I especially appreciate how she makes the turnover seamless. Of course, it’s my responsibility to be sure our home is prepared for her stay. Pam asks the right questions to be sure we both are prepares. Pam is special and the consummate professional sitter.
It was lovely to have Robyn and her daughter watch our dogs. She was communicative leading up to the sit, easy to work with regarding timing of arrival and departure, and I felt that our dogs were loved on while we were gone. They took good care of our home and left things in good condition. They're welcome back anytime 😊

Sydney and Frankie are sweet and so easy to care for. We usually found them lazing in the sun on the window sill, though Frankie soon found another favourite spot on Brian's lap. They are laid-back kitties with personality. Communication with Jenn and Ian was perfect - before, during and after - and their comprehensive welcome guide covers everything you could possibly need to know. Their location is excellent - just steps from High Park and the shopping and dining of Roncessvalles Village. We had a lovely time and are happy to recommend this sit.
Pauline was wonderful to deal with, from our initial call through to the end of the sit. She had the guide to the sit for me with all the information I required to care for the 2 little "monsters" and the home. We met just before the sit, as I came from out of town. Pauline gave me the grand tour and showed me everything I needed to know. The cats were waiting to see who I was and slowly, and at their own pace, became more friendly and accepting of me. Soon, we were best friends. The cats were a little shy at first, Nessie especially (started to give me a complex..lol). She hid for about a day while Lulu checked me out for a while before coming over and climbing on top of me, lying on my chest. This became her favourite spot. Nessie was hesitant. I let her come to me, and slowly she gained her confidence. By the end of the sit, she, too, was lying on my chest. I kept Pauline abreast of all the goings on with Lulu and Nessie, including photos and updates. As for the area, there is everything you need very close by, from a huge mall and many other things you need just a short walk away. It was a pleasure sitting these 2. I hope to return if the stars align...
