We spent a great 2 weeks looking after well behaved Daisy the greyhound. We met Rachel, Lachlan over Zoom first and received a comprehensive Welcome Guide ahead of time, which was helpful as this was our 1st THS sit. Rachel & Lachlan introduced us to Daisy when we arrived & showed us through their home before heading away. She settled with us straight away!

Daisy is a gentle dog with a sweet personality, who is easy to look after. There are many great walks close to home and she really enjoys her walks, stopping at every road crossing for a treat. When out & about she’s always excited to meet other dogs, leading to lots of friendly interactions. She’s also really good with children, enjoying a pat and a chat - she’s a bit of a novelty with her stylish jackets! While she sleeps a lot, she enjoys having company, has fun playing with her toys, loves a tummy rub and likes to jump up on the bed each morning and the couch in the evening for a cuddle and a snooze.

Rachel & Lachlan’s home has everything you will need. The guest bed is comfortable, there’s a good shower, we used the heat pump for heating as there was some chilly weather, there’s also an open fireplace which we didn’t use. The kitchen is well equipped for self-catering.

We highly recommend pet & house sitting for Rachel & Lachlan.

Barbara
Barb and Ty have a beautiful, spacious and comfortable home in a great location. Very quiet, safe and private. We very much enjoyed spending time by their pool with the lovely Lucy!
Communication with Barb prior to the sit was excellent and we had clear instructions so felt very comfortable from the start. We were treated to a meal before they left, which was much appreciated and we enjoyed their company and interesting conversations.
We adored Lucy! She is a gorgeous, chatty kitty and she kept us amused throughout the sit. She very much wants to be with you and we loved her company!
We would recommend this excellent sit. Thank you for inviting us! Xx

We had a great experience taking care of Oona. She’s loving, sweet and well-behaved.
Myra left thorough information about Oona’s care, and recommended great restaurants around their neighborhood.
We really enjoyed Oona’s company, and the beautiful view from their lovely apartment.

It has been my first housesitting experience and the best introduction I could have imagined. Gails beautiful house with baroque and modern interior make you feel at home while being welcomed by two charming and characterful Hungarian Vizslas. Wimbledon Common is just a 15min walk away and perfect for long walks that help you forget the busyness of the city. While taken both dogs off their ropes and seeing them run through the trees and fields, the walks have been a lot of fun, exciting and freeing at the same time.
