Susan took care of my pets and house like they were her own and provided regular updates on how my cats were doing.

We feel so fortunate to have picked Jana for our first time using this site… and she was absolutely amazing… we got daily updates and photos of our dog Willow on their walks and at home… the home looked cleaner then when we left and even had flowers from our garden in vases for our return… and we could tell she lovingly took great care of our dog… we are grateful and hope we can get her again on our next journey… thank Jana .. you are the best!

Overall, Hea did a sufficient job caring for our cat and home. Kitty seemed healthy and content, and the house was in good condition. However, this experience helped us refine our preferences for future sits. Hea shares a profile with Nicholas, but it appears she is the one handling the sits. Despite our inquiries, the details of their shared profile and arrangement remained unclear. In terms of organization, she had some mix-ups with dates and arrival times during pre-visit communication that required clarification, which she attributed to managing multiple sits and tracking many details. Although we provided the welcome guide in advance at her request, she still asked us to write down instructions for the cat’s medications and asked questions covered in the guide, later mentioning that she hadn’t yet reviewed it upon arrival. For reliability, Hea honored her travel commitments, but communication about the cat was inconsistent. Updates were irregular, sometimes necessitating us initiating them, and were fairly general (e.g., "doing well, ate well, spending time outside"). While she had assured us she was familiar with sending regular updates, in hindsight, we should have been more specific about our expectations. She also experienced an issue with her phone charger, which required her to switch to another phone and may have contributed to the lapses in communication. Regarding self-sufficiency, Hea requested to arrive the night before, which is common for some sits, and needed assistance with travel logistics. Per her request, we provided rides to and from the train station, helped with how to purchase a ticket, and assisted with her luggage. Despite volunteering for a sit far from her home, she expressed concerns about the cost and logistical challenges of public transportation, which we tried to accommodate by offering additional assistance, including a trip to the grocery store. On the plus side, Hea left our home in good condition—counters were clean, the trash was taken out, and the dishwasher was run. She was respectful of our space and kept everything tidy. For pet care, Kitty appeared happy and healthy upon our return, and Hea mentioned spending a lot of time at home, which likely helped our cat feel less lonely. She explained that she preferred to defer to the cat's wishes rather than initiate interaction, despite our guidance to engage more directly with her. Overall, Hea took good care of our home and cat, and we were satisfied with the sit. For future homeowners, we recommend being clear about your expectations for communication, updates, and any assistance with travel arrangements or transportation.

Kari was absolutely fantastic! Her communication was top-notch throughout, always keeping me updated and reassured. When I returned, my house was spotless, a testament to her attention to detail. It's clear she loves pets, and my pets adored her in return. She went above and beyond in every way, making sure they were not only well cared for but also happy. I will definitely have her back in the future. Highly recommend!"

It was a pleasure to have Jess sit for us! She was easy to coordinate with from the get-go, responsive, and even took the time to come meet with us before our trip. Our dogs seemed very happy when we got home and the house was spotless! I'd recommend Jess in a heartbeat. Your pups and home are in good hands!

Paul and Blue make an exceptional duo for pet and house sitting. Initially, I was concerned because Happy can be quite possessive about our home. However, Paul, being nearby, agreed to an early meetup to gauge how the dogs would get along – a thoughtful gesture. Both Paul and Blue emit such a calm vibe that Happy warmed up to them quickly. Throughout our absence, Paul kept us updated with messages and photos, making me feel like Happy was enjoying his own little vacation! Meeting Paul beforehand was a pleasure, and upon our return, I could tell Happy had been in great hands. Even when I mistakenly miscommunicated the weekday, Paul arrived early and handled it gracefully! I'm hoping to have them back for our next trip!

Wonderful!!!!! Chelley and Russ sat for us and our three dogs over 3 days. They are wonderful! This was their first sit on TH and after having had many sitters, we can honestly say they are among the top. They made the effort to drive up early through traffic in order to have time to get acquainted with us, the dogs, and the house. They had quite the crew to take care as Mateo (my grand dog) was here. They are warm, friendly, trustworthy, super communicative, prompt, and great with dogs of all ages (ours ranged from 1 to 14). They clearly have lots of experience with dogs and care about them tremendously. Even though it was their first sit, we had no concerns about trusting them with our dogs who mean the world to us. To top it off, the house was cleaner when we came home than when we left! We really hope to have them back again another time. Thanks!!!!

Janet is reliable as a sitter can get. She asked all the questions, and you can tell that she really cares about the well-being of animals. She kept in contact while I was gone, and when I came home, the house was clean, and dogs were well cared for. She is highly recommended, and I would for sure have her here again without hesitation.

Teresa, Avery, and Teddy were the most wonderful house guests! She was a prompt, clear, and consistent communicator, and sent updates throughout her stay. They made sure our house was clean and Chloe was clean (even with all the unexpected weather causing rain and mud)! We would happily have them stay with us again.

Angela took the best possible care of my cats and apartment. She was very communicative with us, sending us frequent pictures of the cats, and updates on how they were doing. I really appreciated her attention to detail when it came to my feeding/care instructions. I was able to have such a relaxing vacation knowing without a shadow of a doubt that my cats were being well taken care of. I would recommend Angela to everyone on this app, she’s the definition of a Zeewoi.

Monique was able to watch Duke and Meadow last minute for a long weekend. She was local and able to swing by the house for a meet and greet the day before, which was great so I could show her everything in person. During the stay, Monique was very self-sufficient and very clean. She even washed the sheets on the beds that she and her daughter used. She also gave me a detailed report of what happened while I was gone. She is definitely detail oriented and loves animals. I would 100% have her stay again!
