Sheila and her husband were very respectful of my home and took great care of my Boston.

I really enjoyed spending time with Francis and Rowan - they are very much two distinct personalities. Francis is vocal and definitely likes human company. Rowan is quieter and less obviously rambunctious. They are both playful and fun, and like to have a cuddle. They will fight each other for the place at the end of the bed... The humans are nice too ;-) and the house is big and light and right next door to a big park. Great sit!

Rona was a great host, all communication was easy and efficient. The house is very modern and comfortable. We found some nice parks and activities in the area.

The dogs, Lucy and Ivy, were a little unsure of us at first but quickly grew in confidence. They were easygoing and fun to walk. My 6 year old daughter fell in love with them!

This sit was good as far as hospitality. They were very welcoming, and friendly. Chantal picked me up from the airport. They then treated me to dinner, and had food for me at the house. During the stay, Dougal had an infection, and I had to bring him to the vet. It was told to me that the vet was 10 minutes away, when I looked it up on Google it was a 25 minute walk. Which is not very good when you’re walking an irritated dog. They gave him some medicine, everything turned out well for his eye. Dougal is a hyperactive dog. I had to make sure I kept things out of his reach, as he likes to take things and run out of the doggie door with them. He needs lots of attention. A problem seemed to arise, as I was told that whatever time I needed to leave would be ok. I was also told, that their son would be able to come in to take care of him, when I left. In the bio it states that he can stay in the house by himself for up to 4 hours. That was not the case when I gave them a time of leave. Chantal then told me that she was not happy with the time I had to leave. She never said that 6pm was the exact time they needed me to stay. If I knew that, I would have scheduled accordingly. This conversation should have been had before hand. It was put in my review that it was my mistake, when this was clearly a miscommunication. They are good people but, it seems like she had an assumption that I would just leave when they got back, without communication, or conformation. I would recommend this sit, if you have patience for a high energy young dog. You also need to clear out the specifics before you book.

KC and I were the perfect match. I can’t remember a more pleasant sit in years. I had a great time and the companionship KC offered was so fun!

Their home is beautiful and in a great neighborhood with exciting places to walk. KC loved sunning himself on the lovely deck and always enjoyed his belly rubs. The stunning sunsets and incredible views were the best I’ve seen.

Thanks George and Jessica for being such generous and warm hosts. I highly recommend you to other fortunate sitters.
Happy Travels!

I had a relaxing time at Cathy and Ed's place. They have a lovely, comfortable house surrounded by beautiful woods. Cathy and Ed are very attentive and left detailed instructions and information on local resources before they left. They are responsive to my questions during my sit.
Frankie and Puck are very sweet and well trained. It was a lot of fun walking with them in the woods. I especially enjoy a game of fetch-the-ball with Frankie in the woods! I would definitely sit for Cathy and Ed again.
