Sarah and EJ were incredible in caring for our home and our dog, Wally. They were communicative from the start, setting up a time for a video chat and even stopping by the evening before their sit started to meet Wally and ask any questions about the house. While we were away, Sarah was easy to get in touch with, so very sweet to our dog, and she left our house in excellent condition. We would absolutely recommend her and would be happy to have her sit for us again in the future.

We truly could not have asked for a better cat sitter! Ryan made an immediate connection with our Hazel and cared for her and our home like they were his own. He was easy to communicate with and a joy to hear from while we were on an extended trip as he shared fun photos and updates of his time with Hazel. Ryan clearly has a great love for cats and a shows tremendous care for his surroundings. We wish he could come stay with Hazel every time we go!

Jody and Dennis are the best House and Pet sitters as we had so fare and we had some over the last two years! scout and Luna loved them from the minute they did their first step into the house! They updated us with pic and videos during our travels out of the country! Communicated with us and even kept an eye on our contractors ( what I more then appreciated) as it was supposed to be done by the time they moved in! Gary and Laurie were excellent house sitters and we would welcome them back anytime. They were invested in receiving all the information I had to share, and took additional notes, so they could best take care of our pets. Gary and Laurie were super-attentive to our pets’ unique needs. They were also great communicators. They kept us posted and made thoughtful, proactive adjustments when our cat required extra care and then did the same for our dog a few days later. It was clear they cared about our pets and enjoyed their company. Our dog got even more walks with Gary and Laurie than she gets with me. A neighbor actually stopped me to tell me that our pet sitters had done a great job! And we knew it must be true as our cat and dog were at ease and content when we returned home! Gary and Laurie cared for our home with the same respect and appreciation that they treated our pets. Even my husband and I felt Gary and Laurie’s kindness. Though they were travelling from out of town, they accommodated my need to meet in person to review responsibilities and pet/house care, and were flexible with their schedules to meet our scheduling needs. As a parting gift, they generously prepared a dish for us. We appreciated Gary and Laurie’s reliability, responsibility, and maturity.

Sara was really communicative and responsive in planning and also during the stay. Sara left our house so clean and tidy and even washed all the bedding and made the bed up again, ready for our return. Sara was really sweet with the cats and sent little videos and photos and updates. I would 100 % recommend Sara as a great housesitter.

Viktoriya

Viktoriya was a gem! She came a day early to become acclimated. She was very focused and attentive in learning the routine of our home and kitty care. During the month we were gone she was very responsive to our check-ins. Viktoriya is very self sufficient but knows when to ask questions. She is also very flexible and able to accommodate changes. Our home was clean and tidy when we arrived home and our kitties were relaxed and happy and clearly attached to Viktoriya. We would welcome her back anytime for a sit or just for a visit.

Andrea (Andy) and Rick were truly amazing. It was nice that we could relax on our holiday in the knowledge our dog and house was being cared for. They looked after our doggy, our house and all our plants with lots of love and enthusiasm. They were constantly in touch with regular updates and photos which was lovely as we really missed our dog, Iggy. When we arrived back our garden and the indoor plants never looked better!! and the house was immaculate. Such a lovely, warm couple, it was just really wonderful to meet them, I only wished they lived closer so we could see more of them, Iggy misses them to! I would have them back within a flash! I cannot recommend Andrea and Rick more highly please don't hesitate to have them sit for you, a genuinely wonderful couple!

Julia and Kevin were wonderful house and cat sitters treating our home and our cats as their own. From our initial contact to our final day, Julia kept us updated with photos, videos and commentary so we knew our kitties were happy during our extended travels. Much as we missed Max and Maya, we were confident we made the right choice with Julia and Kevin. 

They arrived early and joined us for dinner giving us time to review the house, meet the neighbours and introduce them to Max and Maya. They even drove us to the airport! We returned to a spotless house with staples in the fridge and very happy cats. After a long flight, we were very appreciative. 

We highly recommend Julia and Kevin and would use them again for a future trip. If you are looking for capable, kind, organized sitters….Julia and Kevin are the perfect choice.
