My dogs go here for day care so they are not in the home alone all day. Frank and Jamie offer a safe and secure environment which allows them freedom all day outside in a secure field. Lots of shade and water and interactions with other dogs which is 100% supervised. Happy to recommend to other pet owners. They do 1/2 day, full day as well as overnight and full holiday stays. My dogs run in and always come back tired!

Amazing place for dogs. Jamie and Frank take good care of the animals, they are friendly, calm and the best hosts for our little dog. Left him for a few nights as well as for daycare. He is so happy when he gets there!

Highly recommended. My dog loves going there, and he's even become more sociable because of it! You can also keep an eye on your dog via an Instagram feed. Very reasonable price too.

I can't say enough good things about VIP Dog Hotel. Our dogs come here weekly for 4 years now. Frank and Jamie are wonderful and truly love all the dogs that they take care of in daycare and boarding. Their integrity and love for dogs means we never worry about our dogs in their care. Furthermore, and for me the most important reason, they are specialists in dog behavior. The best place for our dogs to feel at home, away from home! Be sure to book in advance as they are very busy!

Such an amazing holiday location for your beloved pup! Having visited VIP yearly I can honestly say I have never seen any dog hotel more professional, accommodating (the dogs!!!) and relaxed anywhere else. The owners clearly have a huge love for any kind of animal (just take a look at their personal mini farm lol), but the passion they share for dogs is unmatched! With several huge fields for the dogs to run, play, chill in the shade and even jump in the pool, it’s safe to say your dog will have a better holiday than you will lol. The owners have dedicated their lives to the caretaking of all of the doggies staying over, making sure they are comfortable and feel loved, whether it’s just for the day or for several weeks. They go out of their way to post several daily updates on their socials so you can get a glimpse of the 5-star holiday your four-footed bestie is enjoying. I love how they put the well-being of the animals over everything else, guiding them personally throughout their stay. Any limited free time at night the owners award themselves with is definitely earned! Trust me when I say it’s totally worth the wait and snag any opening they have, as they are usually fully booked months ahead! Ps: I personally could do without the geese mafia protecting the grounds 🤪

What a great find. Left my two dogs for a week. When left in kennels it takes them a while to settle back in. Not this time, immediately totally happy. It's amazing to see how all the dogs get on so well together. Frank sent me videos which was so great to see them happy. Truly loved and looked after by doggy lovers. Cant recommend enough, 10 stars. I have been taking my dog to VIP Dog Hotel since they first opened about 3 years ago. It's a fantastic facility that sees everything from the dogs' perspective. The owners, Frank and Jamie REALLY know dogs. The place is always clean, doesn't smell at all doggy, and the best part is the dogs are only in a kennel at night. The dogs spend all day running around and making friends in the huge compounds that are available there. Dogs are carefully placed with dogs that they get along with and they all have a fantastic time. They post 20 videos a day so if you are away, you can check in on your own dog and see for yourself how much fun they are having. This year I took on another dog from a rescue centre. He had been in there for more than 3 years, he was a forgotten soul, we don't know his previous history, but all the indications are he was beaten often, by a man. One , very experienced dog behaviourist said he was the worst case of trauma she had seen in 25 years of professional work. After one year at home and some very valuable education from my older dog, we still cannot touch him, and he needs daily medication. I needed to go abroad for 3 weeks.I was worried that if I didn't do the right thing we might set the dog back from his recovery. I talked with the guys at VIP about him and his special needs, then, totally satisfied that they understood my concerns, I booked him in. They had my trust completely, so when I watched the videos from 12,000 miles away and saw both my dogs playing with the others, wagging their tails and thoroughly enjoying themselves any stress I might have had evaporated. I cannot recommend VIP highly enough. I've owned many dogs over a 40 year period, and this is by FAR the best place I have ever found to take care of my dogs, with love, care and attention, and probably more importantly, intuitive wisdom. They know how to read what the dogs want and need and make sure they get exactly that. Your dogs will thank you for taking them there. Go visit for yourself and see what I mean.

My dogs regularly go Vip dog hotel for day care and they love it! Always excited going in and they can run around and play with all the other dogs and socialize! Jamie and Frank take wonderful care of them- and they are experienced and knowledgeable. I would not leave my dogs with anyone else! In addition their pricing is fair but in fact, far outweighed by the amount of attention given and they could charge a lot more for this standard of care and service! Thanks for all the great work guys.

Absolutely brilliant place for dogs to socialise, they really understand them. One of them is with the dogs at all times and you can see on a video how you dog is doing. They have a great understanding and empathy with all dogs. So lucky I found this place, perfect for doggy day care too.

Based on the positive reviews, we decided to take our young boxer to Solana Pet Hotel on a Friday morning. The owner welcomed us the day before in a friendly manner and assured us that our dog was welcome. He described him as a “playful dog” and mentioned that he could play with other dogs in the field. If all went well, our dog would stay for the weekend. The owner also informed us that he would be traveling to New York for a few days, but assured us this would not cause any issues. The first impression was good, but what followed was deeply disappointing. After dropping off our dog, we had agreed to receive updates about how he was doing. However, we heard nothing. My text message went unanswered (WhatsApp wasn’t working), and calls and emails were ignored. We were completely left in the dark and growing increasingly concerned. On Saturday, we drove to the hotel due to the lack of communication. When we arrived, no one was there to provide any clarity. Later that day, we managed to find someone who assured us that our dog was fine and explained that there had been technical issues with the phone lines and email. However, this did not provide us with any confidence about the level of care being provided at that moment. Monday morning early, we picked up our dog. He was overjoyed to see us. When we asked if he had played in the field, we were told that this had not happened because they didn’t consider it “responsible.” To our surprise, a large portion of the food we had provided for the stay had also not been used. The most disappointing aspect is that, even now, over a month later, we have not heard anything from the owner. What we do hear, however, is constant barking and whining from the dogs, day and night—even though our camper is parked more than 500 meters away. This does not inspire any confidence in the care being provided at this facility. We strongly advise against bringing your dog to this hotel.

Phil, Julie and the staff are so passionate about the animals, we had 2 Doberman's who we boarded with them for a number of years, sadly both have passed away but we moved from Javea to Andalusia 3 years ago but carried on taking them to Solana. We now have another Dobbie and he is booked in for Christmas. Solana is the best kennel we have boarded our dogs at both in Spain and the UK.

This was the 1st time we used the kennels, and this was based on a recommendation from friends. We have 5 dogs, and this did not phase them and they were looked after very well. We got regular what's app pictures and videos to show us how they were. They guys were very accommodating and took the individual personalities of the dogs into account when socialising our dogs with their own and others. When we picked our dogs up they were happy and obviously had a good time. We would use again.

We unfortunately had to put our German shepherd in to kennels for 7 weeks while we were buying our house. She was well cared for and was very happy there. The kennel was also able to groom her and clip her nails. Excellent friendly service with good accommodation for your furry freind

Just come back fromm holiday picked my 3 happy dogs up all cut and groomed beautifully, the eldest Julio who has been ill was like a puppy 15 years old. So pleased ,we have used Los Solanos pet hotel for many years ,always been pleased with em. Paul and Mary Whitfield.

Phil and Julie are lovely lovely people who obviously care very much for all animals. Our Fergs (cat) is in the pet hotel longterm and he is looking very healthy and well cared for. The facilities are modern, clean and very well maintained. Also on site they offer grooming.

Very friendly and well kept kennels. Our dog although very excited to see us (normal) was also happy to run back for a quick fuss with the owners.

Perfect as we expected. Our 2 young big dogs (sharing) and a 15 year old cat. Absolutely great, not a single problem, apart from us missing them all so much...

I have been using Maserof for my dog for years, even though it’s a long drive for me it is worth it. I know my dog is in the very best hands, Susie and Andrew go over and above to make sure your dog is well cared for, taken for walks, given treats and love. A plus is that the kennels are set in a stunning peaceful, country location so no noisy fiesta fireworks, just calm countryside and interesting doggie smells!

I cannot thank Susie and Andrew enough for looking after my fur baby recently. She was so happy and had lovely walks with plenty of cuddles and affection. I would not hesitate in recommending them to friends. Thank you both very much

Fabulous kennels and the only place I would use for my dogs. Susie and Andrew are super caring and shower the dogs with so much love. My girls love their daily walks and playtime and I love seeing their photos on the Facebook page. They’re always having a great time.

I would not leave my dog anywhere else. Home from home care which is second to none. My girl has a lot of issues but Susie and Andrew take them in their stride and she is happy and calm with them. The BEST kennel in the area by a country mile

Absolutely amazing 🫶, our gang of 4 has never been so well treated at a kennel, they got plenty of hugs and attention, so great. We were able to follow them every single day on Fb and that made us very happy. A massive compliment to this awsome people, you guys are awsome in dealing with dogs. Excellent kennels. They are so caring, it’s the only place I can leave my dog and I find I don’t even think about him while I’m away because I’m not worried. I know he’s being looked after by people who truly care about him. The location is lovely, so well kept and very quiet and relaxing for the animals. Great care at a great price. It’s totally worth driving a bit further out for the treatment Susie and her husband give the animals. And if you have an older dog or one on medication you don’t need to worry, they are great at handling it. Thank you Maserof. I’m sure Pucki, Zorro and Fizz will be back again soon!

We had a look around to decide if it was the right place for our 5 doggies..and it is. Susie was lovely and I felt comfortable and happy to leave my precious ones with her. We can only go on what we see and most importantly how we feel and I felt satisfied that she would be kind and caring to my dogs 🐕 💕. After all next to our children/human family, they are our most precious living beings. Definitely go and see!!

We have been using Maserof Kennels for many years, and wouldn't want to use anywhere else. Our first dog, Lucy, our second dog, Bonny, and now our third dog, Treacle, have all stayed there for their "holidays" when we go away. We never have to worry, knowing that our doggie will be given plenty of love and care, and thank Susie and Andrew for all their kindness. Would 100% recommend them.

Simply the best and most loving place you could ever take your dog or cat. Our two dogs, Fifi and Dinky having been having holidays with Andrew and Suzie at Maserof for over 4 years . I wouldn't let them stay anywhere else. knowing they are loved, safe and happy lets us relax and enjoy our holidays. I highly recomend. xxx

These Kennels are set in beautiful scenery and feel peaceful. Our dogs stayed here for 2 nights following recommendations from friends and had a great time. Our old boy is 12 and we worry about him but he was so well looked after by real animal lovers. We can't fault these Kennels!

My Yorkie stayed with Lisa and her dogs for an afternoon whilst I was on holiday in Javea. He was very happy and well looked after and would recommend Lisa.

Lisa is lovely and very welcoming. Good house set up. Kept me well posted with Fifi’s stay. Recommend and will use her services again. Took a brilliant video of the homecoming.

Chica really enjoys her stay with Lisa and all the other doggies. I can relax knowing she is in very good and caring hands.
