Communication with Gaynor was excellent, we discussed everything that was required prior to the sit & kept in regular contact throughout. (Jasmine was not on top form the first evening but Gaynor confirmed this happens on a regular basis & I didn’t need to worry). Jasmine was fine the next day and was a joy to be with. She took me on different walks each day & was so undemanding & gentle, quite a character. She slept in the bedroom with me each night & she let me know when it was feeding time, when she needed a treat (often) & when she needed to go into the garden (which was fabulous). I recently had the pleasure of pet sitting for Danette, looking after her delightful pets: Eva, Enzo, Maude, and the kitten, Flopsy. It was an incredible experience from start to finish. Here's why: Each pet has its own charming personality, expect days full of play and cuddly moments. The house is situated in an ideal location, with every necessity within walking distance. Whether it was groceries, cafes, or parks for walks with Ava. The area itself is peaceful and scenic. Danette was a wonderful host. She was very responsive and accommodating right from our initial communication. She provided clear instructions and was always available to answer any queries, making the whole experience smooth and stress-free. Would love to sit for Danette again in the future!
We had a great stay with Autumn! She is a very sweet cat. Jennifer gave us lots of tips to make sure we knew how she likes to play, sit on the gorgeous patio, and sleep on her heated beds. We loved hanging out with Autti and watching she sunsets on the patio with her every night. The apartment itself is in a nice location, residential and not far from all the fun things to do in Austin. We would recommend sitting for Autti!
We spent 2 weeks sitting for T-Rex, Loki, and the chickens in a great part of Seattle. T-Rex is good natured and loyal, always following us and staying nearby, and a good eater and walker as long as you avoid large dogs! Loki loves her outdoor time and will sit next to you while you watch TV, a very nice kitty. The chickens know their routine and are easy to care for. Hunter and Kirsten left a clean and tidy home, we had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. Communication and instructions before and during were clear and timely, we had no issues coordinating and keeping in touch. The neighborhood is beautiful and great for walks, and the nearby business street has lovely shops, restaurants, and cafes. The fresh eggs and daily newspapers were a real treat. Thanks for having us, Hunter and Kirsten! We'll miss T-Rex and Loki.
Natalie and Owen were very accommodating and on top of every aspect of the house- and pet-sit. Their house is comfy, quiet, and their kitchen well-equipped. All supplies needed to care for their friendly cat and goofy guinea pigs were easily at hand and explained. (I got to meet the dog, but she went on vacation with them, darn it.) All my questions were answered promptly during a thorough tour and demo and in online communication. There were even Trader Joe treats! I'd be very happy to sit again!

Mr. Larry took care of my dog Rocky while I was away on vacation. My dog and I haven’t been away from eachother for that long so I wanted to make sure I would leave him in good hands. After reading all the wonderful reviews, I felt that Larry was best fit to watch over my dog. Rocky stayed with Mr Larry for 4 nights and I wanted to share how pleased I am with this business. I used Larry’s boarding service when I was in town for a wedding. We got delayed in coming to Dallas and he was more than reasonable in accommodating my large puppy Fitz at even a late hour which was very nice since I’d have to sleep in the car with my pup otherwise. His prices were more than reasonable! My dog loved his stay there. Mr Larry even let me take my dog out for a walk in between boarding. He was just all around very accommodating. Use the # listed on his website as this google one doesn’t have the correct phone number. I loved using his service. My pup did develop bacterial conjunctivitis afterward but he is a curious puppy and I’m sure got into something dirty, I had some eye drops at home and his conjunctivitis cleared up in 2-3 days so it wasn’t a big deal at all. Would definitely use again! Thank you again Mr. Larry for taking care of my sweet fur baby like he was your own! I enjoyed my weekend in full comfort knowing he was being cared for by someone in their home and being watched 24/7. If you’re a helicopter pet parent like me, use Mr. Larry and know that your pet is being cared for by someone in their home instead of a kennel where who knows what might happen overnight with no one around.

I dont like leaving my dog alone all day, but was worried about others taking care of him, but they treat him like their own!!! They are all so sweet and amazing and truly care about all the dogs there! I trust them with my boy Bowser completely and I can tell he has an absolute blast every time we bring him. They have all sorts of cute activities, themed photoshoots, and regular services(nail clipping, bath, ect.). And they give the cutest lil "report cards" when you sign them up for stuff(i almost always do). I 100% recommend them and wouldnt trust anyone else with my boy.
We spent a week in Arlington and needed a place for our dog to play so he wouldn’t be stuck in a strange hotel room. We chose Wag Time Pets after researching daycares and are so pleased we did! They took the time needed for our dog to get comfortable with staff and then introduced him to their Pack little by little. My favorite part was a report card provided to us, as well as text updates and pictures about his adventures! Needless to say, he was comfortable and enjoying his time with the pack. Thank y’all for allowing us to enjoy our vacation with the peace of mind knowing our beloved mutt is being very well cared for and having fun, too!

I have 3 fur babies that attend WagTime dog daycare. I love the staff and the attention that my dogs get. From the all day play to the special treats and of course all the fun projects, my dogs come home happy and tired. My youngest had a hard time acclimating as she was adopted during Covid. WagTime took special care of her to make sure she socialized with other dogs. She is thriving and so happy to go to play all day. WagTime is the best.
Jasper has grown up at Wagtime! It is his happy place. The staff love on him and as a result he is well socialized with both humans and other dogs. He comes home happy and exhausted and for a blue heeler…. That is a most excellent day! Appreciate the staff and how well they communicate. Staff loves reporting to parents about what the dogs accomplished during their visit. They create cool activities and fun photo opportunities. They really do genuinely enjoy caring for these beloved animals. Super clean facility with easy drop off and pick up. Highly recommend Wagtime…. All the time!
I cannot say enough good things about Wagtime Doggie Daycare. From the moment the friendly staff greet you and your pup until pick up time, it’s obvious that my Ziggy has had a great time. When we arrive he runs right to the door anxious to get inside and play. I have and will continue to recommend Wag Time for quality pet care. We have also boarded there as well and have been equally as pleased.

This is the best dog daycare around! The owners are such a kind and caring couple. They hire the best staff and you can tell they care about their employees and the dogs they watch over. The past two years my corgi stayed at least 40 nights with them. I loved the pawgress reports they send out with photos to have insight into how my pup was doing while I was away. They were so patient with my stubborn corgi's love for being chased around the yard when it was time to go in for naps or the evening. No issues with administering her anxiety meds with dinner. They were always flexible with pick up and drop offs. I love that the dogs are kenneled separately, pack sleeping is not something that I am comfortable with. It also gave me peace of mind that the manager lives in an apartment on site so there is always someone close by in case of emergency. My dog was always eager to run into the building when we arrived so I know she loved being there and always came home tired and happy. I recommend Dallas Dog Daycare to all my friends and family!
My benji boy had an amazing day. I only know because he ran straight home to eat dinner and then bed ! Thank you for making sure he had a comfortable environment that will provide him with that play time that he needs! He even got a haircut after his long day of play (and pool time!)
I have been a very picky pandemic puppy mom and am so glad that I found this place. My dogs have been coming here for 3-months now for daycare and the occasional boarding. The staff is great and my pugs love the Tuesday pool days. My younger pug has so much energy and a full day here knocks him out for another day before he’s ready to go back again! I love getting the pup dates from them and also how much every loves on them while they’re there. It’s never easy to trust someone to watch after you fur children but I’m glad Hamilton & Burrito have this place!
Definitely recommend Dallas Dog Daycare to anyone in the area looking for a place to board their dogs. The facility is nice and clean, the staff is super friendly and they go above and beyond with providing “pawgress reports” throughout your dog’s stay. Our German shepherd dog had a great time staying there for five nights and we always knew how he was doing. This is now our go to location if we ever need to board our dog and we will likely take him there every once and a while just so he can play and have a good time with other dogs.

My dog has been going here for close to a year and I am so grateful to have somewhere safe and fun for my dog! She has been boarded and attended daycare, and always runs in and is so happy to see the staff. It’s so nice to be able to leave town and not have to worry whether or not she is happy! They also send out Pawgress Reports during her stay, which are absolutely adorable and great to see when traveling. They just installed turf, which has been amazing, so my dog does not come home muddy. Highly recommend this boarding facility! They are the best!
I didn't trust anyone with my dog for 3.5 years until it finally got to the point that I needed someone to watch her. I started with Dallas Dog Daycare in January and haven't been anywhere else since! I no longer fear leaving her in the care of someone else because Ty gets so excited to see her friends here (the humans, of course) and they get so excited to see Ty! The people here are so kind and genuine and the pawgress reports make my day. I wouldn't trust anyone else in caring for my baby and will forever recommend this daycare/boarding!

I've been meaning to do a review for quite sometime so this is much overdue, but with the late review, it also allows me to say more about my time using DDD&B. If you're looking for a place to board your dog, this place is hands down the best. It can be on the pricer side if you're paying by the day/night, so if you can opt for getting a package it is well worth it. The staff here are incredible and very personable with not only you, but your pet as well. Hunter has done an amazing job along with the whole staff in keeping you updated on how your pup is doing with daily Pawgress Reports. It comes with a picture(s) along with if they finished their food; their mannerisms and how they are getting along with the other dogs at the facility. Whenever I get my dog groomed/bathed, they do an excellent job in getting him cleaned up and pampered. They are constantly doing upgrades to the facility to make it better improved as they have grown in the short year I have been using them. I've been using DDD&B since late 2022 and it was actually my first place to take my dog to as I had just moved to Dallas and was searching for a good facility; I couldn't have picked anyone better. Whenever I need to drop my dog off for when I'm going out of town, I know I can rest at ease knowing he is good hands. All I have to say to my pup is "want to go to daycare and see your friends" and he gets super excited and even more so when we show up and we get out of the car, he can't wait to get to the back and play with everyone! TLDL: Staff and facility is amazing and it's always stress free knowing my pup will be well taken care of. Thanks for all you do in taking care of Cash!
I’ve started taking my tripod here a few weeks ago, and he loves it! The large turf is great. Scheduling is easy through their portal, and the staff are always friendly and timely respond to any emails and texts. They also provide progress reports at midday with some photos of your dog. Another dog snagged and damaged my tripod’s harness while playing, and Hunter (the manager) immediately offered and provided a full refund, so I really appreciate their integrity and customer service as well. Easy drop offs and pick up with 24/7 availability if needed. Highly recommend!
My 2 little Yorkies stayed in the penthouse suite for 6 days. There was a web cam in their suite and in most of the playrooms. I was able to see them throughout the day which gave me a peace of mind. They offer grooming and exit baths as well as valet service(Which I took advantage of). Their haircuts came out adorable and they were clean and fresh when they were dropped off at my house. I was concerned that the large dogs were in with the small dogs, but they were all mild mannered and if you want your puppies separated they will do so, they have lots of different playrooms.

Day Care: My wife & I love knowing when we drop off our Rough Collie, Apollo, he's going to be in great hands. He runs into the building and immediately runs to the back with one of your great staff members ready to play. He comes home exhausted with a smile in his face :) Side note, we enjoy watching the cameras through out the day that are available to access via the website while we're working and seeing all the dogs have fun. Boarding: We only boarded him once for a week, but he enjoyed it so much when we picked him up he didn't even show that he missed us. We even think he wanted to stay another week. Groomer: Thank you Shannon for the great job you do with our double coated fur baby. We know it's ruf having that much fur, but he always comes back to us looking handsome and smelling great once you've done your magic. I've attached 2 photos that you guys took on his birthday, thank you for those :) I would recommend y'all to anyone a thousand times over.

I’m so happy I found this location!!! My babies have gone here twice and I’m just amazed at the hair cut the groomer was able to do on them. I love how they listen and ask you what you want on them and it’s exactly how I pictured them! It also makes me super happy that the staff is so kind to me and my babies as soon as we walk in 10/10 amazing service!

As we prepare Grumpy to cross the rainbow bridge I can’t thank the Wuf staff enough for being such a huge part of his life. I’ll always be grateful. Thank you! This is a long overdue 5 Star rating. The staff at Wuf has been taking care of my boxer Grumpy ever since he was a pup. We couldn't ask for better service or care for our four legged child! They are always accommodating and we have not had a single complaint since we started there in 2011. Our dog is very social and loves going to Daycare. The added benefit is he comes home tired from playing so much. The facility is always clean and they truly care about all the dogs. We can't say enough great things about Wuf and the care they provide for our dog.
Wuf treated my baby so well! They have quality cameras so you can keep an eye on your pup and the staff is very nice and you can tell they care about your animal. I brought my girl home and she was exhausted from so much play time.
Our pup was very well taken care here! They even stayed late when we got stuck in traffic trying to pick him up. They groomed him and not only did he look fabulous with his valentines bandanna but smelled like a king!
I have had so many great experiences with Wuf! I can really tell that they genuinely care about the dogs here. I have an anxious great Pyranees mix and at times her anxiety really shows. They’ve updated me about what my dog gets up to which tells me they really watch out for her. They’ve also made accommodations for me and my dog that I didn’t even expect. Overall, I truly recommend this place. I cannot thank them enough for their care!
There are not enough words to describe or explain just how AMAZING Pixee’s Paws is! We found them when we had to board our puppy this last summer for a week. It was a very difficult decision to board her that long because she had been having seizures and was on medication for it. I was terrified to leave her and it was the first time to be away from her. I cannot say enough about how well the communication was and how well my baby, Skylar, was taken care of! The staff made the whole process for us both, mainly me, very easy and I knew I had made the right decision in trusting them with the care of her! Since then we have been taking her for daycare because she absolutely loves going there! Today is Skylar’s 1 year “Gotcha Day” from when we rescued her and there was no question about it that the best way to celebrate her big day was to go to her most favorite place in the world!!! Every picture that is text to me while she’s in daycare at Pixee’s Paws she is always smiling. It makes my heart happy to know that they love her as much as we do and take such great care of her!!! Thank you for all you do!!!
Pixie Paws is the Best! Ryder, our Doberman goes 2x/week to socialize and be more active. He is so excited when he knows it's his day to go! He is so tired when he gets home from all the activity. We love it there! Wonderful caring staff and management!
The Pixee’s team is the best! They go out of their way to create memorable experiences for the dogs and owners. They recently celebrated October birthdays and Nicole took some amazing pictures of my pup! Thank you Nicole!! Overall, the services at Pixee’s never disappoint. I utilize their daycare and training (Ms Tina is the best at training!) services, and I can always see the dedication to ensuring that the dogs are happy, safe, and having fun.
Pixee’s is so wonderful and such a life saver! We send our fur baby Benny here for daycare and boarding and are so grateful to them for taking such good care of him! They keep you updated and send the cutest pictures. Once during boarding Benny wasn’t eating and they fed him by hand. They also have someone that stays overnight during boarding so your dog is never left alone in a crate and scared in a new place. We are so grateful for Pixee’s! Definitely check them out!!
I don’t know where to begin on how wonderful Pixee’s Paws is! We left our 2 hooligans, Jean Harlow & Clark Gable, for a week. They had their own fantastic vacation! The facility is spotless & there’s so much for the fur kids to do!! A track, relaxation room, playstation area & so much more! The staff is stellar! Great communication & awesome photos, not to mention the live cameras! They had so much fun & slept for 2 days when they got home. Haha. You could see in the photos how happy they were & how much fun they were having! Thank you, Pixee’s Paws! We won’t leave our kids anywhere else!!
Absolutely love this place!! 10/10 the staff is amazing, they keep you informed at all times through text and constant awesome photos, quick to respond, encourage you to watch the live cams and voice any concerns you have, they have an amazing variety of clothes you can purchase, customized items made by staff, everyone is so friendly and welcoming. This was mine and The Countess's first boarding experience, she is 9yo and never spent a night away from family, the staff made her feel so comfortable and welcomed, I dare say she didn't want to leave, she had a person with her in a bed(no cages)all night, and honestly we won't ever use anyone else, no reason to! The prices are very affordable, and the fact that they are cage free is an absolute plus. If you're looking for somewhere amazing for your fur baby, please! Use Pixiee Paws, it's truly a pet palace! Can't express how much I love this place.
I love this place and so does my fur baby Dallas. It does not smell like most facilities do, very clean! It’s like home away from home. Dallas loves his new fur and human friends. I got so many pictures throughout, updates, along with camera access. They truly love and care for your babies. Everyone has been so nice, I am so thankful I found them!! He was worn out and fell asleep as soon as he got in the car. Thank you Pixee’s Paws!💕🐾
Finally found a happy place for our puppy! Now we can feel confident and secure that she will be in good hands. No crating! Only plenty of comfy couches and beds and lots of humans nearby for hugs.
I can't say enough about Pixee's. This is the best place to leave your dog for a day or boarding. The staff is awesome. It amazes me with all they do and provide. I also use their training services which has been fun and awesome! I love that Marlene is worn out from all the fun she had. She is always eager to jump in the truck and head to Pixee's. I never worry about my girl while she is there. She gets the attention that she needs and she plays hard with all her little friends. I can always check on Marlene anytime because of the cameras. They have a class act and they are down to earth folks and love the dogs as if they were their own. First photo is after a day at Pixee's. We absolutely love Pixee’s! We’ve been taking our dog Luke there for several years now. The staff are always so excited to see him and always so sweet to him! (Luke just looooooves Tina!) We get pics throughout the day of him and we know he is having an absolute blast. We didn’t take him for a few months after we had our daughter and Mitch text us and ask how he is doing and that they miss him. If you’re looking for an exceptional group of people to care for your dog like they are their own - this is the place!
My pup absolutely loves it here she knows when we turn on medical district she is going to see her friends. I have used daycare, boarding, grooming, and training here. Every service offered is extraordinary. I can sleep peacefully when I do board her here knowing she is being treated with love and care. Every employee is super friendly and you can tell they love animals. Highly recommend this place!
We love Paw Lofts!! Finding staff we trusted and a facility that felt safe was really important to us, and it’s clear that Paw Lofts prioritizes that too. You can tell that the staff all genuinely care about the dogs and take the time to get to know the dogs and their owners— it always makes me smile when they are just excited to see our dog as she is to see them! We’ve done a few day-and-train sessions with Debbie too and she’s been wonderful. Not to mention our dog LOVES coming here and comes home so tired and happy lol.
When we adopted our dog we were very worried about daycare and how he would do with people and other dogs. Paw Lofts offered day long training, daycare, and boarding and we’re so great with him! He started as a terrified, barking mess and today he is extremely well behaved, socialized, loves going in, and confident. I credit their amazing training staff for his success and wouldn’t leave him with anyone else. We absolutely love Paw Lofts and can’t recommend them enough!
I’ve had an outstanding experience with Paw Lofts over the past decade. I've trusted Paw Lofts with all my dogs over the past 10 years, including my current dog, Handsome, a 4-year-old pit bull. I’ve probably boarded my dogs with them around 500 times. They are flexible and accommodating, and each stay has been fantastic. Recently, Paw Lofts demonstrated their exceptional care when Handsome fell ill with a mysterious condition that turned out to be a mass in his nose. We were out of town when his symptoms appeared, but the staff at Paw Lofts were attentive enough to notice Handsome showing respiratory symptoms and promptly informed me, requesting permission to take him to the ER while keeping me updated throughout the process. Despite being out of town during this ordeal, we knew Handsome was in capable hands, allowing us to enjoy our trip with peace of mind. Paw Lofts have treated my dog as if he were their own, which means the world to me. They are a compassionate and dedicated team that treats pets with the utmost care and professionalism. I cannot recommend them highly enough.

Very nice staff! It was the first time leaving my Mr. Miles since I got him. They we're very thorough of getting all medical records before I got there to check in. Upon check in they took notes about his feeding. Although they furnish a bed I brought his toys and his bed and they were happy to take it in for him. He had also a training session while he was there during his stay. I would definitely use them again!

Highly recommended Paw Lofts! After doing lots research and trying different daycares Paw Lofts has been such a blessing to us and hands down the best choice. They are kennel free and offer boarding and spa services! Super conveniently located for anyone who works in the medical district! Your dog will always come back clean, all items are tagged for boarding and their communication is excellent. My puppy is so truly loved there and it warms my heart! As a healthcare employee who works long hours I know my dog is safe and happy, they work with my schedule and have great hours compared to other places! HIGHLY RECOMMEND paw lofts!!
Love paw lofts! My dog goes to day care weekly and they do all his grooming. They take such good care of my pup since he was old enough to go. Training for puppies highly recommend! They also do seasonal themed photo shoots.
Thank you guys for looking after my precious girl! I absolutely love that they upload to Facebook everyday (that’s where I took the photos from). It is a wonderful way to keep an eye on your baby. I checked the Facebook every single day while I was out of town for a week, which made my vacation a lot more relaxing to know that my girl Sable was ok and enjoying her playtime. You can tell the staff really do care for dogs, and they understand how important they are to us, as well. I will always choose Underdog when I need to board my girl in the future. There’s a reason why this place consistently wins “best Dallas dog boarder”.
Leo (my pup) and I love Underdog Kennels. The employees are always communicative & dependable! The facility is awesome for Texas weather & Leo comes home happy with his time at Underdog! He especially loves the pool parties! I can’t recommend this facility enough!!!!
I cannot recommend Underdog Kennels enough!!! My dog didn't enjoy the last daycare facility we brought her to so I was really hoping she would like this one. Underdog exceeded all of my expectations. Beginning with a phone call where I spoke to Rob. He was kind, answered all my questions and was excited to welcome my dog, Molly. When I got there to drop her off I requested a little tour so I could see the facility. One of the staff members was kind enough to make time for me even during a very busy drop off time. They sent pictures and updated me how she was doing throughout the day. She looked so happy and playful in every picture. I also boarded her at Underdog for a few nights and LOVED how they post daily on Facebook so you can see what the dogs are up to. I felt so at ease knowing my dog was in good hands while I was away. Again, this is an amazing company and I highly recommend!
My dogs stayed here for 10 days. The communication with the staff was great, they would give us updates on our doggies whenever we asked and also posted daily photos of them on their facebook page. When we came back they gave us a detailed information on how the boarding went. One of my dogs even had a birthday party thrown for her while she was there. All in all, a great experience and I would definitely recommend.
Such a special place!! 🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟 My dog is a little shy and older, so having the behavioral assessment the first day put me at ease. He’s opened up so much in the Bigs group and comes home tired and happy! This has been one of the highlights in making our move to Dallas this year smooth and successful.

Petey had his first Meet & Greet last week and we are now back today! He was so happy to meet new friends and be able to play all day. As a young, giant pup (Great Pyrenees/Anatolian Shepherd) he has lots of energy that he needs to get out and this place has been great for him. I feel very confident in leaving him all day and at ease knowing someone is always there keeping an eye on things when they are playing. We hope to be long time clients. Thank you Underdog Kennels.

Thank you, UK, for taking in my little Winnie. She is already on her second day of daycare and was excited to be greeted by staff! I loved getting her report card on the first day! She’s a little shy as she’s only a puppy and hasn’t been around other dogs before. But I feel good knowing while I'm at work, she’s still getting lots of love from the staff and soon will begin to make dog friends. I also love seeing pictures online of all the dogs playing! How fun! 😊
Underdog kennels is fantastic. They are truly the best boarding service in DFW. I was so nervous about leaving our dog but underdog put us at ease. They take wonderful care of our Hazel and keep us updated with the cutest pictures while we are away.
