The critters were so much fun to hang out with, even the chickens! Alison was a good communicator, however, I would recommend that she complete the official TH "guide" for future sitters, that way they have everything online at their fingertips. If I could have given four and a half stars I would have, the "demerit" being for the sketchy neighborhood. I'm sure it is fine for a male sitter (or a couple) but as a middle-aged woman, I did not feel safe walking around the neighborhood alone for very long. Something to keep in mind. Cute house though!
Mark and Sophia were so helpful and lovely. Easy to communicate with and very accomodating for our stay. Their home is gorgeous and in such a nice location. It was so much fun looking after Mr Paws and Sisi, they were so funny to play with and watch, 5 star entertainment by them. Such a great experience 😊🐱
Turtle is such a sweet and laidback pup! She was a pleasure to watch! Caitlin was easy to communicate with and it was a joy to stay in her cute apartment. I would happily watch Turtle in the future!
Mark and Robin are the best, so nice and welcoming! We loved our time in Seattle and their home in the city was perfect! Where do you even start when it comes to sharing about this gang of cuties! Brenna, is a big and loveable dog that enjoys her walks and her time with you. She likes to always be in your space and she adores sleeping with you. Carson, an adorable rabbit, so much personality for a little guy! He will keep you entertained and certainly adds to the charm of this sit. Nikki and Tee, the guinea pigs! They are quite the chatter boxes when it came to meal time, so funny to see them get all excited for their treats! This was my first time sitting for guinea pigs, I really enjoyed them. Finally, Annika and Rhoady, their gorgeous cats! Rhoady acts like the boss, always in your space, always vocal, always leading the way! Annika, she is a shy baby girl and it is so rewarding when she gives you the privilege of petting her and when she seeks you out for attention. We truly enjoyed this urban farm high up in a gorgeous condo in the middle of Seattle! Don't miss out if you are offered this sit, you will love it!
We had the most wonderful experience housesitting for Anita and Jim! Communication with Anita was fantastic and she also provided a very detailed home manual. Dotty and Darwin (dogs) are so friendly and very easy to walk, with lots of great walks close by. Bob (bird) was fun to look after, and I loved the many chats we had at night. Overall we had the best time and would highly recommend this housesit to future housesitters. Thank you Anita and Jim for allowing us to look after your home, we are so glad you had a great holiday❤️

Life. Savers. I can't say enough about the sweet staff that took care of my friend's dog, Pebbles. Her owner had an unexpected and extended hospital stay and BNL came up huge for us! Not only did they take excellent care of Pebbles, they even sent pictures and video to calm the fears of one very nervous pet mom. Can't say enough about the wonderful ladies at this place. Bravo!!!!
BNL allowed my dog’s health to deteriorate hiding behind ‘I did what the pet agreement’ specifies. Instead of calling me to let me know my dog’s skin was irritated, paws also red and she smelled terrible! I’m going to have to take my dog to the vet now so she can get better. DO NOT take your dog to that place!
My 7 month old yellow lab stayed at Bark'N Lounge for 9 nights. My concern began as soon as I picked him up and saw blood all over his bottom and right leg. I had been told at pick up that he had a small blood clot in his stool right after his bath. The amount of blood it took to cover this much of his body is more than a small blood clot. When they brought him out he seemed to be very subdued and kept nervously looking over his shoulder at the employee. On the way home I called my vet to schedule an appointment. My concern grew when I was giving him a bath, within an hour of pick up, and saw that he had rashes and major loss of hair all over his body. Throughout his bath, he was shaking and cowering, which had never happened before. After his bath, I began putting away the things that I had dropped off with him and noticed that there was a lot of leftover food. There should not have been nearly as much food leftover. When I took him to the vet my worries were confirmed when he weighed 6 lbs less than when I had dropped him off. The vet said that my pup had a severe allergic reaction, a fungal infection, and a possible bowel blockage. During his stay, I was never contacted and told about any positives or negatives. I was not sent pictures and now I know why. The photos I attached highlight some of the areas of my dog's reaction and infection.
So far we haven't had any problems with BNL. Our dog has been there twice in a two month span. We actually picked him up a couple days ago. Our dog is a nervous dog and sticks to us like glue to us in that kind of environment but this last visit was different. He followed the worker to the back on his own, that's not like him, and when my hubby picked him up he greeted him then followed the female worker around the office. To us he seems content with the place. We always checked the Pet Cam so it brought us ease when we saw him hanging out.
They took excellent care of my dog (Baby) while she was there for 3 nights!! I would highly recommend Bark N Lounge.

If I could assign higher than 5 stars...I would. The most critical testimony for BNL comes from our furbaby, Gracie. Her reaction when we pull into the parking lot is priceless. She absolutely LOVES day care and/or boarding. Gracie was born in 2013 and we have used BNL exclusively since she was 6 months old. The staff is always so nice and helps with the daily administration of eye medication. I have referred several dog owners to BNL - without hesitation! Thanks for taking GREAT care of our little girl!
This place looks good has a great staff took my dog there was happy and wanted to go back.These are good prices live cam and grooming. This is the place i would recommend most definitely.
We've taken our 2 large dogs here multiple times now for lodging and got the suite room for them to share. They seem to like it and the staff has been great. The bath option is key though because they do a really good job and our dogs come home smelling great!
Ginger always goes ABOVE and BEYOND taking care of our kitties when on vacation! We always feel very confident our animals are taken care of and loved! We love having Ginger care for our babies when we are out of town.
Ginger is a kind, caring, sweet and detail oriented pet sitter. We have a dog who requires different medications and special food at specific times and Ginger makes sure everything is done perfectly. She is a great communicator - both with us humans, but also with the pets she is caring for!! We can tell she loves her work. She sends pics after each visit with an update. She takes care of our home while we are away as if it was her own. Ginger is a wonderful friend and resource!! Highly recommend.
Ginger has been taking care of our dog and cat for more than 3 years now and I cannot speak more highly of her professionalism and quality of care. The animals love her and I sometimes think they want to go home with her after we get back from a trip. In addition to taking great care with our pets, she also handles the daily tasks of collecting the mail, watering plants and other basic small but important jobs that have to get done when you are away. She removes the nagging stress that creeps in while out of town and I am very grateful for that.

Simply the best. From management to every canine coach, we feel so comfortable leaving our babies each day for play and for boarding, too. Shawnee, the GM is absolutely wonderful and she and the rest of her team make me feel confident that even my super anxious pup is happy and calm. They also groom and are the only place where my pup will tolerate nail trims. We are so grateful for everyone there and the fun events are top notch- we even did a birthday party for our dogs there and it was out of this world! We couldn’t be happier!
Blown away by how amazing this place is! We recently adopted a pup who craves playing with other dogs. I heard wonderful things about Dogtopia and they absolutely did not disappoint!! Every single person I talked to was unbelievably kind and friendly … the general manager Shawnee was phenomenal and answered all of my questions…. You can tell she definitely knows what she’s doing and I had no doubt our fur baby would be in safe hands! I checked the webcam several times throughout the day and our boy was just having the time of his life and made so many friends! Highly highly recommend!! Cannot wait to bring our boy back! 🩵
THE BEST daycare, boarding, and groomers! They have the friendliest and caring staff!! I know my pup is always getting the best care. He’s been going consistently for 6 months and LOVES it so much, he never wants to leave! I also love their themed photoshoots, treat days etc it’s so fun! I can’t recommend them enough!!!! The staff are so kind and caring- you can tell they get to know the dogs. They always go above a beyond to provide the best service. They consistently do events (optional and can have a donation attached-but I love that I get pictures or crafts to take home). They also have an optional dog friendly lunch menu, which my dog loves and it’s easy to just add on. I’ve tried other franchises, but Dogtopia is the best, I trust that they’ll take care of my dog and it gets he gets his social time while I’m at work.
Best daycare/boarding we have been to out of the 4 we have previously tried. AMAZING staff!!! I cannot say enough about how kind the staff is. They care about your pet almost as much as you do. Love the fun activities they have planned. Beautiful and clean facility. 10/10 WE LOVE THIS PLACE AND THESE PEOPLE!!! <3
I am not sure how this place has such great reviews. It was just ok. They offer a video feed of the dogs' play area but there are a lot of "blindspots" so it's a little pointless. Also, they don't let the dogs go outside to use the restroom. They just go in the playroom and it isn't cleaned up. For 2 hours a day, the cameras are turned off for "nap time" which is kinda strange. Why do they need the camera off? When my pups got home, they were so hungry and thirsty, so I am not sure how much access the dogs have to water during the day. Also, before you can board your dog, you have to do 3 different days of daycare.
My dog absolutely loves the daycare, all of her dog friends and everyone is so friendly. They offer a wide variety of themed activities, including Photoshoots and treats. Booking daycare and spa appointments are a breeze. We love DOGTOPIA ❤️
Millie has had such a fun and positive experience at Dogtopia. She loves to go to Dogtopia and everyone that works there is amazing. They truly love our crazy and active girl and help me with training and socialization. I love watching her on video and seeing her play, and learn. I can’t imagine leaving her with anyone else!
I absolutely love taking my dog to Dogtopia in Southlake! The create a personable experience by knowing my dogs name as soon as we walk in the door, and take the time to provide report cards at pickup for how his long day of playing went!! This doggy daycare is very interactive by providing fun crafts with special themes and yummy treats! Luca gets so excited when he knows it’s time for daycare to play with his friends and I know my dog is in good hands with the amazing staff they have. It’s a fun and safe environment & it’s nice to watch him on the webcams they have available in the rooms! 100/10 stars for this place. :)
Our mini poodle, Mellow, loves going to Dogtopia!! He can’t wait to get in the car in the morning and starts wagging his tail the moment we turn into the parking lot. He’s got lots of other puppy friends at Dogtopia. When we go into the front desk area he makes a mad dash for the inside door to go play. Signing him up for the unlimited program has been the best decision that we’ve made. Instead of keeping him in his crate during the day while we’re at work in school he gets to go and play and have his mind stimulated. He exercises and gets to play all day long. Dogtopia has cameras where we can look in on him anytime of the day except for naptime. The trainers are so good and caring with the dogs. I love that they take pictures of Mellow and send as little progress notes or just little love notes telling us about his day. We are so grateful to have this as an option. I truly feel that the staff loves our puppy as much as we love him. What is also nice is that we can get him bathed and groomed at the same place and if he ever does need boarding they do that as well. It’s nice to board in there if we needed to because it’s a place he knows and is familiar with.
I give 5 stars First off the people were amazing second they were able to groom my Yorkie, even though it was afraid of the noise they were able to make him look amazing. I have been to several groomers here in the Keller/ Fort Worth area and they are the most amazing places I have ever been to. I will definitely be taking him back to them. If you are in the area and need a groomer this is definitely the place to visit, won’t be sorry.
I’m never the one to post reviews, but I just had to do this one. I took our rottie here for the first time a couple weeks ago. We were very scared to take him anywhere because our last experience at the groomers wasn’t the best. With him Being such a big dog, the other place wasn’t very nice to him. I expressed my concerns to the girl and told her how paranoid I was (typical dog mom). She was so sweet and understanding. I was a little nervous, but I decided to trust her, and it was the best thing I could have done! He was so calm after I picked him up, had a super cute scarf and he smelled good for like a whole week! Also, very price friendly. We appreciate the good care and customer service! We will definitely be back.
I’ve taken my pug here a few times now for deshedding and nail trims.The employees are very friendly and passionate about their job. Anytime I’ve asked for photos of my pup while he was there they always send them promptly, and he always comes home smelling fresh and shedding less. The employees are patient and work with the clients needs, they were even able to work on my very difficult pugs nails for half the cost of a vet nail trim! He can sometimes be nervous when it comes to new places and things, but he always comes out with a smile on his face. The employees recognize him and have created a bond that yields quality grooms. I will always recommend this place to friends and family 🙌
I never ever leave reviews, but have to leave one for Pet House. With a young GSD puppy that had never been groomed before, we were so nervous to take her anywhere. We noticed Pet House had good reviews and decided to take the 45min drive to make sure she was taken care of. We have come ever since. We even live 5 hours away now, but always make sure to come into town to get her groomed here. They take tremendous care of her, she always leaves happy, they’re SOO communicative (they even text when she’s almost done so we can plan our driving), and she always looks soooo beautiful walking out. Our baby also has gotten groomed at Pet House while she was in heat, and we had absolutely no doubts they would take great care of her. This is an amazing company and I will always always support them!! Thank you so much for taking care of a young couple’s only baby.💕
This was my first time taking my fur baby to get groomed! I was very worried due to her messed up hips, but when it was time to pick her up she was the happiest girl! She was really stinky when i brought her in but now she smells so pretty!! they girls in the front were the sweetest people ever! I can tell they love their jobs!🥰 Thank you pet house for being so trust worthy!!! I will for sure be coming back!
As a pet parent I was very nervous about trying out dog daycare and grooming for the first time. But this place has never let me down. The customer service is outstanding and you can tell that they really love what they do here. I have been coming here for over a year and me and my dog absolutely love this place! The employees are so nice and they always take care of my baby. Every time I bring her for grooming they make her look amazing! My baby is always so happy when I pick her up from their doggy day care. I had to board her one time and they sent me pictures everyday. They even sent me a video of her playing with another dog. They always love to give her treats and how they love to cuddle with her! The people who are in the front are always so nice and get so so excited when she walks in the door. When I pull up to the building my dog can’t wait to get out of the car and go inside. Absolutely love this place!!!
They did such a good job on my 5 month old puppy with excessive energy. I was greeted with a smile and they answered all my concerns. When I picked Lucy up she was happy and confident with her new look. Definitely coming back here for grooming.
Pet House has been the only place my dog was “okay” after grooming. Normally at other groomers, my pup has been unbearably skittish, and she had always shown severe signs of anxiety and distress after her appointments (panting heavily and trembling in the car ride back home). After my dog’s Pet House experience, she had good energy and calmed down much faster. She ate normally and slept well after her appointment here. (This is a huge deal for me as a pet parent compared to her experiences elsewhere.)
DO NOT TAKE YOUR BABIES HERE!!!!! i cannot begin to express how awful this place was to my baby! The girls upfront had no idea what they were doing. I’d never have had a dog groomed before, so i had lots of questions. We finally came down to just a trim and a touch up on his face so he wasn’t shaggy! After 4 1/2 hrs, i got my baby back shaved completely. I refused to pay, & the girl up front told me “i will not give you your til you pay for his visit”!!! Now 1 month later, and i took my baby to another groomer, they called me asking me if he’s ever been groomed before because he is acting very scared, crying and peeing everywhere out of fear. The new groomer (different location, different grooming place) couldn’t even groom my dog because of how scared he was being in a place similar to here. I don’t know what the hell this place is doing and what they did to my baby. DO NOT TAKE YOUR PET HERE. They don’t take care of your babies, they torture or hurt them. They don’t even deserve 1 star, please whatever you do keep away from this awful place.
Brought my senior dog in today for his first grooming since I adopted him and wanted to make sure it was a positive experience for him. I chose Pet House because of the positive reviews and was very pleased.They were great about communicating, they were quick and efficient he was done within 3 hours and my boy looks so handsome! Will definitely come back for all future grooming! Thanks for taking good care of my boy!
I love Elite Suites. They take your dog and just work on her. Coco use to be at the groomers from 8 to 4 and in a cage when they weren’t working on her, now She’s in and out in an hour. Rhonda takes good care of her and she has her every time and she’s never in a cage.
Rhonda is the BEST!!! Our Twoodle, Willow, can’t wait to go see her at each and every appointment! I love that I don’t have to worry about her when I drop her off because she’s with her absolute favorite person!!
Our Bernedoodle looks perfect. Thank you for taking care of Bernie. I know it bring his first grooming it might had been difficult. He will be in a few months. Today my Papillon was groomed and came home beautiful. He had spent the last 3 weeks getting fluid and getting blood work for a failing kidney. Since he is doing much better I got him groomed as he was a mess. Elite Suites took such good care of him and made him beautiful as you can see. Thank you
I have a standard poodle. Sophia has gone to Elite Suite for her grooming needs ever since she was a puppy. She is now five years old and I won't take her anywhere else because she loves Rhonda. It's very important to find someone that you trust your fur baby with.

Fast appointment which is great! Prices went up to an astronomical amount though which kind of sucks. It is what it is, but $82 (with tax) for a 20 pound dog grooming seems absurd to me. My dogs hair is a little rigid, but overall it looks good and the appointment was fast for my anxious dog so it’s all good!
I was flying in from out of town and had a delay that forced me to be a few minutes late to pick up my dog. It was 10 minutes after they closed. The staff waited for me and kept me informed as I was stressing to make it there. Much appreciative of the great service. It’s always been like that from Elite Suites.

We love Lisa and Staci! We have used Pack Leader since 2012 and wouldn't trust our pups with anyone else. They send pictures and updates daily to ease my mind. We traveled on Valentine's Day and received the cutest pics with Valentine's bandanas and bowties!! My timid rescue dog is very slow to warm up to people and as soon as he met Lisa and Staci it seems like he knew them all along! Tabb and Spencer were absolutely amazing! As a fur mom of three dogs who I’ve never boarded, they were great with my babies. I was super nervous about leaving them to go on our trip but Tabb and Spencer made sure my babies were well taken care of. I received 10 pictures every day of my babies playing in the yard. With this, I got an update of how they were doing. Tabb and Spencer kept open and timely communication with me and always reassured me that my dogs were fine and living their best lives. 10/10 recommend and I will be using them again in the future.
They were amazing!! They watched my dog for 10 days and she loved it! I got several pictures of her and updates everyday. She loved playing with all the other dogs they had. Anytime I go out of town I will have her stay with them. I cannot recommend them enough!!
Long post. Our family hasn't taken a vacation in 5 years. Our Bullet boy is nervous around others and isn't always sure of strangers. I spent weeks trying to find a place for Bullet during our vacation. I then came across another post someone asking for dog boarding and someone mentioned Barks and Cuddles. I then looked them up, checked out their reviews and decided this was the place. Called and scheduled a meet-and-greet. Once Bullet sat next to Spencer and let him pet him I knew this was the place. It took him a couple days to warm up but then he got comfortable. He even made new friends. I can't express enough my gratitude for Barks and Cuddles patience, love and care they gave our fur baby while we were away. Even got daily updates and pictures. Thank you, thank you, thank you. I am glad we found a place for our boy.
Barks and Cuddles took great care of our Rowdy boy!! We loved getting daily updates. They were also so accommodating when we had to extend one more day!! We will definitely have our boy stay there again!!
Great doggy daycare!!! My dog absolutely loves coming to Barks and Cuddles. The owners are very friendly and a pleasure to talk to concerning your pet. The pricing is reasonable and I appreciate the availability of their services.
Boarded all 4 of my dachshunds with Barks n Cuddles and received daily morning updates with photos during the week I was away on vacation and that eased my mind from any worries as it was very obvious my dogs were comfortable in their care . Would definitely use them again !!!!
Barks and Cuddles are literally the best! They handled my dog with so much love and care especially being a dog with high anxiety at times. They were willing to work with him and accommodate his needs while I am always out of town! I can’t take my dog anywhere else because of how well they treat Ollie.
What a wonderful place. My two boys had a great time playing with the other pups and were happy in every picture sent to me showing them running and playing with the other dogs in the backyard. I would highly recommend this place for anyone who loves their dogs and wants them to be in a home environment while away from home. Thank you so much for taking such good care of my boys.
We absolutely loved Barks and Cuddles for Bella’s stay. They were very nice and caring keeping us updated daily with information and pictures. She was comfortable with them as soon as she met them. We can’t wait for Bella to stay again. Thank you again for taking care of our Girl so we could enjoy our vacation.
definitely recommend barks and cuddles I was scared to leave my dog since this was the first time I left him with another person besides my family. But I got daily updates on how my pup was doing. Definitely recommend. Leo loved his stay and made lots of friends
These guys care, what more could you want? Our dog is a part of our family and I want her to be taken care of like so. And these guys go above and beyond. We’ve been taking her here for 3 years now and her energy levels have been awesome. Getting baths and nail trims with people she sees weekly makes it so much easier. Can’t recommend this place enough!
The pups first day at day play was amazing! The check-in was seamless and they were so nice and welcoming! I have had some tricky experiences with my pups at other boarding places, it's almost like they didn't want us to come back. I do not feel that way at all at Camp Bow Wow and everyone here just understands dogs and their behaviors and needs. I love it so far and feel very comfortable leaving my fur babies there all weekend!
We haven’t boarded there yet but we’re coming up from DFW for a quick holiday visit and as we expanded our search from our usual but unavailable regular boarding options, they were super helpful with a tentative reservation, flexibility with the evaluation day, since we’re in Austin, and they’re all around nice folks and attentive. We will definitely plan to do boarding or daycare there when we bring the dogs up but we were able to save our pups the drive this time with a reservation at a local Camp Bow Wow location. It was the folks at this location that impressed us enough to join the pack though, so I wanted to give them credit for their excellent human service, not just dogs!
Fantastic care for my corgi and amazing people here! I feel comfortable leaving my senior boy for longer trips knowing he’s playing and getting exercise without over exerting - and all under watchful eyes. Thank you for the peace of mind!
This place is simply fantastic! We've been taking our dog, Edgar (@life_with_edgar), here for about 2 months now. He goes three days a week. I can't tell you enough about how helpful Camp Bow Wow is for Edgar as well as for us. He gets mental and physical exercise along with socialization with other dogs and people. The staff is incredibly friendly and knowledgeable and it's great to see Edgar light up when he arrives and they greet him. Edgar gets excited in the car when I tell him we're going to see is friends at day camp! I highly recommend Camp Bow Wow if you're looking for day camp or boarding for your dog(s)!
So far, our experience has been great. I will update once we get back from our trip, but I truly feel like this place is honest, and the fact that they offer cameras speaks volumes. I was even left off mute by accident, and was pleasantly surprised at the interactions in the background.
I can't say enough good things about Camp Bow Wow! From the moment we walked in, we felt welcomed by the friendly and knowledgeable staff. Our dog, Apache, absolutely loves going there and always comes home happy, tired, and well taken care of. The facility is clean, spacious, and filled with fun activities to keep the dogs entertained throughout the day. The staff's genuine love for the animals really sets this place apart. They go above and beyond to make sure each dog gets plenty of attention and playtime. I also love that they send regular updates and photos, so I can see how much fun Apache is having while I'm at work. It's clear that they take the safety and well-being of every dog seriously, and I always feel confident leaving Apache in their care. If you're looking for a dog daycare where your furry friend will be treated like family, look no further than Camp Bow Wow! I highly recommend it!
This place is phenomenal! My puppy comes home tired and with my busy work schedule this has made being a single mom to her much more manageable 😅. they give my sweet girl lots of loving and even gave her a complimentary bath after she got a little dirty one day. they truly care about your furry loved ones. highly recommend!! …
Ashlyn and her staff take such great care of our dogs, we are at ease when we have to board them and know they are in safe hands! We where a little nervous leaving our pack for the first time but they kept us updated and it was awesome being able to watch them on cameras play with new friends!
I can't even begin to explain how comfortable Ashlyn and her staff made feel leaving my baby Jock! You can tell right away they really care about the animals, they provided top for my boy when we had to leave town on an emergency. It was great being able to watch him in the play yards and see the interaction between staff and other dogs!
