Although a kennel may not be the first place you think of to board your cat, Eagle Ridge has a special cat area upstairs that provides all the comforts of home. We have boarded our two cats here multiple times over the last 2 yrs and are extremely happy with the care they receive. Each cat has a separate enclosure with an upper window view and cozy sleeping area that borders a living room lounge area. Every cat gets time daily to explore the living room and visit with whoever is there. When we pick them up after boarding, it’s obvious they received a lot of love and attention. You can tell that everyone at Eagle Ridge loves animals. We highly recommend Eagle Ridge Kennels as a place you can feel comfortable boarding your cat.

My 3 dogs Biscuit, Charlie and Stanley LOVE coming to day care at Eagle Ridge! They take such great care and the 7-7 hours are so convenient!

Pricing has changed and now it is absurd. Our dog always seemed to have an okay time but sometimes they forget to return her medication or toys. Overall it's been average but definitely not worth the new pricing policies.

I just boarded my Husky this past week and he loved it ! They had all great things to say about him, which they keep in their notes. Very clean and friendly staff !! It was a little pricier than I'm used to for boarding but regardless my dog was well taken care of

I unexpectedly rescued an Old English Bulldog and needed boarding for a few days. The staff is amazing and super easy to deal with-I wasn't sure of his temperament etc but they said bring him in ! I think Ivan had a great time and will definitely take him back.

Eagle Ridge has taken care of our cat several times when we've been out of town. What a wonderful place! Our cat receives exceptional care and comes home happy and healthy. We never worry about his care while we're gone and know he's receiving personal attention with total commitment to his well-being.

I can’t say enough about what a great place this is. Our dog attends day care and has boarded. Haley and her staff go above and beyond to make sure all the dogs are safe and happy., they treat every dog as if they were their own. We love the daily pictures. The response time when you have a question or problem is almost immediate. I wouldn’t trust Finnegan anywhere else. He loves his home away from home friends.

Our 10 month old pup Brody loves coming here. Very seamless to schedule boarding stays along with an easy pick up/drop off process. Would recommend to anyone!

This is the best place for boarding and grooming your pet. Your pets will safe and have fun. I love the pictures they show of their doggie visitors. Hayley started Home away from home and has put together an amazing team of ladies who really take an interest and time to get to know each dog. My dog is beyond energetic and crazy, he comes home tired. The best feeling for me is when I drop him off for boarding and he runs to the door. Great job,team❤️🐶❤️

I cannot say enough wonderful things about Home Away From Home. Our mini Bernadoodle was rescued from a puppy mill where he was kept outside for 10 months. To say he needed special attention is an understatement. This facility and all the employees have been an essential part of our pups progress. He loves going there and they teach him so much. We are forever grateful and always feel comfortable leaving him there for our trips. He loves daycare, boarding, and their groomers are also top notch. Thank you Home Away From Home! ♥️

The ABSOLUTE best! Hayley and the girls are the only ones I trust my dog with for boarding or daycare. Their care and dedication is unmatched. They don't understand things come up. I was 30 mins late to an appointment because the wife got covid. I wanted to work with them but then they went and told me MY DOGS shot records werent up to date per the vet. Yes they are, and I'd prefer you not to pry into my personal business. Don't you EVER call my vet asking questions. I provide you with the paperwork. I understand I/we were late and I own that, but to not even have any humanity? Way to lose a customer. I'll go somewhere else that at least cares. RE: Yeah you don't need to respond with exactly what happened. I know what happened as I called. Like I said you literally have NO HUMANITY for understanding for situations. No, we will not being continuing with you. No I will not fix this review, and no you WILL NOT contact vets Ask for paperwork. It is NONE of your business contacting vets for information. You ever do it again and I will be reporting you and the vet for giving out information that is not yours to ask for. Thankfully you were WRONG and my dogs have all their shots. Play stupid game and you will win stupid prizes. Keep it up though. I signed no waiver to allow you to do this. BTW charge the fee if you want. Good luck getting me to pay for it. Nowhere on your website does it state you do as such, and I wouldn't pay it even if you thought you could charge me for it. Good luck!

We take our Boston Terriers to daycare and they love it!!! & I mean love it! They get super excited when I pullin that I can barely park. The kennel girls are super nice and tell you who they played with when pickup! My BTs sleep the night away from there fun day of activities. They post pictures and actually let dogs play. Some other daycares dont always let the dogs play. Some pictures are my best pics of my dogs 🥰 The owner is very experienced and we highly recommend! I travel from Chktg to West Seneca. Love this place!

We LOVE Country Comfort Inn. We have been sending our dogs there for 7 years and have nothing but amazing experiences. They truly care about the dogs and take such good care of the animals. Their pricing is one of the lowest anround and includes everything. Unlike some places that charge extra for play time or walks. We have a very sick dog that requires a lot of medications and extra love. Normally I would be afraid to leave her in the care of others but Jill and her staff are amazing and make it so easy to enjoy our time away. We know our dogs are being cared for properly and the dogs always seem to be having a great time in the pictures they post. They are also very responsive to emails when something comes up and they don’t mind if you check in on your pet while you are away. Lastly, we highly recommend their grooming services! Chrissy is amazing and cuts both our dogs hair when they are boarding. I really could go on forever about how much we love CCI and we always recommend them to our friends and family.

Very friendly. We are looking forward to taking our German Shepherd puppy in during the month of June. She had a great first experience the other week and knew she was in good hands.

I bring my pup Boone in whenever I have to go out of town for work. He is ALWAYS properly taken care of in every way with plenty of play time, potty breaks and interaction. The staff is extremely kind/courteous, helpful and knowledgeable. They have always been willing to work with me in times of need and the pricing is more than fair for the supreme care they give. Boone absolutely loves coming here for a little vacation and I never have to worry about him while I am gone because I know he is in the best care he can get!

I was unable to type a review earlier, but I am now able from my computer. The owner was very professional. Unfortunately there is no marked parking outside so I parked away from the front door because normally the front of a building is saved for people who are handicapped or picking their dogs up. I was only there for a tour. I have been in customer service for over 25 years and the staff member that told me I was parked in employee parking was extremely rude. She could have easily just parked somewhere else until I was finished with the tour. That is called good customer service. Unfortunately, she was so rude that I didn't get the best first impression. However, the owner was very professional and did offer for me to come back. In no way does this reflect how well they take care of the animals at this facility. The low rating is strictly because of the rude staff member. I rarely ever leave a review that isn't at least a 4 star, but this was very concerning. Not spiteful in any way, just hoping to help others to be aware of the parking, so they don't encounter the same issue.

Our "little" angels were very happy with their Christmas week stay. The price was reasonable and the staff genuinely care about the pets and aren't just in it for the money. They were also very accommodating with our crazy schedule. We will definitely be back!

We are so happy to have found this place for day care and boarding of our two dogs and they have a grooming option for them now as well. Don't let the rustic look fool you, this place is great and they take very good care of all the boarded animals. Playtime and attention to your pets needs are understood to be part of animals daily care and not extras that you have to book like at other boarding places. And quite honestly does your pet need a glass cage and a TV or is it more important that the staff cares for them and treats them like they are their own

I was very nervous and skeptical when needing to use a kennel or boarding my dog anywhere and we had no choice for our trip this time so I took a chance on Country Comfort Inn due to my brother recommending them and loved when he boarded his dog there. From beginning to end they were great! They had me come for a tour so I knew where he would be sleeping, playing, etc. and gave me a packing check list to bring for the week, he played with other dogs and had a great time! They gave him attention and didn’t leave him to sit in a cage alone every day, I LOVED that they take them for walks and give them free space to run and play together and even have the doggy door in their closed rooms so he could go in and out as he pleased which he loves to do so that was comforting to me that he wasn’t trapped every time he was in the room. They packed and cleaned all his stuff and placed it nicely in the bag for me when he left and he came out happy and normal and not frantic or scared so I could tell he had a nice time there! I will definitely be using them again if needed and thank you to all the staff for taking good care of Simba like he was their own while we were away! Great people and great place and also the prices are unbeatable compared to many other places i checked for sure! Thank you!

I have been using Country Comfort Inn for over 10 years. My first dog Pepper, loved going there when I was traveling. He always got excited every time we pulled in the parking lot. After I lost Pepper to cancer, they welcomed my 8 year old rescue who had little experience with people she could trust. She’s much more of a loner and they did everything to make her feel comfortable. She now enjoys her time there while I’m traveling. Also, I enjoy seeing pictures of her. I can’t think of a better place to trust your furbaby to when you can’t.

Jill and her staff take care of your pet like their own. You pet won’t be disappointed.

I brought my pup here when I was in town and visiting and couldn’t be any happier with their service. I have boarded my dog on many occasions and never have I seen her so happy after being boarded. She is usually very nervous and has been known not to eat when she has stayed at other facilities, but not at Country Comfort Inn.

My dogs have been going to LaDeDa for more than 9 years for daycare, boarding and grooming. The staff are very attentive and friendly and my dogs love going there. The staff play with the dogs in the dayrooms and in the summer the dogs can swim in pools with supervision from the staff. For boarding dogs stay in suites, no cages are used and there is 24 hour care. I highly recommend you check out the website to see all that LaDeDa offers.

You gave her large balls to play with, water hoses to chase and so much love and attention. Our hearts are in pieces, but, If it wasn't for you and knowing she was not "being herself", we would not have been with her in her last hours. I work from home, I am required to be in office 4x a year. The staff here are so very accommodating, easy to work with and loving.

From the very first day, Holly and the staff treat my babies like their babies. From grooming to boarding I will never take my pups anywhere else! The dogs LOVE to go there! The best part of the boarding, is no kennels, they have a private themed hotel suite!

Would like to leave zero stars. I dropped off a healthy, happy dog for boarding. When I picked up my dog a week later he was soaking wet (it was cold outside and no he did not have a bath or go swimming), and could barely walk or stand. When I got him home, I was unable to get him to even stand up to get out of the car. I went straight to the vet who diagnosed him with severe exhaustion and dehydration. He had also lost 5 pounds. When I inquired at La De Da about what had happened, I was told nothing. Six months later, my dog was dead.

I have been a customer at La De Da Pet Spa for over 8 years. My dogs absolutely love going there for grooming - they get excited as soon as I pull in the driveway. They always look, smell and feel fabulous after being pampered. I have also boarded my dogs there. They were treated as if they were their own pets. The boarding area is immaculate and luxurious - wish I could stay there! Plus, and this is huge for me, there is someone with them 24/7! I absolutely love that! Truly a home away from home! The Day Care is also phenomenal. My puppy has a ball every day - running and playing. I love that he is socialized as well as supervised the whole time. He loves it, and I love all the exercise and attention he gets while I am at work. I wholly recommend La De Da Pet Spa. I trust them to always do the absolute best for my dogs.

We've only used LaDeDa boarding but they are great! The suites are so nice & clean and the staff has been so nice! I left my Cooper there for as long as 4 nights & as short as over night. He has always come home without any issues & very happy.

I had my dog Dog stay at La De Da he has never been away from me, he stayed for 8 days. I know he was so well cared for.Hannah took care of him, I saw how he was I think he had a better time with her than me. I felt they took care of him As i would. Thank you. We have used this service a number of times over the years. We have stayed close to home the last few years and have not needed pet sitting since 2019. Unfortunately when we contacted them this time we were told that they no longer came up into our area. All we can say is if you need them and can get them, use them!!

I can't say enough good about this place, we tried out a few doggie daycares and this place is GOLD. While the space may be somewhat small, the individualized one on one attention your dog gets is unapparelled. The staff really goes above and beyond; words simply can't fully express how grateful I am for how well my dog is treated here!

I’ve been taking my dog Rosie here to be groomed for quite some time. They are very reliable and I’m pleasantly surprised every time I pick her up. The staff is wonderful!!

We have been coming here since 2018 or so. I have 2 shih tzu girls, who are not easy. This place has always done an amazing job. And even with the maybe 2 times I have been unhappy about something, they always go above and beyond to make sure it is corrected. Won't ever go anywhere else and always recommend it to everyone I know
