Clive and Simone are the perfect house sitters. They took the time to visit prior to the sit and meet Chill and have a preliminary introduction to the house. (They do live close) At the time of the sit they arrived the afternoon prior to my going away and took charge of Chill making it easy for my to pack and do all the last minute things. I was on a silent retreat so they were not able to contact me whilst I was away but as soon as I switched my phone on for the travel home, there were pictures of a happy relaxed dog sitting with Simone. My train home faced multiple delays and although arriving over 2 hours later than scheduled, they were happily waiting ready to give feedback unphased by my late return. The house looked just as I had left it, my plants had been well watered and tended, they had even laundered the bedding and remade the bed. I also arrived home to delicious food which Clive had prepared for me. Most importantly, Chill was relaxed and happy. I would very comfortably welcome them back into my home and cannot recommend them enough.
Sharon sat for my 3 cats last week. I can see why she has such wonderful reviews! She is very sweet, smart, competent and caring. Sharon sent me photos and updates and I was able to relax and enjoy my vacation, knowing that my home and cats were in good hands. I give my highest recommendation to Sharon!
Katie and Adam are a lovely couple and were excellent sitters for Guga. They sent pics daily and communicated well throughout the week. Our house was immaculate when we returned with everything in place, organized and well cleaned. Guga enjoyed his daily walks and I know he missed them when they left. Dear Josie, their 15 year old dog, was a great companion for Guga. I would definitely recommend Katie and Adam for a sit and we will definitely try to book them for future sits.
Anna and Tom are very kind and communication was easy and efficient. Had a lovely time taking care of the two kitties, Cosima and Giacomo- they are two very special souls. The little 'tigers' are very curious and playful and enjoy having plenty of company. Cosima loves being brushed across her cheeks. Their tastefully decorated home and little garden exude a beautiful ambience. The house is located close to the center of Starnberg and lake Starnberg, where you can go for walks or swim, sail or paddle in the summer time.
