Ernie is such a sweetheart! Great at snuggling and super adorable! Sarah was clear about the requirements for a smooth sit and was quick to respond with any questions and concerns. I loved the area in Munich and the abundance of parks to explore with Ernie showing me the ropes. Easy access to public transport and everything you need in the neighborhood. Overall, a great experience and would love to sit for Sarah and Ernie again in the future :)
We had the delightful opportunity to care for Teddy, the charming, almost one-year-old cat, for Frank’s family. As a family of three—two adults and one child—our experience in Berlin was fantastic. Teddy stole our hearts with his affectionate demeanor from the moment we met him. The apartment was perfectly located, with an array of excellent restaurants right on our doorstep, enhancing our stay with local flavors. Our daughter was thrilled to play with the children’s toys available in the apartment, which made the space feel even more welcoming. She also took great care of Teddy, ensuring he was well-fed and happy during our stay. The layout of the apartment was particularly accommodating for us as remote workers. The presence of desks in the apartment allowed us to work comfortably throughout our stay. The unique setup of the apartment, with a children’s room and a double bed nestled in a niche of the kitchen, added a quaint and cozy touch to our living experience. Despite its unusual arrangement, the apartment was clean, well-maintained, and just right for our needs. An extra sweet touch was the homemade jams we received, which were absolutely delicious and much appreciated. We would gladly return to look after Teddy again. Our stay was not just a pet sitting opportunity, but a lovely and memorable part of our travels.
My sit with Ritchie was absolutely brilliant! Orla and Sean, welcomed me into their home with open arms. Their warmth and kindness really showed, and they made me feel very valued and cared for as a sitter. Their home is beautiful and in a stunning location. I was lucky enough to get two weeks of sunshine in January, and felt safe and relaxed in their place by the sea. Ritchie is such a loveable and energetic character, he was delighted with our walks on the beach every day. He was a constant source of entertainment, and we'd dance in the kitchen at night! He was also very well behaved when I was working from home. He loved to chill by the fire with me too. I would highly recommend this sit for anyone looking to experience some of west Kerry's nature! There are gorgeous walks/drives in every direction.
I cannot recommend this sit more! I absolutely loved my time on Camano sitting for Ann and Marv in their gorgeous new home caring for their sweet, older lab, Jasper! It was such a wonderful experience, especially for some peace and quiet, with the most stunning water/ Mt Baker views it felt like a retreat! But the best part of the sit is definitely the wonderful company of the real star here, Jasper, such a sweet older guy! Despite an unfortunate injury early on (and subsequent ER visit), he's easy to care for and will be truly missed! Marv and Ann were wonderful hosts; they’re incredibly kind, easy-going, responsive, gracious, and understanding through the vet experience, which I couldn’t have asked for more through the stressful situation, as they were equally concerned for both me and their pup. It was lovely getting to know them in the days before their trip. They welcomed me into their stunning, yet cozy home and made sure I was comfortable with the property and the area for an extended stay. Everything I needed for the sit was thoughtfully prepared, with an extensive welcome guide for both the home, trip, and area. I felt thoroughly prepared for my extended stay! Honestly, their generosity was beyond, allowing my dad to come visit, the use of their kayaks, their discovery pass to explore the local state parks, truck (if needed), a crab cake feast, and a freezer full of freshly caught fish! Did I mention, the Mt. Baker views from the hot tub?! 10/10 highly recommended sit, I’d love to come back anytime! Thank you for entrusting me with your home and your sweet guy!
Housesitting for Clare and Danny was such a lovely experience! I felt at home straight away in their beautiful apartment, and I was warmly welcomed by Newton, Simon and Romeo! Clare was even so kind as to have snacks waiting for my arrival! The three boys were so sweet and really easy to look after. Walking Newton to the local park was always relaxing and Simon and Romeo were affectionate and relaxed the whole time. I am already missing them! I couldn't recommend this sit more highly! They are kind, helpful, and professional. Their services have been a real life saver.
We take our 6 month puppy here once a week and he loves it. We get regular updates of our puppy and his new friends and the owners/staff are really friendly and inviting. They also do checks to make sure the dogs are fully vaccinated etc make sure all the dogs in their care are friendly. Our puppy is very tired when he gets home after a full day of socialising with all the other wonderful dogs in Great and Small Dog Care. Very happy and would definitely recommend ☺️

I can't recommend Great and Small Dog Care highly enough. My dog was very happy and well cared for attending daycare on a weekly basis for over a year. Never an issue and always responsive to any questions or concerns I had. Obviously the priority was for my dog to be happy and cared for but also as a single busy professional the peace of mind knowing that he was ok whilst I was at the office made my life that much easier. I am no longer living in London which is the only reason he no longer attends....although I did ask if they would collect him from my place of work so he could continue with them but unfortunately (yet understandably) we are now outside the catchment area :)
My dog Pickles, the dachshund, has been going to daycare here typically once a week for over a year and a half. She is excited to go and see her other pup friends, play, and go on walks. The daycare usually sends a photo and update during her stay which we really like receiving. We utilise their drop off service in the evening which is helpful since we can’t always get away from work to do pick-up. The only thing we would prefer is if the hours were a little bit longer. Overall, great experience!
BEWARE. I am writing this here to save others the pain that I, and my partner, have endured at the hands of this organisation. We looked to move our dog from a previous daycare to a closer one for work-reasons and found Great and Small Dog Care through Google. There were nothing but issues from the start. Our dog would often come home with the wrong lead, missing bag and once injured from 'walks' with other dogs. We also kept in contact with the company hoping issues would be rectified as we spent more time getting to know the staff. This is where the issue lies. The staff turnover is high and the dependence on individual contractors means different people looking after the dogs each day. The dogs do not seem to be in safe hands. Case in point, our dog was dropped off at our apartment most recently and not securely placed in his crate as requested in the notes. The excuse given was the member of staff was an individual contractor and had not read the notes. Our dog unfortunately got out and damaged property (shoes and upholstery) as well as spreading mud over the apartment. We were left astonished at the lack of communication around this and attempted to call the dog-care centre to discuss how best to move forward. We were met with what one can only describe as severe aggression and apathy. I feel compelled to warn others about this dishonesty and sheer unkindness of this business and for reference have added photos to this review showing in blue our message to the dog-care and, in white, their response. We are in utter disbelief that any human, let alone business, would find it acceptable to speak to another in such a manner. They have threatened in their reply with anger in place of looking to resolve any issue we had. They do not answer telephone calls as is stated in their e-mail below, and they will certainly not look to rectify any issues that arise. BEWARE. Stay safe and avoid this business at all costs. I am more than happy to be contacted by anyone who might also have experienced issues with this daycare (as it seems this is not a sole incident with us) or anyone thinking about placing their dog in the care of this company. We have luckily saved all our correspondence and photos of the incidents raised with the organisation and would be happy to share.
Our dog Barbara the Whippet is always so excited when she gets picked up by Great and Small Dog Care. Also when she sees one of the dog walkers in the park she always has a waggy tail. So it's 5 stars from her! She is always very tired when she comes home after a day of playing! It is really convenient. So simple to book her in for any one off additional days. They are reliable.
Our puppy Floki, attends a couple of days a week and it's the highlight of the week for her. she absolutely loves spending time there and playing with the other dogs. The team are great, very friendly and communicative. I love the pics and videos throughout the day and knowing our pup is in such safe hands is such a relief. Would definitely recommend.
Great and Small Dog Care are wonderful, and I cannot recommend them highly enough. My dog Luna has been going to daycare several times a week for 8 months now, and she absolutely loves it. She's excited when she gets picked up in the mornings, and the times when I drop her off, she can't wait to go in. When Luna suffered an injury while on a walk with me, they checked in to see how she was doing and were understanding of her needs. In addition, communication during and about appointments is excellent (I love the pictures I get during the day), and they're accommodating of reasonable schedule changes. Luna and I are so happy that we've found them!

I’ve been sending my two rabbits to Charlie for a few years and am always so happy with the love and care they receive with every stay. They get plenty of fresh veggies and outdoor time, and for me photo updates so I’m at ease while travelling. Even after a couple weeks away from home, both buns are very relaxed and that is down to Charlie’s outstanding knowledge of pet care and the welcoming environment she creates.
Charlie did a phenomenal job with our two pet rabbits! I was going on vacation for two weeks and I did extensive research to find the best pet hotel for my babies. Charlie went above and beyond with them. She made sure there was always lots of play time and provided beautiful photos when I asked for updates. She also helped clip their names and groom them! It was also super reassuring knowing my bunnies had access to A/C during the London summer heat! Have already rebooked for some future vacations but I can’t think of anyone better to have look after my bunnies ❤️
I often leave my rabbit, Robin, with Charlie when I go away as I know he will be in safe hands! He's been coming to A Furry World, for a few years now and seems to enjoy himself on his little adventures. I love that Charlie sends picture updates of what he's up to, and provides that extra bit of reassurance as an experienced animal carer. I always know that Robin is being well looked after, and he gets the added benefit of playing in the garden sometimes, which must be a real treat as don't have access to one at home! Highly recommend :)
Charlie was absolutely brilliant. She looked after our Hamster Nibbles while we were on holiday and we had complete peace of mind that he was being very well cared for. She sent regular pictures to us and always responded quickly to any communication. Would 100% recommend her to look after your pets!
My Guinea pigs love it there! Since finding Charlie I would not leave my piggies anywhere else, they are extremely well looked after and always come home happy and relaxed. Charlie would send pictures and updates to let me know how the piggies were getting on which helped me relax and enjoy my time away. Highly recommend by me and piggies :)
Charlie looks after both of my bunnies when we go away, she takes excellent care of them. I actually think they don’t want to come home! Communication is great and we receive photos and videos of the bunnies whilst away which is lovely. Gives me peace of mind to leave them in safe hands.
Charlie at A Furry World is an absolute godsend! I have now used her pet sitting services for my bunny babies three times in the last year - most recently for 11 days whilst travelling. Charlie is professional, caring and a genuine pet lover. She keeps you updated with how your pet is doing through emails and photos and puts the wellbeing of your pet at the forefront - confidently escalating any health concerns where necessary. My bunnies love her and I would happily use her services again in the future.

Furry World provided our bunny a caring and loving environment for the duration of it's stay with them. The proprietor is friendly, communicative and clearly cares a lot about the little creatures. We have been using Green Dog Walking for about 18mo now with our gentle cavapoo going 4 days a week for the countryside walks and one day a week for an afternoon walk. The team is friendly, attentive and consistent. We have also used the team to watch our pup for weekends when we are away and have always been pleased with all aspects.
My energetic shepherd has been going to countryside daycare for over 3 years and both my dog and I have been really happy with GDW. He goes out to play with his buddies twice per week and comes back tired. It gives him a great opportunity to socialize and enjoy some different scenery. For me, the daycare is super helpful in taking some doggy duty off my plate and frees up a couple of my days so I can get other things done. I have really enjoyed the walkers that come to pick up my dog and there hasn't been much turnover over the years. So we've gotten to know our walkers well. Everyone is super excited when its time for pick up! Highly recommend GDW and the team.

The best dog walkers in London! I cannot rate these guys highly enough. The service is excellent, as are the people! Ralph loves going out with them every day for his walk, and playing with all the other dogs - it's great for socialising them with other dogs. Plus, he comes home ready for a nap and a cuddle! WE LOVE THEM!
GDW are awesome - our pup has been doing out on daily walks with them for nearly a year now, and loves it. When we get home, he's usually completely passed out! It's a great chance for him to socialise with other dogs off-lead, since we don't have many doggy-owner friends. GDW also have an active instagram page, so we're always on the lookout for our pup Rupert on their stories - when he does crop up, he's usually zooming around forests. We went with GDW in the first place because they use GPS trackers on all the dogs, which was reassuring as our boy has a tendency to disappear. It hasn't happened yet though, so maybe we're selling him short :P The online schedule tool is super handy for cancelling walks if there's an upcoming vet appointment, and we can ping the driver/walker a text if there's a last-minute change. Highly recommend :)
Our little mini schnauzer loves her greendogwalking pals! She runs down the house when they come to pick her up! Always really easy to change and update walks and it’s great to get some pictures of how she’s been getting on once in a while :) couldn’t recommend them enough! It’s the first thing we mention to new puppies we meet if you join greendogwalking!
Trixie has been attending George and Friends for almost 2 years now. She's 13 so they usually take her out with the little doggies because she can't run as much. They are so great with her. Every Wednesday she gets so excited on pick up. When she gets home, she's exhausted from all the adventures she's had. Jess is amazing with her and Paul loves her as if she was his own dog:) We couldn't be happier with the care and love they provide her. This is the best doggy day care.

Our pup attended for about a year - & safe to say that the staff at G&F are amongst his favourite humans ever! We always knew he would be well looked after, and get lots of exercise and all important rest time too - quite difficult at first for our bouncy sprollie. Definitely recommend if your dog is the sociable type that gets on well with other dogs.
G&F are the friendliest and most caring doggy daycare you could ever hope to find. Their love of dogs shines through everything they do. There is a huge sense of joy and fun for the doggies every single day. G&F are also incredibly reliable and will never let you down.
Our dog Toby loves his days at George & Friends! He races down the stairs ahead of us to get to the block door when they come to pick him up. He’s very happy and very tired after daycare. And the pics and vids they post everyday make my week! The staff are all lovely and have been flexible with us when we’ve needed it.

Our dog has attended George and Friends for just under two years so unlike some of the comments below, this is actually a genuine review....! Paul and his team are fantastic and genuinely care for all the dogs entrusted to them. They are incredibly prompt, very communicative and totally trust worthy. Our dog is totally wild with excitement when she hears the doorbell go and belts out of the door the second Paul arrives. The licks and tail wags say it all - there is no place she would rather be going to (and we don’t blame her - what other daycare hosts birthday parties and has Christmas meals....!). We have tried other daycares and moved because we were not satisfied but our experience with George and Friends has always been positive and one we would have no concerns about recommending to anyone considering putting their precious pups into daycare!
Found Paws Galore online and sent an enquiry. From the first email response Kacey and the team have been fantastic. Very helpful, responsive and accommodating. We had Jenny as our cat sitter for our two elderly (16&17 yo) cats. Jenny took time to understand their routines and needs. One of our cats has hypothyroid and Jenny was great at making sure our cat took her tablets and ensuring they had play time and strokes both morning and evening. I felt relaxed while we were away and I would recommend this company. Jenny also sent regular pics and updates and our cats seemed super happy in her care. Thank you team! I’m hugely grateful to Kacey and Brenda who looked after our cat over the summer for 2 weeks. This was the first time we’d used a cat sitter; we thought it was a better option for him to stay at home than to go to a cattery. Kacey’s service and prompt and organised; She found a sitter quickly and the booking process is very easy to follow. Brenda is a conscientious cat sitter, who did an amazing job looking after our cat, particularly as it was a lot of work getting him to eat for the first few days. She was very solutions oriented. Brenda kept us updated with texts and images so we knew he was safe, which meant we could get on and enjoy the holiday. By the end Brenda was his best friend and we came home to healthy and very loved little cat. Thank you Brenda!

I recommend! Lila came to care for my cat 2x a day for a few days while I was on a work trip, she sent me updates and pictures. When I came back my cat seemed happy (whereas previously she would be grumpy if I left her alone overnight..)
I needed a cat sitter pretty last minute because my usual company dropped the ball. I called Paws Galore thinking it would be the first of several calls to find an available pet sitter. I spoke to Kacey and she was very nice and understanding straight away. She assured me she could find a cat sitter and made me feel at ease. Within a few hours, I had a sitter assigned. The cat sitter contacted us quickly and was very communicative from then on. She made arrangements to come get the keys and meet our cats the next day. We took out trip and the sitter sent photos and detailed messages each day. She really went above and beyond when she came to visit the cats. She was really great! I am so glad that I found Paws Galore. I feel much more secure about leaving my cats with Paws Galore after one time than I did with the other company after years of using them. I've used Pets Galore now a couple of times and have had a great experience both times. My cats are fairly timid around new people and so I was apprehensive about leaving them in a total strangers' hands, but Kacey couldn't have been more supportive and understanding - especially since I had been let down very last minute by another company whose service was clearly 2nd rate. I was paired with Michelle, who as soon as I met her, made me feel much more relaxed. Her natural calmness and chilled demeanour clearly filtered down to the cats and I could see through my daily updates that they were perfectly happy - meaning I was also happy whilst on holiday! Great service from Kacey and the team in arranging dog sitting for Arlo and Indy at our hotel in London (shout out also to Montague on the Gardens). Lee our sitter was great arriving in good time to hand over our two Goldies and had no issue staying on later than planned when we had tube difficulties getting back from the O2. Highly recommend them.
Have used Clairs multiple times. For dog walking and doggy day care. She’s amazing with my temperamental Frenchie. Clair is amazing with dogs, professional and would highly recommend to anyone that has a dog!
Claire and David are amazing! They helped me out so much for quite a long period of time and could not be happier of having contacted and chosen them! They are so professional and helpful. Clair is just absolutely lovely. She's the first dog walker I've ever used and she came to meet my puppy at a suitable time for me and then followed up checking in to make sure both me and my pup felt comfortable with her. When they went on their first walk my dog happily walked off with her, tail wagging and didn't even look back. Cannot recommend her enough!
We could not recommend Clair more! She has looked after Dennis since we first picked him up at 10 weeks. She’s reliable, trustworthy and absolutely wonderful with Den. Not only is she great with him, she also helped above and beyond with guidance and tips when he was a small pup. Dennis loves his time with Clair and his dog pals. It means an awful lot know he’s in such great hands.
Clair is the best dog Walker! I’m pretty sure my dog loves her more than he loves me (haha(:) she is wonderful and fantastic with animals. I can always rely on Clair for walks or week long holiday stays.
We stumbled upon Clair in our local dog park and we could very quickly see how great she was with her pupils - so it was a no brainier when she said she’d be able to take on our Maya as well. We’re so lucky we’ve found Clair. She was terrific with our tiny puppy and gave her the much needed play time with other pals. We’re heartbroken as we’ve moved out of the area now. Maya misses Clair and her pals 😢 We’d recommend her for every doggy parent in the area! She clearly cares for each and every doggy in the squad, gives them each the attention and time they need and looks after any particular needs they have - and on top of all that, Clair truly is a lovely person too.
Claire's doggy walking service is absolutely brilliant. Our dog loves her to bits and always comes back very tired and happy. Claire is very much a dog person and is professional and polite at all times. I 100% recommend using her service.
Clair is absolutely incredible. My dog Pearl has had a few dog walkers / been walked by some people from larger companies and has always hated it. Clair has been totally different. Pearl loves her and Clair has been outstanding with her.
Clair helped us out at the last minute and took great care of our cat, Whipper. We were gone for a week and Clair sent us regular updates and photos. Whipper is an older cant and needed some special care, including pills twice/day, but this wasn't a problem for Clair. We were very satisfied with her service and look forward to using her again!
My puppy Lettie adores Clair! She’s been great help and very accommodating, from the length of walks (shorter walks when puppy is younger, so would pick Lettie up in a car) and challenges of puppy adolescence. Lettie gets to do group walks which teach her to be around other dogs and just loves being out with Clair. I couldn’t do without her.
We have been using cat care over ten years and I am always thrilled with the service. We can go away safe in the knowledge that our cats are getting some attention in their own home. An extra bonus is the house being visited which makes me feel more secure. The service is fantastic. Once, we were away and we had a family bereavement which meant we had to extend our stay. Charlie kindly extended the stay without any effort for which I was very grateful.
I've used CitiKiti for years- the cat sitters have all been fantastic. Very professional, responsible carers who all seem to love cats even more than me. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend them.
Just to say a big thank you to Viv and how impressed we were with her for the week she looked after our kitty. Viv was friendly, reliable and clearly made our cat happy. She kept us updated throughout, which was so important for us as we had never used a cat sitter before (a family member used to come but is getting elderly now and has her own cats who are poorly), so it was great knowing our pet was in safe and caring hands! Viv also kept the plants watered :) Thanks and I’m sure we will be in touch again soon!
Was a bit worried about leaving my elderly cat when I went on holiday, but CitiKiti were brilliant. Totally professional and very friendly! I'd definitely recommend them.
CitiKiti are incredibly efficient and friendly in their service (both with admin and catcare). Catcare is obviously the key for us and we have had very good experiences in this regard.
Really grateful for what a fine job CitiKit did when it came to looking after our cats while we went away. Everything was done professionally from the background work to the cat sitting itself. Hope they're available for the next one!
