This was the perfect sit!! Highly recommend. Stephanie is wonderful, so kind, and a great communicator. Ralph and George are so so cute, easy, and loveable. They loved to snuggle with me, but also lay on their heat pads or special spots around the apartment close by. I was genuinely sad to leave their sweet souls- really loved their company. Basalt is simply gorgeous with lots of things to do! Thanks again Stephanie and Dan!
I would thoroughly recommend house sitting for Rebecca. The house is a lovely new home beautifully appointed in a quiet respectable area, we immediately felt at home. Rebecca and Elliott made us very welcome, communication was very good. Daisy is a very easy undemanding cat to look after. We would have no hesitation in sitting for them again.
Ruth and Tony are leading a very interesting, idyllic life high up in the Shropshire hills, or should I say clouds, in their self built eco house away from it all and living 'the good life'! They are happy to share the experience with others and it is quite amazing, the incredible views, the fabulous walks, picking your own fruit and veg, and collecting eggs. The dogs were very affectionate and good company. I didn't feel isolated as there seemed to be someone around most days. There were plenty of OS maps available for planning walks. My most memorable day was driving up the Burway by mistake to find myself on a mountainous track looking down 'Devils mouth' towards Cardington Valley - breathtaking!
My sit at Sarah and Steve's Boulder home was spectacular! Besides living in an incredibly beautiful area, their proximity to the prime areas of Boulder is a plus. Boulder is an active, thriving town with tons of great coffee shops and restaurants. The best part of the sit was definitely Carrot. She is sweet and intelligent and full of great energy. We hit it off immediately and spent most of every day together; I missed her company on the few outings I made without her. Mornings began on the deck with me having coffee while Carrot fetched a stick or ball. Later, Carrot and I would venture in to nature for hikes and drives in the country. I took her on adventures to Estes Park, Lyons, Golden, Longmont, Niwot and countless trails. She rides well in the car, responds favorably to verbal commands and is easy to care for.
It was a real pleasure to housesit for Jesse and Alessia. Their dogs are so cute, it was really nice to have them welcoming us so warmly after few hours outside, and they are always up for cuddles! The ferrets spend most of the time sleeping... Alessia and Jesse's home is really cosy and perfectly clean, we had a wonderful time here, thank you so much!
I had a really wonderful time looking after Cuba at Annabelle and James’ place in Bath. Cuba is such a sweet dog with so much personality, and their home is absolutely beautiful. Communication with Annabelle was great and I felt super welcome in their place. Would highly recommend!
