We were absolutely delighted with Anna & Lucas. It was our first time using zeewoi, and we were concerned about leaving our cats with people we didn't know. Anna and Lucas were brilliant and kept us posted throughout the sit with photos and their routine. When we returned after 5 weeks away , the house was in pristine condition and the cats looked great and seemed very happy. We would certainly highly recommend Anna & Lucas to any future homeowners and we hope in the future that they will be available for our next holiday.
Shahzeb (Zeb) was our first zeewoi sitter and I'm pleased to report that Zeb exceeded our expectations. Off the bat, Zeb's communication skills was awesome, to start, his updating me with arrival info (considering the fact that he knew my wife, Sherry and I were on a tight schedule to catch a flight) was succinct and appreciated. Upon meeting Zeb, his attitude and demeanor was one of confidence and friendliness, polite, respectful, and eager to meet Masha (our cat). We received unsolicited daily updates with several photos, some that were artistic and made Sherry and I laugh. Michael and Galynn were a delight to meet and get to know before our trip. They were kind enough to come the evening before we left so we could introduce them to our cats, show them around the house, and catch up a little without a rush. Our cats take a moment to warm up to guests and typically hideout for a while or the whole visit depending on the guests. However, Michael and Galynn were so accommodating from the moment they arrived - offering the cats treats and words of encouragement. I’ve never seen our cats warm up to new people so fast. Michael and Galynn were easy to work with from start to finish - from hopping on a video call to get to know each other to answering questions before the sit, and sending us tons of pictures and updates about our kitties while we were away. They even asked us how many updates/pictures we wanted before we left and then followed through daily - which we really appreciated since we were missing our fur babies. We knew we’d wake up to an update each morning on both cats. Michael and Galynn were transparent with us prior to and during the sit which we also appreciated since this was our first Zeewoi experience. Michael and Galynn left our home in impeccable shape, each room was clean and vacuumed when we arrived back home - it was so nice to walk into a clean and well cared for place after our long journey. Our cats were calm and happy to see us. Michael and Galynn even left us a hand written card and left a very thoughtful gift for Lily and Leo which we now use daily as part of their grooming. Michael and Galynn are warm and professional pet sitters, and if you have the opportunity to have them care for your pets and home, do it - you, your pets, and home will be thrilled you did. We liked them so much we wanted them to sit for us again a week later. These guys set a high bar for house sitters!
