Lisa and Gina are delightful people, love animals and are extremely self sufficient. They are very experienced sitters and would whole heartedly recommend them. Billy the "Best Looking and Happiest Dog in the Village" was so disheartened to see them go. He clearly had had a great time with them. The house was clean and tidy when we returned and Lisa and Gina had cooked us a beautiful 3-course meal on our return, which was very thoughtful. Also Gina, who is an experienced gardener, sorted out our garden planting new plants and tidying up. So, Good Job, Lisa and Gina, thank you very much for taking care of Billy. We had a great experience meeting and working with Karen. Our Sylvie, is a very fussy eater and I had to change her food just two days before we left for our trip. I worried about her staging a hunger strike, but Karen paid careful attention to her and kept her happy and eating all throughout the trip. She also took wonderful care of our home. Karen, please come back anytime!

Terry exceeded our expectations for being our Trusted Sitter! This was our first time using the Trusted Sitters services, and Terry answered questions we did not think to ask. While we were away, she sent videos and photos of our sweet kitty, Allie, and gave us updates on her adjustment to a new caregiver. Finally, she thanked us for offering our home to her and cleaned the entire place before our return. I believe we gained a new "chosen family member" with Terry and we hope to see her again soon!

So late posting this! Andi was amazing and the dogs were in very fun and loving hands!! Wouldn't hesitate to recommend and host Andi again!

Gisele took excellent care of our three cats and our home and garden. One of our cats is aging with some dementia and requires medication and Gisele handled her well. She took fine care of our garden, following our detailed watering regime and left the house spotless. She even managed to fix a toilet which stopped working shortly after we left. She is warm and personable along with reliable and responsible. Very highly recommend.

This was a repeat sit for Shantoye; we love having her here! She does such a good job of caring for our two guinea pigs and two senior cats. She gives them a lot of love and attention, and sends us daily photo and video updates. She is very organized and makes planning the sit easy. We look forward to having her back!

Nikki and George were excellent dog sitters. They were reliable, attentive, and showed genuine care for my pugs. Communication was seamless, and I received regular updates, including photos. I highly recommend Nikki and George for their fun-loving personalities, their reliability, attention to detail, and the peace of mind they provided. My pets were extremely well taken care of and my house was left immaculate. 5 stars. Nikki and George are amazing pet sitters who not only fulfilled their responsibilities but also went above and beyond when I had an A/C problem. Nikki and George’s commitment to taking care of my pugs and maintaining the house exceeded my expectations. I wholeheartedly recommend them.

Suzanne was perfect in all aspects of pet sitting for us. The house was clean and organized when we return and our dog Holly was health and happy.

We cannot recommend Brad enough! Brad is such a kind, communicative, and trustworthy person. We felt instantly comfortable from our initial conversation throughout his entire stay at our home. Brad took care of our dog Leeloo for six weeks and the experience was nothing short of fantastic. Leeloo adored Brad and was happy, healthy, and well taken care of the entire time. Brad provided regular updates, including photos, videos, and a Zoom call which we so enjoyed. There's no doubt that he truly loves animals and made sure Leeloo felt comfortable and loved. Above and beyond caring for Leeloo so beautifully, our car threw a maintenance light while we were gone and he was kind enough to take it into the shop to get it serviced. And upon returning home, our house was clean and tidy. Everything Brad does is with the utmost care and attention. We feel incredibly fortunate to have found Brad, and we wholeheartedly recommend him to anyone in need of a reliable and compassionate pet sitter. He truly exceeded all of our expectations!

Anny was great, she communicated clearly and regularly, took great care of my 2 huskies Myshka and Carlton. The house was spotless on my return. I highly recommend Anny to care for your pets and look after your home.

I had a troubling experience with Victoria that I feel is necessary to share because I believe it’s important for others in this community to be aware of what happened.   Victoria informed me she was leaving day 6 into an 18 day stay with a little more than 12 hours notice while I was 600 miles away with no backup plan for our dog Jackson.    The first few days with Jackson went well. She communicated when I reached out along with pictures of them laying together on the couch and getting along very well.  On day 6 she texted me to say Jackson had growled at her while physically trying to get him up from laying on her.  She said she was frightened and asked if I had anyone else that could watch him.   I immediately called her to try to understand what happened and explained that he was most likely startled rather than wanting to attack her. As I was asking questions about the incident, as I felt I had a right to do, she became extremely defensive and yelled at me on the phone. Admittedly my voice was heightened due to panic but I did not yell. I was simply trying to understand the extreme change in her demeanor from previously texting me she doesn’t easily get flustered, stressed or live in fear to being so frightened she wanted to leave. Knowing my questions upset her I apologized however after ending our call she immediately texted and said she was leaving at 10am.   Despite repeatedly telling her that my son, who lives nearby, was out of town, and that I had no other options, she showed no consideration for my situation. Her decision to simply leave our dog stranded was incredibly distressing. I had to cancel my evening plans to find alternate arrangements for the remainder of our trip, which, happens to be my other son’s wedding.   While there are other details that aren’t directly related to her pet-sitting duties, I believe it’s important to highlight the lack of professionalism and consideration she showed. I hope this review helps others make an informed decision through my experience.
