This was my first ever sit and a very nice introduction to the process. Jill gave full instruction of house and pet needs on arrival. Dexter and Finlay were a joy to look after. They are very affectionate dogs and would happily be petted all day if your time allowed. They looked after me on our walks across the nearby farmers fields always checking I was close. Dex would wait by the stiles to ensure I’d got over ok :-). House was clean and tidy, with the garden and hot tub being a nice place to relax. Lovely rural location.
Juliet and Neil are wonderful, caring people and a pillar of the community! They have a lovely home with a wonderful view over the park which makes walking the pups a breeze. Excellent communication during the sit. They pups are all characters with beseeching, adorable eyes who wanted nothing more than to sit close and be massaged! They all have wonderful dispositions and were a great attraction on our walks as they love people. When I close my eyes, I see their eyes! Would be happy to sit again.
I had a very relaxed stay, looking after the pets is easy. Monty the parrot is great fun and lovely to have around. I felt very comfortable in the large and clean house, the room and bed were very cosy. Poppy is very hospitable and explained everything to me very well. Thank you so much for trusting me to stay in your beautiful house. I would love to come back.
We absolutely loved our stay with Deirdre and her two lovely golden retrievers, Sophie and Finn. Deirdre made an effort to give us a warm welcome into her beautiful home and even made us home cooked meal on our first night which was such a treat. The house is located in a very charming area in Kerry, with serene landscapes visible from Deirdre’s backyard! Given their gentle and loving nature, Sophie and Finn were a pleasure to look after during our stay. They loved pats and getting brushed whenever they could, as well as their daily walk down to the nearby lake. We would love to catch up with Deirdre if/when we return to Ireland in the future. We 100% recommend this sit to anyone who gets the chance!
Kirsten and Anthony’s house is gorgeous and sits on a beautiful property with a view of the mountains. We had such a fun time with Scooby and Cleo. They are adorable and well behaved. The responsibilities are really simple and Kirsten explained everything very well. I would highly recommend staying here. I thoroughly enjoyed it.
Mabel was a ton of fun to hangout with for the week. The highlight was taking her to a park daily where she goes off leash in the woods and plays with her friends. The house was very comfortable. I particularly enjoyed the hot tub, Sonos Move, and cozy tv ten with workstation. Louis and Liz were very responsive, communicative and friendly. I highly recommend house/pet sitting here.
