This was our first time leaving the country and counting on a zeewoi sitter to fill our role with our pets and home. In this situation we would be unable to get home quickly in an emergency which made it even more important to have a highly qualified sitter who could not only care for our dogs as we would, but also who could care for our home in any circumstances that may arise. Virginia fit these requirements perfectly which allowed us to enjoy a more relaxed experience during our time away. At my request Virginia arrived the night before the sit to allow for a smoother departure for me and a comfortable transition for our pets. We spent a good amount of time together and I felt very comfortable with Virginia immediately. She is mature, a good communicator, and it was obvious she could handle any issues that might arise. She was willing to help with anything we needed, even taking one of our dogs to a previously scheduled vet appointment! Virginia kept us informed without sending an excessive amount of messages, and she respected our home and neighborhood during her stay. We greatly appreciated the opportunity that Virginia afforded us to enjoy our time on the other side of the world! We hope to welcome her again and again!
Farmsitting during the summer was absolutely wonderful. The gardens are mature, very little light pollution for stargazing. The hounds can be a little strong willed out walking, although Helga is a wonderful old girl and Otto is great company. Very loving animals. I recieved clear communication and a very warm welcome from Pip and Simon. The surrounding countryside was lovely to walk in, and pottering around the farm was lovely. The highlight of my stay was being leaned on by the giant dogs. The worst bit was saying goodbye. If you're up for an adventure I'd recommend caring for the smallholding ❤️
It was an absolute pleasure petsitting Evie and Fleur for Sue this week! Evie was super affectionate my whole time and it was so nice to have her company and cuddles! Fleur is certainly more shy but I could often spot her playing in the garden! Sue was amazing, communication was really easy and clear. She was also incredibly generous in stocking up the house for me before I arrived! The house was lovely, very comfortable and so easy to get to and from on the bus!
We were very lucky having the possibility to spent a very good time into Geneva, Switzerland, at Rosalina's place, with Zorro, the nice little fellow. Rosalina is a very nice person. She made us feel like home from the beginning. We had a very good communication as well, during the house sitting time. Zorro, he is a very lovely "little kid". A cuddling addicted. :-) He is kind, well behaved and he is a very good companion to enjoy your time with. Rosalina's apartment (a "swiss classic" quiet place, cosy and friendly) and the location, are into the very "center of Geneva". A very good place for to explore the Geneva city around. Very easy to access (walking) to Geneva railway station, Geneva bus station, many types of supermarkets, shopping areas, or even to the center of the city and the very nice Geneva lake & parks as well. (easy to reach to the airport too). Also it is a very good place for to spend high quality time visiting great places traveling around (one day trips), into the beautiful area (outside Geneva). With many wonderful places, like: Lausanne, Annecy, Chamonix ...even Evian, etc. Breathtaking areas and landscapes. A nice place for relax and to enjoy some quality time into one of the wonderful cities in the world. Thank you Rosalina for this great experience!
My daughter and I had a fabulous time with Finley and Dylan. They are super affectionate dogs who are so easy to care for. Honestly, we were so attached to them after 2 days, it was really hard to say goodbye. Charlot is an excellent communicator, super kind and friendly and we felt so at home in her lovely apartment. Her home has all the mod cons and such a cosy space. We were both super chilled after our time here! Thanks Charlot, Finley and Dylan. We hope we'll be back again soon!!
I had such a great time looking after Dino! He is just the sweetest dog, he’s very well trained and great company on both walks and the sofa. Jeffrey’s instructions were really clear and straight forward and he was quick to respond to any queries I had. The apartment was beautiful with a great dog park nearby. I would really recommend this sit!
Our two weeks in Chicago taking care of Lola, Kate's precious cat, were just fantastic. Kate made us feel right at home in her lovely house from the moment we arrived. Lola is a sweetheart—super cuddly and quirky, and really easy to look after. We had a blast just hanging out with her and enjoying the cozy vibes of Kate’s place.
