Ime was AMAZING!! Not only was she the kindest and so easy to communicate with, but she took care of my pets as if they were her own! My house was spotless when I got home and my babies well loved and looked after! We were all sad to see her go! Would 1000% recommend her again and want her to come back anytime!

Marianne, Sus and Helena stayed at my place in Basel for two weeks over the summer. From start to finish, the communication was easy and uncomplicated. It was the first time I had left my kitties for so long, so I was understandably worried, however Marianne and Sus quickly made me feel at ease. I loved that Helena took the time to play with Nahla and Simba, and I came home to a cute "cat game" which she had made! They updated me with sweet pictures of the kitties during their time in Basel and when I got home, my apartment was super clean and tidy. If Marianne, Sus and Helena are back in Basel, they would be welcome to sit for me again!

Good communication about arrival etc I asked for photos each day and got lots of great photos and videos They clearly loved our pets and gave them a lot of attention We had builders in unexpectedly after a leak and they were very accommodating of them and the mess Lovely sitters

I can’t say much more than the above 5 stars. The cats were happy. The house was looked after. We had regular updates regards the animals and any other issues that occurred. Maxime really looked after our outside plants so they were all in perfect health when we returned. Thanks to you both.

Kelly is an amazing pet-sitter. It was lovely to meet her and she took such great care of Eddie Wendy and Tommy. Eddie was thoroughly spoiled and had lots of adventures and outings with Kelly. Nathalie was incredible with both our dogs and the house. The dogs ignored us almost when we arrived since they were so comfortable with Nathalie. The house super clean and tidy: chocolates on the house to thank us for the stay. What a treat! We are going away this spring and we hope Nathalie can come again.

Wish I could give more than 5 stars. Tahnee and Sienna were fab, and very gracious about having no personal handover as they followed directly from another sitter while we took a long trip to the States. Missy has been very well cared for, the flat is immaculate and they even left two very thoughtful gifts: a friendship bracelet from one daughter to another and a beautiful watercolour drawing of Missy which will take pride of place now 🐈‍⬛ thank you so much xx

Lynne and Robert were the ultimate housesitters. I was worried as I was going to the USA to visit my daughter for the first time in 4 years. My greyhound had been with previous housesitters but not my Chihuahuas. Lynne and Robert came and stayed the day before I left. My pets absolutely loved them from the first minute they arrived.
