Isabelle was a joy from the moment I spoke to her.
She went out of her way to  be as helpful as possible before we left.  
Nothing was too much trouble.
She arrived with a gift for us and for our cats. 
We all had dinner together the night before we left.
I was happy and at ease to leave her to take care of our home and our cats.
She is one of the warmest and friendliest people I've ever met.
She is so accommodating and she kept us up to date during our time away.

I would highly recommend her as a pet sitter and house sitter.

Honestly, I cannot praise her enough.

Sabine and Helmut are great pet sitters and very experienced with what they do.  They initially applied for one sit and were able to do an additional sit for me when my plans changed at fairly short notice.

Over the summer I have been helping out a local TNR Charity by fostering kittens short term and they were aware that I had three fosters plus Hiram and Casper. Two days before they were due to arrive I ended up rescuing a stray mum and her kittens but unfortunately the carer we had lined up for them fell through at very short notice.  

To their credit, Sabine and Helmut took the additional arrivals in their stride offering me lots of advice and guidance and the benefit of their vast experience in caring for animals.  Sabine also diagnosed sickness within one of the kittens that my vet missed when I took them in for their initial assessment.

My home was very well looked after and when the property suffered issues with water pressure and a water leak they called out the contractors from my welcome guide and kept me informed of what was going on at all times and as well as making themselves available to let the contractors in and out.  Luckily the water issues were resolved for their second sit with me and on completion of y trip Helmut was good enough to collect myself and my friend from the airport.

Sabine and Helmut looked after my cats and my fosters as if they were there own and I got regular updates on how they were doing.  I was concerned about Casper on the second sit as he was unwell when I went on holiday, Sabine put my mind completely at rest and kept me updated on his progress.

I wholeheartedly recommend Sabine and Helmut for any  prospective sits and I hope to see them again at some point in the future.

Bill and Trudi arrived the day before we were due to go away so that it gave the dogs a chance to get used to them and vice-versa.  They almost followed the plumber into the house as we had a bit of a leak into our lounge from the bathroom!  We all set to with towels to soak up the landing carpet.  We also had a chap doing some work in the front garden and they kept him topped up with tea and cake.  They were really helpful and seemed to take all the chaos going on in our home in their stride which was fantastic and we were grateful for.
The dogs instantly took to them which was brilliant.  They were very easy to get along with and we all seemed to just click.  It was like having very good friends/family come to visit.
I took them to one of my regular and favourite places to walk the dogs (my happy place).  They too loved the area so took the dogs there most days in the car.  They sent pictures of the dogs and kept us updated of anything happening at home.  
We arrived home from our trip to a delicious roast dinner being prepared for us which was much appreciated.  They left us the following morning and it was sad to see them go.
I would have no hesitation in recommending Trudi and Bill to look after your animals/house - you could rest assured that everything would be in safe hands.  The house was lovely and clean on our return and we had two very happy girls.  Hope we get to see them again before they head back home to Australia. Thank you very much Trudi and Bill x
