Robyn
We had a great time house sitting for Robyn and Brian! We would love to come back soon and see Mick and Kodi again, they are both truly adorable! It was such a perfect sit!

We had great communication with Robyn and Brian via email and text during their trip to the US. It was great to be able to meet them a few days before the sit to tour their beautiful home and to meet the boys!

Robyn and Brian are great hosts. We felt so welcome in their lovely home. The home guide has all the information you will need for a successful sit. We enjoyed sitting outside on the patio watching the cats exploring around the garden and chasing the bugs. They are so sweet and funny, the best company you can wish for! And the ocean view is incredible!

We highly recommend house sitting for Robyn and Brian! You will love it!

Val, Franz & Mabel
Mabel is such a gorgeous girl and a real pleasure to look after. She does like to sleep in until at least 10am and would sleep all day wrapped in her blanket given half a chance. However, once we reached for our coats she sprang to life and the adventures we had were great. She travelled well in the car ( we were advised not to feed her before a car journey and that was good advice ) and she absolutely loves the beach walks. We didn't let her off the long lead as the beaches were very busy over Christmas and New Year. She loves to watch TV and we found something featuring dogs each evening for her to watch - she got so excited watching, it was very funny :)
The house is absolutely lovely and comfortable. The information provided about Mabel and the house was extremely comprehensive. Hopefully we will meet up with Mabel again one day, she's one special girl who will always bring back special memories.

I have to remember to keep this review short. We have had such a fabulous sit that I could perhaps write a book.
Firstly, the house was excellent, good bed, brilliant shower and a comfortable place to sit in the evening to watch T.V. We even managed to sit out in the garden with Rocky.
Next the area. What a great place to stay, various canals, the River Goyt, a nice little town, beautiful scenery. The walking was incredible with Rocky to show us the way sometimes. She had her routes, which was good for us in the beginning. The Peak District is very close and at this time of year (August) the heather is beautiful. What peaks! We saw the aqueduct and the viaduct, incredible. We went to Kinder Reservoir.
Now the pets. Harry is a very independent cat. He sleeps all day, gets up for his evening meal then disappears at night for a bit of fun. He can be a bit standoffish sometimes but he talks to you. He really isn’t any trouble at all. He’s the first cat we’ve met who has a really good appetite.
Rocky the cockapoo. She has a piece of my heart. She’s so friendly, so comical and such fun to be with. Throw her a ball and she’d carry it round with her when we went on walks. She loves to be with you and is so very gentle. She doesn’t moult either. She will sit in the car and behave so well. We took her everywhere with us.
All in all an excellent sit and if we were asked to do another sit for Rocky and Harry we would do our best to do it.

Cameron & Erin
Flint is absolutely adorable and the biggest cuddle bug. He will lay his head wherever he can, be it your chest, lap or legs, just to be with you. He also does the cutest thing where he burrows himself completely under the blanket, so you get a cuddle buddy when you are asleep too! Flint is both crate-trained and house-trained, so it was a breeze to take care of him. He does get reactive around other dogs and children, even if he is just seeing them on a TV screen. But Erin and Cameron explained this very well to us ahead of time, and curbing his nervousness is just a matter of remaining calm and distracting him. Also, he is rather strong so it is something to keep in mind, in case he gets reactive, or also when playing tug, which he loves.

Harvi likes to keep to herself, but she does come up to you every now and then to give one good rub before she decides to go back to her nap or loafing state. She is so cute and fun to play with - there are several cat toys that she enjoys so it is a treat spending time with her as well.

Erin and Cameron were absolutely amazing - they are so friendly, kind and communicative! Erin even picked us up from the ferry terminal early in the morning before they had to leave for their trip. Erin gave us a full tour of the house and explained everything we needed to know to perfection. They also have such an adorable baby, which was a bonus to meeting them haha!

The house was spotless, and had everything we needed. Overall, this was a wonderful and enjoyable sit :)

First of all this place is super cozy, comfortable and so pretty. I felt so welcomed with a lovely care package basket on the bed upon arrival with items to help accommodate your stay. Such a great touch! Walking distance to the beach was so amazingly calming and the views never get old. Jenna is an absolute gem!! 💎 The kindest, sweetest temperament. So well behaved. I miss her!! This was one of my most favorite sit’s.
