang when it was a heat wave. She popped more water bowls down for the cats. She found one of our electric fans and left that on turtles tank, to cool him down too. We can't thank her enough :)
We are absolutely delighted to have discovered Lauren and booked her to look after our 17-year-old cat, Alfie, for four days last week. Lauren is extremely well organised. As a pet-sitter myself, I found her preparatory administration very impressive. She gathers all the important information well in advance and then visited us twice to ensure she knew everything relevant regarding caring for Alfie. When she arrived, she was absolutely lovely. She approached Alfie with care and he responded straight away. I felt really good about leaving him with her. My partner, Craig, doesn’t count his chickens before they’re hatched so reserved judgement until Lauren was actually caring for his beloved boy, however! I am delighted to say that I saw him visibly relax on seeing Lauren’s first report, immediately after coming in to see Alfie when we were away. Lauren sent a full write-up, videos, gifs and photos of Alfie happily receiving (and giving!) tons of love, treats, play and adventures, after every single visit. These became the high points of our holiday! This is the first time that we have been able to afford a professional sitter for Alfie but Lauren has been a game changer for us. We now feel confident to have short breaks away from our elderly boy in total confidence that he will not only be looked after when we go, but will have his own super vacation time! Finding Lauren at Cozy Cats & Critters was a godsend for our two cats who have been less than enthusiastic in the past about being left in a cattery. Using Lauren's service allowed our cats to stay in the comfort of their own home where she came by and filled up their food and water, as well as giving them plenty of attention. She also sends videos and photos each day to show how they're doing. Our cats loved seeing Lauren each day and were the happiest they've ever been on our return (we were gone for 5 days). If you are looking for a kinder alternative to a cattery, I highly recommend Lauren and her service.
Lauren has been amazing with my cat and dog and I could not be happier with her services. Always on time, with a friendly and calm personality and confident approach towards an unruly puppy. She will be my go-to for my pets whenever I will need a sitter. Six stars!
I hired Lauren to clean my 5 rabbits out on the regular as I'm unable to physically do it myself and hiring someone was my only option to be able to ensure they can continue to be well looked after. Things have been going, as far as I was aware, great over the last couple of months when Lauren took this job on but unfortunately she has suddenly decided to stop replying to my messages and emails, hasn't bothered sending me an invoice for this month and now my rabbits haven't been cleaned out. I'm extremely upset about this and am now left unexpectadly trying to find another company that would be able to clean my animals out on such short notice. I thought Lauren seemed reliable and now my rabbits are suffering for the lack of reliability here. If you are looking for a reliable service for your beloved pets, I would recommend looking elsewhere. I'm extremely disappointed to have to be writing this review but when it comes to pets, reliability is important and I would hate for anyone else to end up in a similar position to me and my rabbits.
Lauren is excellent! My labradoodle Rosie is a very lovely but temperamental and stubborn doggo… Lauren is excellent with her, she’s patient and attentive. Rosie loves going for walks with Lauren now and I know my fur baby is in excellent hands whenever I need a dog Walker/ sitter ! Thanks Lauren
Lauren looked after Chester for a long weekend while we were away. He doesn’t always settle when we go away, but we needn’t have worries as Chester had a brilliant time and loved being able to stay in his own home. We will be using Lauren again when we go away
Lauren has cared for our two elderly Cats for almost three weeks, whilst we were out of the Country. It was so reassuring to know we were leaving our little fur-balls in such safe and loving hands. Lauren is AMAZING! I have 5 cats and she took care of them all so well. It was lovely having photos of every single cat while away and really reassured me while on holiday. Some of my cats are shy and they really warmed to her, says it all! The best! I highly recommend.
Absolutely brilliant service. Lauren looked after our two cats for over a week over the Christmas hols. She even got on great with our shy girlie and the big fella loved all the cuddles. Wonderful service offered by Ruth at We Love Pets Woodbridge. We had a thorough induction, knew exactly what to expect and felt very comfortable leaving Daisy our cockapoo, meaning we could really relax and enjoy our holiday. We had regular updates about how she was getting on whilst we were away and it was clear she was being treated like one of the family. My whippet Maggie has just had her first stay with Ruth at We Love Pets Woodbridge and I can not recommend them highly enough. Maggie has had a wonderful time! It was a real home from home experience for her with lots of cuddles, snuggles on the sofa and stunning walks through the countryside. Ruth is lovely and made me feel confident from the first meeting that Maggie would be wonderfully looked after. I had regular updates throughout her stay to how she was getting on and lots of photos showing how relaxed and happy she was in Ruth's home and out on walks. Maggie will definitely be staying again.
Ruth and the team have been great with my Alfie he was lacking in confidence when they first met him and by the end of his time with them he was a happy bouncy boy. If we hadn't moved out of the area he would still be having his daily visits. Highly recommend Ruth and the team!!
Rachel and Ruth are both caring and professional. Our dog has stayed with Rachel on several occasions, and she is well cared for and has fun with Rachel's dog. I like the fact there are a couple of dogs and it's a relaxed environment, rather than a pack of dogs which our dog wouldn't cope well with. Thank you We Love Pets! You are highly recommended:).
Bella had a lovely weekend stay with We Love Pets Woodbridge. She was treated as a part of their family and had lovely walks and cuddles. Their communication was outstanding and sent daily emails with pictures during her stay.
Rachel and Ruth were fantastic with our two rescue dogs. They cared for them in our home for 4 days. When we returned the dogs seemed happy and relaxed which is far different from when we put them in kennels. Definitely 100% recommend and will be using their services in future.

Rachel was able to accommodate our dog very last moment and accepted him into her home as part of her family, even made him his cup of tea every morning, so that he didn’t feel too strange being away from us. Rachel also kept in touch whilst we were away with photos of his walks and lounging in her home with her dog. It was a very positive experience for us and we wouldn’t hesitate using this service again and thoroughly recommend them, especially if you feel worried about leaving your dog!

This place is amazing. I took my dog Rupert here - he is an anxious little dog - and he had an amazing time. The staff really looked out for him and were able to feed back how he got on. I nearly had to wrestle him back into my car because he didn't want to leave his new friends. Getting him was a stressful time because of some undisclosed anxiety issues that meant that he can'tbe left alone, but the staff here were incredibly supportive and really helped with my own anxiety as a new dog owner!

Great place for dogs run by people who really care about your canine friend. Our lakeland terrier loved his time with them and came home thoroughly exhausted. He and his colleagues had had a day of fun and frolics. He looks forward to going back again every time.
Such a brilliant friendly place, perfect for dogs to spend their days running around or relaxing and theres always plenty of time for cuddles. The people are all lovely and the whole place has such a nice vibe. The Dog Squad offers a unique opportunity for people with disabilities to spend time learning about looking after dogs and or gaining confidence around dogs and benefitting from making good relationships with the dogs that are there. I'd throughly recommend as both a dog Daycare and as a place that offers a wonderful experience for disabled and disadvantaged people.

I hand used Lilly’s services several times now over the past 6 months to visit my home and undergo welfare checks for my two chihuahuas. Lily was always punctual and stayed the full duration of the visit. Lily listened & adhered to instructions given for my dogs routine and always kept my informed of how the visit went! Professional and approachable business well qualified in all aspects of dog behaviour/socialization/obedience and training skills. Clare and her dedicated team commit to really get to know your dog and subject to a temperament test(which is free) I can highly recommend this fabulous Doggy Creche for your very special canine companion. They offer half/full days of great fun, interaction and lots of play you can leave them safe in the knowledge that they are well cared for and having a great time! Absolutely love suffolk dog town and the lovely team there! My puppy Pippa loves her days at day care! Always so excited to go in and knackered when she comes out from the best day playing with all her doggy friends! The girls in the salon are also lovely! She always looks so tidy and well trimmed when she’s had a groom! 🐶
If you're looking for a doggie day care that genuinely cares for your fur babies as much as you do, please go nowhere else! This isn't a place where your dog is dropped and left, the level of care and effort to ensure each dog is safe and happy is amazing. The staff have a genuine love for your dogs that you just don't get anywhere else in this area. The lovely lady Abbie is always going above and beyond to make sure my dog is calm and happy when dropped off and picked up, they even get excited to see her when passing on a dog walk locally. They offer a great grooming services that I have recommended to many, I just can't fault them. Take it from me, I have taken my dog to a handful of places around ipswich and my dog has never been happier since going here 4x per week. I am so happy I found Suffolk dog Town, I don't trust my dog with anyone else!

As you can see from the pictures Dylan absolutely loves going to creche to see Aunty Clare, the team and his friends. Dylan is a typical young labrador with boundless energy who needs an avenue to burn it off and this has been a life saver!! The one day a week at creche makes all the difference and means he is calmer for the rest of the week. It also means we don't feel as bad about him being home alone while we work. Seeing pictures like these of how happy it makes him is worth every penny. Every week pictures are uploaded of what they've been up to that week with theme weeks and different games. Clare is brilliant as well, always takes the time to talk to you about how your dogs been through out the day and picks up on things. When Dylan first started she noticed that his paw pads were worn, so she kept an eye on him all day even tayloring the games he was doing to make sure he didn't hurt them, then told us about it when we picked him up and advised us to let him rest for a few days. We can't recommend Ipswich Canine Creche enough!!
One word: Perfect. I was hesitant to leave my dog at the groomers because she gets nervous with this like this but now Im glad I took her. Abbie greeted us with a really warm smile and was very reassuring. Tiffany did an AMAZING job at grooming. I have never seen my dog's coat so shiny and fluffy! I was amazed. I would 100% recommend this place to anyone and everyone.
I have taken my dog to Suffolk dog town and he has loved every time he goes the grooming was fantastic done by Tiffany, Abbie at reception greets you very politely and with a smile, this place is highly recommended for all dogs, its nice to know that you can leave your dog there in very safe hands. just one point if TV gets such a good groom at another salon why change it to go else where.

We booked in our 3 year old cockapoo for teeth cleaning with Emily! It was really easy to book and we were both so surprised and pleased with the results! Not being the easiest dog we weren’t sure what to expect but the service was so professional and reasonably priced we are very glad we took her! Highly recommended! Wish I took a before photo as she had a build up of black plaque despite having dentist sticks daily!!!but here is the after…
Emily has been absolutely fantastic in getting to know our pup, and he has absolutely loved spending time with Emily and her pup out on a walk! We can't recommend her enough and will definitely be getting more sessions booked in!

We cannot recommend Emily highly enough! Lupin had the most wonderful stay and absolutely loves Riley and Emily - I'm certain he's gutted to be back home. Emily really took the time to understand Lupin's quirks and sent so many lovely updates throughout his stay. It was so reassuring seeing him so relaxed and very well looked after. We'll absolutely be using The Collar Club time and time again! Thank you so much!
Emily is fantastic. She went out of her way to look after our Lab Pablo at her house when another service let us down. She is professional friendly and clearly loves animals. She asked lots of background questions at the meet and greet ensuring Pablo would be well cared for. Regular updates and pics across two weeks allowed everyone to relax knowing Pablo was having a great holiday aswell! Really glad we found her and much better than kennels. Definately now our first choice for all petcare.
Our Marcy clearly had a marvellous time with Michael. She was so excited to see him when he popped round to us more recently, so she must have great memories. We're already booked in for 2022! Michael recently texted to update his records on her vaccinations, so he is also super organised. Also, kudos to Michael for sorting things out when we left for the airport without feeding the cats the night before he was officially due to start (yes, we are terrible parents, and are so very lucky to have Michael nearby). Can't rate him highly enough!
Micheal @ Pawfect Pets is genuinely the only person we would leave our beloved dog Benji with. He treats him like his own and Benji always has a blast on every visit! Long walks and lots of friends to play with, to be honest I think Benji slightly hates us when we return from our holidays as he has to leave Pawfect Pets! 10/10 Highly Recommended

As first time dog owners we called to book and paid a deposit. Woman who took booking didn't offer much information unless we asked. Turned up to drop dog off and were told they can't take her without kennel cough vaccination. We weren't told about this before hand and they refused to give us a refund. Poor attitude and lack of information is very disappointing. Definately won't be recommending or using them in the future.
We were worried about boarding our dogs as our clingy springer didn't do well in doggy daycares but they both did so well here and apparently didn't make a fuss at all. By the sounds of it they got lots of fuss and loved it so having a private little area seems to suit them much better than being in a more chaotic daycare setting. My older dog just slept like a log under the heat lamp and probably loved every minute. The price was also very reasonable! If we ever need boarding or dog care again we will definitely be using them again.
We had just decided to adopt our dog rather than continue fostering him as we were his third home and he had reactivity issues especially with dogs. I contacted Bourne View kennels and explained about his situation and issues and they said they had experience with reactive dogs. We were invited to visit the kennels whenever we wanted and that was very helpful. When we dropped him off, he was nervous and growling but the staff took their time with him and gave him space. When the time came for us to leave he walked off with one of the staff without looking back! When we returned 2 weeks later, he was so happy with the staff, wanting belly rubs and fuss so I knew he’d been in good hands. The owners and staff genuinely love dogs and there is a great big field for them to walk your dog on daily. We will be back!
First time in kennels for these 2 they had a fab time and the owners were brilliant and put my mind at ease about leaving them there would definitely take them there again

When I called and booked my cat in for my August holiday dates I was told it was all booked. I called 4 days before the date I was due to take my cat and was told that my cat wasn't booked in. They had done July dates not August I was told I lied about dates which I didn't I know when I was going on holiday they wouldn't say it was their fault at all and the lady I spoke to was rude. They then couldn't get my cat in for the dates I needed and could only offer me 3 days mid week which wouldn't work as my cat would be alone for 3 days which I wasn't going to do. This left me trying to book in at another cattery at very short notice. So many of them full I finally managed to find one that he just had a cancellation. I have used bourne kennels and cattery for quite a few years and this time they have let me down and I won't be using them again
Our two dogs had their first stay at Bourne Hill from 16/01 - 27/01. So happy with the service at drop off and even more so on collection. Staff were so lovely and gave such a joyous insight into how our dogs had been while in their care and how much they enjoyed looking after them. We could tell they really enjoyed being there, getting fussed and walked and a bonus on collection they had clearly been washed after a muddy walk and smelt absolutely lovely. Bourne Hill were very reasonably priced, listened to our requirements with no problems and their care of our dogs was outstanding. Will definitely use again without hesitation. Sarah is a fantastic dog walker and takes great care of our reactive rescue dog. Couldn’t recommend her enough, she is constantly reliable and our dog always comes back from his walk happy and tired!
Our Dog Rufus went to stay at Furballs for a long weekend, as he is only a puppy we were a bit apprehensive . We need not have been. Tracie is very welcoming and obviously has lots of experience. Rufus made himself right at home and enjoyed the company of the other dogs. Tracie sent us a couple of watsaps with pics which was very reassuring. We have already booked Rufus in again and would definitely recommend this home boarding .
