What a lovely sit! Ellie is kind and communicative, plus she makes the best vegan cheese. She picked me up from the train when I arrived as well. The home is delightfully cozy and relaxing with everything you could need for your stay and has a well outfitted kitchen. Daisy is adorable, playful, and energetic. She’s equally down for a long walk or to cuddle on the couch. She’ll easily charm every person you encounter, and is chill while being bathed after a long day out. Daisy was also great on the train when we went to Bristol for the day, and seemed to enjoy exploring as much as I did. The chicks are sweet and easy to care for. If they think you have a treat for them (fruit or veg), they’ll come running and if you’re anything like me, watching them run for the treat will make you want to give them treats that much more. Chris is a whiz on everything chicken related and was a wonderful help when I had questions. The greenhouse as well as the indoor plants are easy to care for and provided some fresh veggies which all the pets and I enjoyed. Highly recommend!
Stella and Tucker were a pleasure to sit and the home was beautiful. I’m a light sleeper so was concerned about the the traffic noise but the bedroom was on the other side of the house so nice and quiet. I’d stay here again.
Tonbridge was a great place to house-sit complete with a busy High Street full of vibrant shops and cafes and its own Castle half way up to wander around. Duggie was a pleasure to hang-out with and Brian was incredibly helpful and friendly at all times. I could not fault this house-sit and I would bounce back in a heartbeat.
Marcy is kinda and generous, and now I’m so happy to call her my friend! Quigley and Alfalfa stole my heart. I miss their playful spirits and easy way. Marcy’s home is absolutely stunning! It was my first home to house sit in where there was nothing between us and the Caribbean. One of my favorite things was my daily runs down the rustic path along the seashore. I overwhelmingly recommend a housesit for this home, these pups, but especially the amazing host, Marcy!
Matt and Laurel are truly great people! They made the sit super easy. Mooks and Baby Cat are the sweetest cats and the house was really comfortable. I would definitely sit for them again!
