Kathy and Mike
Kathy and Mike's home is in a serene Maine setting and their (indoor) cats are sweet, peaceful, and easy to care for. The poultry is easy to care for (and fun to watch and listen to) - feeding, letting out once in the evening, and changing water was well worth the fresh eggs! The home is comfortable and is situated on a dirt road just off the main road (with a town park on a lake within view/walking distance) with fields and woods around the property and neighborhood. It's a quiet setting and a great place to relax. The area is dotted with many small lakes, farms, forests, etc. that make this an ideal place for sitters who love nature and the outdoors. There is a restaurant on the lake (walk to in less than 5 minutes) as well as a post office, fire dept., and small grocery store in walking distance/very short drive. Kathy and Mike were very welcoming and friendly and I would be happy to sit for them any time.

Jane is an absolutely delightful hosts and made me feel very welcome in her beautiful home.

Shamya
I had such an amazing time with Stokely in Venice! Stokely is one of the sweetest and most affectionate cats I've sat for, she loves to cuddle and is too cute!! Shamya's guest house was so clean and nice and the location was perfect for easy access to shops and grocery stores and the beach! Shamya was always responsive and helpful if I ran into any questions or issues. Highly recommend this sit and hope to be able to come back in the future! :)

Eileen
It was a lovely sit looking after Gabi - she’s a beautiful, friendly, gentle soul who is very easy to care for. I loved her nuances and funny habits - her love of an empty cardboard box & many sleeping spots throughout the house!

Eileen was brilliant to communicate with and made the whole stay very easy and familial! Eileen’s home is very comfortable and a brilliant spot to explore Manchester and Cheshire, esp using public transport.

Thanks again, Eileen & Gabi! x

Jeff
This is a small farm surrounded by majestic mountains and forest. There is no traffic and no noise except the sound of birds calling to each other. It is a beautiful experience!

We met Brittanya before the sit. She walked us through the care of the horses and was very easy to communicate with. It was truly a pleasure to spend some time with Brittanya and Emma. (Jeff was away at work).

The horses are fed in the morning and evening so there is plenty of time to explore the area. The dogs, Gary and Oscar, are well behaved and easy care.

It is not your typical housesit but, if you have a sense of adventure, we think you will enjoy looking after Brittanya's horses and dogs!
