The house is in a lovely quiet area in Townsville within walking area to the ocean and close the The Strand and the CBD. The house offers everything you need to enjoy your stay and the guest bedroom has got a very comfy bed. The hosts are easy going, friendly, generous and eager to make sure that their housesitters enjoy their time. The two cats are very cute and very easy to look after. Thanks for having us!
Jon and Tina kindly entrusted me with their immaculate home and beautiful friendly (and probably expensive) cats. Clear communication throughout and an excellent welcome pack (the hoovers are in the cupboard under the stairs). The location gave me an excellent chance to explore the area, especially lovely Southwold and Norwich itself. Recommended.
I know this site is about the pets, but I won’t do this house and puppy sit justice if I don’t mention Archie, Hugo and Franklin’s awesome Mum and Dad, Holly & Scott. From the get go they were an absolute pleasure to deal with. Super friendly, welcoming and organised. I met them the night before the sit, after having had a few chats and they introduced me to their 3 gorgeous boys and showed me around the house, which by the way, is amazing. Holly gave me a detailed list of information about the house, the boys, the area, and even printed and marked several walks that I could take the boys for a walk. She had also prepared their lunch and dinners and it was all clearly marked in bags and in containers. This all made my stay super easy. Looking after the boys was great fun. Archie, the youngest is such a happy boy with a cheeky face, and Hugo loves his ball and likes to play hide and seek in the garden. Franklin is the oldest and he’s got such a gentle soul and was always up for a play with his brothers. They love cuddles and are happy to just be around you. Which was nice for me to have company whilst working. I was sad saying goodbye but will keep in touch with Holly and Scott and can highly recommend this sit. Thanks for having me Holly, Scott, Archie, Hugo & Franklin.
Kathy and Stephen’s wonderful humans and Sky is the most adorable Budgie and easy to care for. I thoroughly enjoyed looking after Sky and caring for their home including many plants and beautiful garden. Kathy went above and beyond to make I feel welcome and at home. It was really good to arrive the day before to meet Sky and the family. It was an absolute pleasure and would’ve love to be back in the future.
Tilly is such a gorgeous cat and was no trouble at all to look after. She loves to snuggle on the bed during the day but will join you for some fuss and tickles in the evenings. Lulu and Russell were wonderful hosts and were very easy to communicate with, both before and during our stay. Their house is beautiful, spotlessly clean, and very comfortable. We would definitely recommend them to you!
We had the great opportunity to spent 10 days in Mike’s house and take care of their lovely cat Jimmy. Jimmy is absolutely adorable and such an easy going cat, we miss him already. Communication with Mike was very easy and the welcoming and house sitting instructions were very good. We really felt welcome by Mike and his family in their amazing home. Thanks guys!! All the best! Jerry & Zanne
