This was our first time having sitters and the experience could not have been any better. Shay and Rick were incredible, they put us at ease from our initial conversations and kept us updated with photos and stories of the dogs while we were away. The dogs clearly enjoyed the experience too, with regular long walks and play. We miss the dogs when away so it was comforting to see the frequent photos of them out having fun. The garden was looked after, the house was clean and tidy. Lisa and I really can't thank them enough, it is lovely being away and not worrying about the pets and house.
Deirdre was a great sitter. Took great care of the animals. Bonded easily with Ruby. Left a very small footprint. Hardly knew she was here. Hope she’ll come back next year
We confirmed Lisa to come sit for our Moby for 3 weeks in July/Aug. Lisa was between sits and traveling to us from AZ to CA. We agreed to have her come 1 week early before we left. During that week Moby(13)went into a decline with his kidney function and it was clear that I could not go away for 3 weeks and leave him with Lisa. I cancelled my flight and had to make the sad decision to have Moby euthanized. He was failing in so many ways and was loosing his dignity. As it all turned out we invited Lisa to stay on for the 3 week sit to water my gardens, collect mail and look after the house. Lisa did a fine job and it was a welcome to come home to our house the way we left it. With all of our travels we always look forward to coming home to Moby’s unconditional love. We feel so empty without him. Lisa we wish you all the luck in your future sits. You were great for ours.
