She is very good at letting him approach her and was able to develop a strong bond with Max. He even let her brush his long coat and "talked" with her. She is a very good communicator and knew when to ask for clarification and advice in the early days as he learned to trust her. She left the house immaculate and integrated well with our island neighbours who all help each other. Given a change in plan, she was able to pack him in his carry case and fly with him. She is a gentle, reliable, trustworthy, cat loving woman who is self-reliant in a rural setting. Would definitely book with her again.
Augusta and Barrie are very wonderful pet-sitters. They forged a close bond with our cat, and were very loving and attentive to him. They sent daily photos and updates at my request, which was a wonderful peace of mind to us whilst on vacation. Both our cat and rabbit were calm, healthy and clearly had been very well cared for.
