It was lovely to look after Ringo & Murphy, very good boys!
Amazing place to housesit! Tara left great instructions for the house. Lucy is a really sweet cat. She is a bit noisy, but if you pet her or talk to her while she's being chatty, she will normally quiet down! She loves belly rubs and pets outside in the sun.
What a beautiful sit that was. Charly & Will are very welcoming, caring & sweet humans. We were lucky to get to sit their 3 cats, each one with a different personality and hilarious characters. The chickens.. they were the cherry on top. excited all the time, laying an egg almost every morning giving us a delicious breakfast. After this sit, I am considering having chickens in my future house. Their house is very cozy and homy that we did not want to leave it at all. it has cool features, light open automatically wherever you walk. it is the perfect combination between a modern and cozy house. the neighborhood was very quiet, and close to grocery shops. I highly recommend this sit & Iβd definitely love to do it again when possible β€οΈππββ¬πββ¬ππβ€οΈ
We had a wonderful stay with Billie and Billow, they are very lovely and cute boys! It was easy to take care of them, they are very collaborative and always ready to share love. We were fascinated by their personalities. Billie is a very social, affectionate and musical cat who knows how to get attention. His acrobatic rolls and rumbles will not leave you untouched. Billow has a more subtle approach in introductions, it takes time for him to become close to you. But when he did, that trust became especially valuable to us. We were a little sad to say goodbye to our new friends. If back in Amsterdam again, we would be happy to spend time with them again and see how they may have grown up yet. Durba left detailed instructions on the house and how to care for the pets, as well as small recommendations for the surrounding area. We are very grateful that the owner has provided many little things that may be needed for the house: a clothes roller, cleaning products and other small things. Durba is very responsive and willing to help. She has always been in touch. We are also very happy that on our first visit to Amsterdam we were lucky enough to find ourselves in such a pleasant area to live in, which allowed us to see a real cosy city outside of the bustling tourist centre, but at the same time within walking distance of all the interesting central locations. We definitely enjoyed our time here. Durba thank you so much for inviting us and your trust in us, as well as your flexibility with logistics and accommodation!
