Heidi took incredible care of my dog and my apartment while I was traveling for almost a month! She was a great communicator and took the time to understand both my dogs needs and my expectations for how much communication I wanted. She sent me some great photos of him while I was out and was very professional. I would invite her to come house sit again in a second! I could also tell that she really loves dogs and enjoyed spending time with my pup. I returned home to a super clean apartment and a nice note. All to say- highly recommend her!!

Mae and Ted were wonderful! They took great care of our pets and home and we had a lot of yard watering because we had newly planted trees and plants and no rain! We also had a situation where our hot water heater died literally the night before they arrived and they had to put up with that over a holiday weekend until it was repaired on Tuesday. They are professional, very self sufficient and left our home looking beautiful. I recommend them highly for any situation, we will certainly request them again if the need arises. We were so fortunate that Melanie was available to stay with our 15-year-old cat, Little Bits for 12 days. Our sweet female calico has gotten older and a little more frail dealing with hyperthyroidism. My husband and I were concerned yet hopeful that we’d find the right person to look after her needs. Well, Melanie was a gem; we didn't have a single worry the entire time we were away. We were also very grateful that she was able to arrive the evening before we left so we could go over things in the house and get acquainted. We knew instantly Bits would be in excellent hands. Melanie was watchful and very attentive. Her communication was beyond exceptional and we loved getting updates with photos of our girl. It was obvious that Little Bits was very happy with her new friend. When we returned we found our home clean and in perfect order. Melanie did an amazing job!

I can't thank Rachel & Jordan enough. We got home after 3 weeks gone and 34 hours of travel to 2 happy, healthy dogs and a beautifully cleaned home! This was everything I could have asked for!! They took on our pup's last minute, unexpected allergy situation and basically nursed her back to her normal happy self! Our other pup has diabetes and requires 2 shots of insulin a day, which was done perfectly. We feel lucky to have found a wonderful family to keep our senior puppies - both with health issues - company during our time away, which we were able to appreciate fully knowing they were so cared for. They have our heartfelt gratitude and recommendation!

Matthew watched our house, two dogs, and cat while we were away for two weeks. He was incredibly communicative in preparation for the housesit and while we were away. He kept us up-to-date on how things were going and with questions he had to best care for our animals. He went above and beyond what was expected by taking our trash to the dump and letting us know about issues we were unaware of with our house and plants. He was incredibly personable and when we returned I think our house was cleaner than how we left it! We would highly recommend Matthew without hesitation and hope he wants to housesit for us again in the future.

Kristina and Matt took wonderful care of our dog and our home. Our dog was actually injured in a fight just before the trip so we were nervous to leave him. Upon meeting them both I felt very comfortable leaving our dog in their care. Kristina has a very calming presence and I know she worked her magic with our dog! They sent us pictures and updates throughout the visit easing our worries. On arrival home Matt had even fixed a few things in our house! What a blessing! They also picked up dog food for us and refused to let us compensate which was much appreciated. Overall I would 100% have them back and highly recommend them!

Diana was absolutely amazing to work with and did a fantastic job with my dogs. She has a lot of dog experience and patience for working with my shy girl, that needed extra attention. She was so accommodating to our schedule and has great communication. The house was spotless when we returned. Little Mia is an affectionate kitty, good company and has an easy going routine. Communication with Carolyn from the very start was a pleasure, and both Steve and Carolyn were so welcoming, providing detailed notes with codes, etc. When I arrived at their beautiful home, they offered a delicious pasta dish after the drive, and also generously provided during my stay. We exchanged several photos and they were so appreciative to hear how everything was going. I highly recommend sitting for Mia and you will love their home and Port Hope with its cafes, shops and friendly people. Thank you, Carolyn and Steve.

There might not be enough room in a single review to say all the good things we could about this home and pet sitting experience! 

We had an incredibly warm welcome when we arrived, and a lovely meal with Karen & Steve who made us feel right at home from the minute we met. The house itself is beautiful, homely, peaceful and well appointed, situated in a lovely gated community with a great pool area. Teddy is just divine, we miss him already. Very easy to walk on and off leash, and a true joy to be around. Ebey was an affectionate and chatty cat. Karen & Steve gave excellent instructions for the pets and home.

Nearby Ajijic has endless Mexican small town charm, Chapala is bigger and interesting to explore and San Antonio itself has everything you need at your doorstep. Great restaurants, cafes, grocery stores and cinema etc.

We are grateful to have stayed here and found new friends in Karen & Steve. If you are available to take up an opportunity of house sitting here, you’d be mad not to. Take care and we hope to see you again!

We loved this house sit - brilliant location (half way between the famous Gloucester Road and Whiteladies Road) and such a spacious house with a lovely combination of animals. 

Eddie the dog is a real charmer - cuddly and loves his food as well as play time with the ball! The cats, Miggy and Zoggy take a little more time to warm up to you but a few days in to the sit they were keeping us company throughout the day and even enjoying cuddles. 

We loved our stay here and would love to return.
