This was an amazing experience.

dogs - We absolutely love Bella and Labros. They are sooo beautiful and loving.
Unfortunately Liaro died while Panteli was there and we had just started the sit. A very sad day for all.

house and property - So incredibly beautiful. Quiet, remote, rugged, great access to a stunning private beach.
And the colors of the Agean - sigh…
and the goats. we can now claim a new title and experience.

We had lots to learn about the property, island living and the unique challenges all property owners have.

Lots of up keep as with any large estate, but were happy to help where we could.

Our Host - gracious, accommodating, entertaining, educating
and Panteli was more than happy to share his extensive knowledge and experience, which we really appreciated.
He included us in his activities, and has endless energy and projects. Bring your creative game and helpful hands, they will be appreciated.

A return visit is on our list.
Loved our host, dogs, the estate and this sit.

We had a wonderful sit with sue and Tim’s beautiful pets. Sue and Tim are terrific people, so welcoming and a joy to be with as we spent a night with them before they left on their trip. Sue and Tim prepared a lovely meal for us and gave us all the information we needed etc. The neighbours are also warm and welcoming and ever so helpful. as are the local towns people.
Puzzle the female Great Dane is just a gentle soul, very easy to care for , Luther the male Great Dane is like a naughty toddler but so lovable , he does need a handler with a lot of strength. Izzy the maincoon cat is an absolute joy we fell in love with her she loves affection and gives as much.

Location wonderful, close to so many historical places and natural beauty. The home and surrounds are what can only be described as breathtakingly beautiful . Donna and Vern.

Our stay at Tina's with Meadow over Christmas was a joy! Tina was brilliant with communication regarding Meadow and the house before and during the sit. We arrived to a wonderfully decorated, sparkly-lit home for the holidays!

Meadow really made the stay exactly what we were hoping for to fill the canine hole in our family right now. She is incredibly gentle and cuddly in the house while also being a bundle of fun outside. Apart from the benefit of Canterbury, the location is surrounded by boundless beautiful walks and beaches to visit, all within a stone's throw. We were out exploring with Meadow every day that the weather allowed!

I am only sorry our travel timings didn't allow us to meet Tina and her family this time. Even in their absence, their charm and hospitality shone through. Thank you for having us!

I loved this house sit! Rachel is super lovely and easy to communicate with. Her home is warm, comfortable and beautifully placed in a wooded area. Pip and Sadie are the sweetest and very well behaved. They got along with my dog, and we enjoyed the weekend together at a bit of a stay-cation. I definitely recommend this house sit :)

What a real pleasure sitting for these three little cats…although Bodkin maybe not so little but a real gentleman. Sophie, the boss, could be very affectionate and woke me with a neck nuzzle most mornings. Richard’s favourite was little Phoebe… a lovely ‘midnight brown’ Burmese who trailed after him around the garden for his attention. Three delightful companions for a sunny week in a bountiful and beautiful garden… from its busy lizzies to the bamboo!

The house had everything Housesitters could want, as did the cats… Kate and Alan were perfect hosts, and we only needed a couple of hours to orient ourselves. The house was immaculate, and they were relaxed about everything – experienced homeowners!

It was also great that the small town, Shipston-on-Stour, was just a short walk away and we enjoyed a pub lunch and shopped at the local Co-op… a really friendly town. If they invite us back, Richard has his eyes on the George’s ‘sea bass and chorizo’ dinner!

We would recommend the whole experience!

Whiskey, Lani and Bansky were the sweetest pups ever! They were well behaved and little Bansky was such a cute little entertainer. They were very easy to care for and Trish and Ash left very clear instructions which made everything a breeze. We were fortunate to be able to come the night before to meet them all and Trish and Ash made us an amazing dinner. We highly recommend this sit and hope we can return again someday.
