This was our first experience of having sitters in our home. We need not have worried. From the very first contact Gary and Therese were helpful and knowledgeable. We collected them from their airport hotel and introduced them to the house and the neighbours, and, most importantly, the cat! Throughout our travels they kept us updated about the house and the cat, they managed the situation when my car was broken into, and when the microwave broke. Gary made sure the batteries on the cars were charged. The house was spotlessly clean when we arrived home and they provided us with a delicious meal when we got home too. The cat has taken several days to adjust to the lower level of care we provide! We feel we have made good friends with both Gary and Therese who we would recommend wholeheartedly.
Jordie and Huekyong were far more than just housesitters - we went on holiday with total peace-of-mind that our treasures were in safe hands. We could see they were 'cat-people' (animal lovers) the moment they arrived by how our kitties responded to them, and Jordie's and Hyekyong's immediate focus on their needs. They were so thorough on understanding the instructions, especially their feeding routine and medication for our Teddy's asthma. Jordie and Hyekyong are lovely, engaging, thoughtful and very bright - we highly recommend them!
