Beth
A lovely sit in a quiet location, highly recommend to anyone looking to have a peaceful housesit and a chance to get to know some incredibly loving animals.

Beth, Henry and their lovely daughter Lyra made me feel welcome upon arrival and communication both before and during the sit was first class.

Holly is a sweet older dog who is affectionate and enjoys being close to you. Pixel their housecat upon warming up to you will be where ever you are and likes lots of fuss and cuddles. Rosie and Bumblebee are no bother and it was interesting to get to care for Giant African land snails.

Thank you for entrusting your lovely home along with your fur and shell family to me. I had a great time and would happily housesit for you again in the future.

Sara
I had a lovely time keeping company to Bridget while Sara and Keith were away.
They have a wonderful homely and comfortable house, with everything needed to work from home.
Bridget is a sweet girl and we got along straight away! She's very easy and we had some lovely long walks, as there a paths leading into the countryside.
Taking care of the chickens was very straightforward and quite a lovely experience.

Sarah and Emma
I loved looking after Gus and Rusby whilst Sarah and Emma were away. They are really sociable and love a head scratch.

Sarah was great to communicate with before, during and after the sit. We arranged everything over a phone call and messages. She sent me a great welcome pack and message before the sit with all the information I needed, including any plants that might need watering and to ask if I could take the bin to the end of the drive for bin day. We kept in touch during the sit to make sure everything was going well and to let me know when they’d be back from holiday.

Feeding the cats, keeping things tidy and making meals for myself was really easy. I never felt like I was unsure of where things were and didn’t have to go looking for a pan or hoover (because I feel so rude doing that in someone else’s house!). The cat flap is also on a timer, so I didn’t need to stress about Gus and Rusby going back out after I went to sleep and not coming back.

Sarah and Emma’s house is also beautifully decorated and very close to Bath Spa station. There’s a Co-Op just around the corner and some lovely walks nearby. You don’t need a car as there’s a bus stop at the end of the road directly into town, but I did bring my car and found the driveway easy to get in and out of.

I’d happily sit for Sarah and Emma again as it was completely seamless and really peaceful!
