This was my first experience with a house sitter so I followed the instructions of the website as best as I could, I made a welcome pack, and also created a PDF for Andrea which I sent her on WhatsApp. Unfortunately I do not have any experience in bars nearby, so I couldn’t advise on that and there were a few things that I forgot so made notes for Andrea when she arrived. This review is really in 2 parts. Now I am home my puppy seems quieter and happy, however there were a few issues that I need people to be aware of. First of all, if you love your dogs like they are family, allow them on sofa and they sleep in your bedroom, sometimes getting on your bed, I would not recommend Andrea. However if you are happy for someone to come and retrain your dog and treat them the way they deem correct, Andrea is the person for you. When Andrea arrived in Alicante I agreed to collect her from the airport but did advise that she should meet me at the car park on level 5 as I was isolating for the last 2 weeks due to the fact that I needed to have a test exactly 24 hours before I flew to the USA. Unfortunately Andrea could not find the parking and was very angry at me as soon as I found her in the airport. This was not a good start. Andrea agreed to look after the pets as I did and I was fine with that, after all it was not me that would be in the house. Unfortunately my puppy (she only had the puppy as my older dog went to a friends) chews, I did put this in my notes and said to just clean it up and I will deal with it when I am home. I never shout at my dogs and punish them for things they do when I am out as they have no idea what you are shouting about and it just creates fear. When I spoke to Andrea on the first day of my holiday she informed me that she had shouted at Shelby and shut her in the garden for 2 hours, which was unacceptable to me, as it was getting hot in Spain. We had several more issues while I was away and I had many complaints that I could not do a thing about while I was away. This complaining about the dog moulting, the sofa being dirty as the dog was sitting on it, and the fact that my dog pulled on the lead made my trip a little stressful. When I arrived home, it was clear that she has not swept the floors, and also managed to contract covid while here, sending me a message on my last day that she needed to talk to me urgently, which made me panic while I was on the other side of the Atlantic! At one point I had to talk her out of muzzling my dog while she was out and also had to ask her to feed her as I instructed as my cleaner who I paid to come once had said that the biscuits were in the garden with ants on. My home was rearranged and not put back together before she left and I feel like she disrespected me and my home. Having said all this, my puppy is happy and quiet, and pulls slightly less on the lead. I would advise anyone here looking for sitters for the first time to make completely sure that they will do exactly as you advise. After all the reason we leave the pets with house sitters is so that their routines are not affected, Shelby’s routine was definitely affected, but she seemed to have a nice time in the end at the beach, and walking etc.

Laetitia and team are exactly what I was looking for. Dog day care services are very common in the US, but here in Strasbourg I could not find anything comparable until I found Patch Guard. Best place to care for your dog. Friendly and centrally located in the city center of Strasbourg. Easy to find. We left our big dog on a sunny busy day with Patch Guard to continue sightseeing and this has been the best decision ever to find a happy dog waiting for us. Highly recommended!!!

Rejected by the Animalis dog care site, it was with immense joy that I discovered this animal crèche which saved our stay in La Rochelle. The concept is just great. From the first telephone contact to the recovery of our 2 dogs, everything was fantastic. We left our babies in total confidence and they seemed to appreciate it. The petsitter is very qualified and caring. He spent his time in space with the dogs to reassure them, caress them, play with them. In short, like at home. The price is quite reasonable.
We left our dog several hours a day during our stay at Center Parc Les 3 Trois Forêts and everything went very well! I even had the right to photos and news during his care by Emma. It would be good for the center to advertise this service more because there is little or no visibility on the site... as well as to enlarge and improve the place because it is quite small and there is no shade.
We left our 2 dogs in care for a few hours at the 3 forests park center and the contact with the animal crèche team was excellent both on a canine level. One of our dogs, however, has a very fearful and independent, even “wild” character, but gentleness and kindness being essential, everything went very well! In short, I recommend with my eyes closed!
Honestly, the experience was excellent! It was great to have discovered this place! Who guarded my dog for 2 afternoons during the Christmas holidays! Lots of attention and friendliness from the employees! I highly recommend it!
