I am sorry, I usually leave 5 Star Reviews and do not say anything negative. However, I believe I was deceived, and many negative facts about the dogs and living conditions were deliberately withheld and misrepresented. Make sure to have Videocall and see the actual rooms, as I found her pictures and descriptions to be vastly different from reality. Also, you should ask some direct questions based upon the below facts. Be sure to ask if the 3-year-old dog is toilet trained or if he goes the bathroom inside the kitchen on a regular basis. Be sure to ask if the dogs bark constantly and if neighbors have filed noise complaints, and if the dogs can only be let outside under supervision due to $250 noise citations. Be sure to ask her to email you the "Additional Pages " she already has printed out. They are not in her listing nor the Sitters Guide. She gave me a printed copy just before she left for the airport. You need to see the room you will be sleeping in. The air vents were closed and tapped shut. It was damp, moldy, and had mousetraps in it. The tiny, cramped bathroom next to it has an insanely small stand-up shower you can barely fit in. All real bedrooms upstairs were locked, and she sticks you in the cellar and calls it a bedroom. I am sorry, but I would not have applied if I knew all these facts in advance. I believe these facts were selfishly and deliberately concealed.

We met Laura through Facebook Marketplace where she sold venison snacks for dogs. When we met her, she was the sweetest! My dog, ʻĪlei is not always open to all people, but she was friendly to Aunty Laura and excited about her snacks. I learned at that time that Laura offered doggie day care and pet boarding services, which I needed for my little tita girl. Iʻve been lucky to not necessarily need pet boarding for most of my dogʻs life, so pet boarding for a weekend was a new experience for both of us. I really, really appreciated that Laura only boards 4 dogs at a time and requires vaccination records for all dogs. That showed me how professional she is and how much she cares about the quality of each doggieʻs stay with her. Throughout our communication, she was always helpful, friendly, and responsive. Throughout the weekend that my dog stayed with her, she sent me regular updates and pictures through text messages which I also appreciated. My dog and I are so very close with each other, so it helped me feel good to know how my dog was doing. From the day I dropped off my dog, ʻĪlei, to the day I picked her up, I really felt good about her experience with Aunty Laura. I knew she was in good hands with someone who is knowledgeable, professional, caring, and understands animals. I learned a lot as well in this experience from Laura and she even sent home a report about the weekend with stuff that pet parents find important like pooping, Lol. We have booked our second stay with Laura for November and I will continue to send my tita girl to stay with Aunty Laura monthly. I trust her and ʻĪlei does too, which is so important to both of us. I am thankful to have found Laura and her business. She feels heaven sent for me and my fur kid. I couldn’t be happier with Laura’s Doggie Care! My two pups have been attending weekly day care and I’ve seen major improvements with their training and they’ve been overall better behaved. Laura’s space is clean, has plenty of activities, and is stimulating for my pups. I love the small group sizes because it provides socialization without being too overwhelming for my pup that tends to get anxious in big groups. The large yard is a HUGE bonus!! Most importantly, I trust Laura wholeheartedly to care my dogs and it’s a relief to know they’re in good hands whenever I need to board. I can’t recommend Laura’s Doggie Care enough!
Laura was a great Pet sitter. She came to meet my dog and cats prior to petsitting to become acquainted w the house, animals, diet, routines, etc.. While I was away she sent me photos and updates on a daily basis which was comforting for me. She kept the house as it was and cleaned up nicely behind herself. I would recommend her services and use her services again.
Laura is our go to for everything now! While we were about to be off island and stressing to find someone to care for our elderly girl Momi, Laura was my family's blessing. Even having the day care option for us now is huge as we live in an upstairs condo and can't always be there for Momi. Laura makes us feel assured our young at heart pup is always in good hands. I HIGHLY recommend Laura for anyone needing pet sitting or dog walking services. She was recommended to me by a friend when I first got my puppy. I work long hours and thought it would be nice to have someone come take Oliver for walks weekly when I have a longer day. She started walking him at 3 months old and now he’s 8 months. Even with a more consistent schedule, I still have Laura come. The “walks” are WAY more than your average walk. Laura works into the walk all of her vast dog training knowledge and skills. We discuss the struggles I’m having and she not only works on those issues, she sends me videos and tips and tricks she does during the walk with my little guy. She has taught my puppy confidence because he was afraid of cars and big barking dogs, he knows the heel command because of her and does it perfectly for me now, and has gotten completely over his fear of walking over metal grates. She even gave me tips on how to get him to stop biting when he was teething and she was there for his first baby tooth falling out! Laura is phenomenal and waaaaaaay more than your average dog walker. Worth every single penny plus more. Do not hesitate to reach out to her!!

I am so relieved that we found Laura to watch our dog. Laura is reliable, communicative, and very attentive. She has stayed in our home twice and we will use her for all future trips. Laura is the FIRST person where I do not spend time worrying about our dog while we are away. Laura goes above and beyond to make sure our dog gets plenty of adventures and time outdoors. She sends texts and pictures which is very nice. In addition to taking great care of our dog, Laura has always taken great care of our home, too. Laura was wonderful! We have three dogs, two who have a lot of anxiety. She came over before our trip to get to know the dogs and get familiar with our house. The dogs loved her. We were gone for four days and Laura stayed at our house at night, took care of the dogs, and sent pictures & updates every day. She even collected the mail and watered our plants. We highly recommend Laura and we will definitely hire her again on our future trips!

Our dog Grant stayed at Happy dogs Maui for two weeks while we were on vacation. He had such a great time playing with all the other dogs and the whole process or drop off and pick up was very smooth.& easy. Kristin and her team are really great and I would board him there again. We love Kristin and Happy Dogs Maui - they provide a loving, fun and stimulating environment for our high-energy dog for weekly daycare and boarding (as well as board and train). Our dog gets a lot of healthy socialization with other dogs, positive reinforcement training, along with enrichment activities that help work his brain and tire him out. I also highly recommend their puppy board and train program for dog parents who need help training their pups. Kristin is the best dog trainer and cares a lot about the dogs in her care. HIGHLY RECOMMEND!
My 2 dogs love spending daycare or boarding stays at Happy Dogs Maui. Kristin and her staff provide great, loving environment, with dog interactions and stimulation activities. Lots of room to run and play. Not just a caged kennel enclosure with leashed short walks. We love this place, so support Happy Dogs---just don't take the last reservation when we want it! LOL

Kristin is a gem and is wonderful at what she does. Her facility is beautiful, serene, and very clean. The dogs are well looked after and she specializes in positive reinforcement training. I’ve seen wonderful improvements in both my dogs under her care and guidance. As a veterinarian in the industry with a special interest in behavior it was important to me to find the right fit for my dogs when boarding. Getting the benefit of training while boarding with a fabulous trainer is even better!
Mahalo Kristin & Happy Dogs Maui! We brought Hinano to Happy Dogs shortly after we adopted him since we had a preplanned trip. I was so nervous leaving him but he had a blast! I received pictures everyday that always made me smile. He still does all his tricks and eye contact Kristin taught him to this day (over 1 year later!)

This is my go to, local, dog boarding spot whenever I have to travel -- from 2 days to 2 weeks. All of the staff is incredibly kind, accommodating and helpful! They're also amazing with the dogs. My dog is 10yo rescue with some anxiety and behavioral challenges and they've always said he's just great and does so well here. I would gladly trust them with my dog or any future pets.

Ohana Animal Inn is such a sweet & loving place to leave our sweet baby girl. She loves it so much that she practically jumps our of the car before we park! She loves hugs from Chris the owner & Francis her caregiver. When we pick her up she is bathed along with her bedding. She loves to play with Oreo, Chris's dog too. We enjoy ourselves away knowing she is well cared for & loved. We recommend them hands down for superb care of your fur baby while you are away!
Our two boys love staying here where Chris and his staff is very friendly. They get to stay outside and play during the day and that's exactly what they love doing. They seem well cared for when we pick them up.

I recently picked up my dog from there and he had an injury to his foot and looked very thin. Could of been to his longer than usual stay but when he boarded in Kahului he was fine when we got him back. They didn't say anything about him when I picked him up. He acts and seems normal otherwise.

Andreza is an absolute sweetheart!! Her grooming skills are on point!! She takes her time and makes sure that your pet is comfortable during their groom. She is very talented when it comes to her grooming skills. I sent her pictures of what I was looking for and she responded and made me feel like she understood what I was asking. Her grooming area was very clean and smelled clean as well. Prices are extremely reasonable. Very easy to book through her website. She was super friendly and she was gentle with my small dog who has very bad anxiety. I would absolutely recommend her!! 10/10
Loved our experience here. Our mini labradoodle got the best cut she’s ever had. She’s also a very shy dog and she did very well. Very caring groomer. Very clean grooming studio. I highly recommend going to paradise foggy day spa.
Paradise Doggy Spa is wonderful!!! My 5 1/2 month old Maltese Shitzu stayed there for 5 days and was wonderfully taken care of. She had a great time playing with Mike, Andreza and the other dogs! Mike sent me photos and videos daily and I could see how happy she was. I wouldn’t have my Kara go anywhere else if I had to board her on Maui!!!!
Andreza did so great with our 14 year old senior pup. ❤️ She is professional, meticulous, & very kind. My husband & I are careful with choosing groomers since our pup is a little older & needs to be handled with care. She definitely exceeded our expectations. So happy we found her.
Did a wonderful job! Asked for all the information before hand such as if she had any allergies to shampoo and took the time before to make sure she knew what I wanted done. She looked perfect and I was very pleased with the grooming job.

I have been taking my little 9lb dog here for the last few years. Reid takes such great care of our little pup. She is always so excited to see him. He updates us with photos while we are away. He’s always very prompt with communicating. And he goes above and beyond. We honestly couldn’t enjoy going vacation if we didn’t have someone we trust to watch our pup. I cannot recommend Heidi and her team enough at Don't Sweat I Got Your Pet. Marci, took care of our eight cats while we were traveling. She went above and beyond to give our kitties love and kindness and made sure they got their meals on time every day. The portal is super easy to use to keep visits and communications in an organized manner, and Marci was always very responsive and accommodating. I loved getting a report after each visit with pictures and video... specially while being far away in another country and missing my babies. OMG. Best pet sitting service. They care so much and one time went out of their way to take my baby kitten to the vet because he was looking a little sick and they didn’t want him to suffer until I got back. Love the thorough emails and the thoughtfulness involved in. It only caring for your pets but your home.

My go to pet sitter and my kitties absolutely love them! They take such great care of my fur babies, are super friendly, organized, and thorough. Each visit I get an update with pictures, which gives me peace of mind when I'm traveling. The portal is easy to use and is a great way to communicate with staff. Highly recommend them!
Heidi and her team took wonderful care of my two cats. Marci and Kate would visit with the cats and gain their trust so they got lots of pets and love. I got a report card each day with how the cats did along with pictures. I would absolutely recommend them
Heidi and her team at Don’t Sweat, I’ve Got Your Pet helped me rest easy and focus on long work days for weeks. They have a great team of different folks who assisted in caring for our two dogs when we needed in home care. Our Chihuahua mix is a tough one to win over but he quickly fell in love with all 3 care takers. Our Catahoula mix is really tough on leash and Kate gave him all the grace and redirection he needed to walk successfully during her visits. I truly was able to keep my mind focused on traveling and work and didn’t have to stress about my fur babies as I knew they were in the caring hand of the folks at Don’t Sweat, I’ve Got Your Pet.

We are so glad that we have Heidi as our pet sitter. She is extremely reliable and we completely trust her coming to our home when we are gone. She is an excellent communicator and keeps us updated daily, including photos of our pets. What really makes her special is that she provides compassionate care. We recently had an older rabbit who was not doing very well and Heidi fed her, held her, and washed her every morning and evening. She even took her home with her to be able to provide her with better and more frequent care. We couldn’t be happier with Heidi and her services.
We went to the mainland for 5 days, and we wanted to make sure our fur babies were kept on a consistent schedule while we were gone. I reached out to Heidi, who immediately connected us to Marci. Marci came over for a meet and greet a couple weeks before we left, and she was so good with the animals. She asked where we kept food, treats, toys, etc and was extremely kind! After we left, not only did she do an excellent job caring for them, but she sent us 2 updates per day detailing everything she did for the animals according to the instructions we left. She sent so many cute pictures, and it gave immense peace of mind to know they were happy and well taken care of. Not only that, but our home&backyard were spotless upon returning. It was worth every penny! We will be hiring Don’t Sweat I Got Your Pet from now on!
