This was a pleasant and relaxing one-week housesit in Duckett’s Green with friendly and sociable Luna. Zoe was well-organized from the get-go and left comprehensive instructions on their clean, quiet, comfortable, light-filled home in addition to Luna’s care routine. Both she and James were responsive and amiable in their communications before and during the sit. Luna was super easy to tend to and a joy to be around. She was often out roaming in her lush garden and environs when not enchanting me with her youthful charm or chillaxing in her favorite spot on the sofa. Duckett’s Green offered surprises with its east European flavor and easy access to central London via underground and bus. My week with Luna just flew by and I have numerous positive memories of my time with her in this interesting corner of London!
Roscoe & Dusty are a lovely pair of friendly labradors. They are very well behaved and get very excited and slobbery about their food. They enjoyed going for walks and are nice and then relaxed when they got back home. Janice was a great host who explained everything we needed to know about the house, pups, and the local area. We really enjoyed taking care of R&B and our time in the area.
Dona is amazing and very friendly. She made us feel right at home. Her house is located in a gated community that is so lovely. Everything you need is within walking distance. Miss Kitty, Momma and Baby Grey are really cute, cuddly cats. Miss Kitty especially. They all are a bit different in the way they are and we fell in love with all of them. Baby Grey needs some more time to warm up but the investment is well worth it. And she deserves it, too. We would definitely recommend this sit.
Katie was a great host, she was communicative, gave very clear instructions and was detailed about the animals routines and personalities. She was very flexible with our schedule and arranged for her lovely brother to do the handover. The home was perfect, great location and stayed cool during the heatwave, plus a great shaded area outside to hang out in during the day with the two dogs. We would happily come back anytime.
This is in my top 3 favourites sits! First of all, thank you so much Jo! I've felt as a friend visiting you for a week. And thank you so much for shipping me the notes I forgot. Johanna and her family are all super welcoming, generous and positive. Johanna collected me from the train station and show me around, introduced me to Cookie and Cora, who immediately took me as their lifelong friend, and showed me how to care of the dogs and the house. Instructions were very easy and well organised. They were really generous , share interests and stories, and even gave me recommendations of things to do in the area. Unfortunately I only got to meet Cookie once because she passed away 2 days before the sit. She was so sweet, the kind of labrador that comes to you and lays her snout on your leg and look into your eyes so you pet her. She was so sweet. Cora is the playful full of energy kind. Her chocolate exterior wraps a radiant sun that brights your morning no matter what mood you were in. You look at her, she will bring you a toy and look at you in such excitement that you'll be bound to smile. She is really good company. The first couple of days she was quite sad since she was missing dearly Cookie, and now also Jo and her family. Fortunately she became quite her happy self and we played ball and went for walks. She even played tennis with me that she was so thrilled to do. Their house is astonishing and huge, 2 living rooms beautifully furnish and a garden with everything, even a heated pool. Cora was very easy to care for and she is so much fun!! Any time you need me to come back, I'm at your disposal. It'll be my pleasure to be back. Looking forward to seeing you again both as sitter or simply for a tea as friends. Hugs to everyone!!

Our little border terrier, Luna, loves her weekly visit to Mocha and Maisy. She sits waiting for her bus to arrive and has a fantastic day. She always sleeps for a couple of days afterwards!
Disappointed. Owed a fair bit of money by the day care and mutually agreed. However no further communication. Waited over 5 months now. Therefore I would not recommend.
Emma and her team at Mocha and Maisy's Doggy Playschool are fantastic. Archie, our cocker spaniel, has a great time when he's there and is exhausted when he gets back home! We know that he is being well looked after and is safe and secure whilst in Emma's care. The interaction he has with other dogs has meant that he has become a much more confident and social dog since he's been at Playschool. We can't thank and praise the team at Mocha and Maisy's enough.
My puppy's had his first 2 sessions at play school this week, he's been picked up and returned as promised and is wonderfully exhausted when he comes home 😁 The environment is perfect for some doggy playtime with lots of new friends and exciting things to play with. Emma and Lisa are lovely and I think he will be very happy there!
Our experience at Mocha and Maisy has been amazing. Milo (our golden) waits patiently for the van to turn up on puppy school days excitedly whimpering and watching out the window for its arrival. His report card is filled out letting us know how his day has been and they are great at updating social media showing what he has been up too. And, when he returns, we don’t hear a peep from him for the rest of the night! A day spent well playing!
Cannot praise Mocha and Maisy Doggy Playschool enough. Jackson anxiously waits for the "school bus" and comes home exhausted from playing with all his friends. He absolutely loves Emma and Lisa and all who are involved. An incredibly well run and thought out business and so very thankful to have found you.. Thank you to all xx

We recently used Precious Paws for our cat and were really satisfied with the experience. Perdi is a true professional who adores cats. She gave us confidence that our cat would be well cared for. Upon picking our cat up, we could see that he was calm and happy, not at all stressed like he had been in the past in other catteries. The cabin was clean, spacious, with an outdoor secure space, and designed to make cats feel safe, comfortable and entertained. It even provided our cat a chance to make friends with one of the owner's cats, who is so sweet! Overall, we highly recommend Precious Paws to any cat owner looking for a reliable and caring place for their pet. The combination of professionalism and a stress-free atmosphere made all the difference for both us and our cat. Thank you, Perdi, for providing such exceptional care!

Wonderful cat boarding experience for our two very pampered house cats. They stayed for a week in one of the lovely cat lodges and had a great time enjoying the Precious Paws facilities! Very organised and caring host who clearly adores animals so we knew our boys were in safe hands. Highly recommend.
So happy with the service at Precious Paws. Perdi is so caring and felt 100% confident leaving our Oriental boy with her. He has some health issues and Perdi is very experienced and knowledgeable with caring for his needs.We had regular updates and he settled so well. He had loads of cuddles and play. Very pleased to see how well and contented he was when we collected him.

I highly recommend Perdi! She came once a day to our house to look after two of our cats and a house rabbit, and she also kept our more troublesome cat in her cat pen for 10 days. She sent daily updates and photos (at our request) and we were able to enjoy our holiday knowing that our pets were all being well looked after. She was very professional, with paperwork and a first meet beforehand. Thanks so much for everything!
Perdi did an outstanding job looking after our two cats. She clearly likes cats and followed all our complicated instructions perfectly. She also stayed in touch very well so we felt reassured that everything was fine at home while we were away. We would recommend Perdi's excellent service and intend to ask her to look after our cats again. It's hard to imagine how anyone could do a better job of looking after your much loved pets.

Perdi visited our rescue cats once a day for 10 days during our recent holiday. It was such a relief to know they were receiving such kind, reliable care. The We Love Pets team have been walking my two border terriers for the past 7 years, more recently adding my Whippet puppy to the crew! Over 7 years Claire & her team have got to know my dogs really well, understanding the dogs quirks, especially as they are getting older, adapting especially as their needs have changed. Our current walker has been walking the dogs for a while now, including the whippet baby! The dogs love her she loves & cares for them, they’re always delighted to see her and enjoy their walks. She looks out for their welfare & notices when something is not quite right. More recently we have been using the home boarding services, this is a really welcome service where I don’t want my elderly dogs staying in kennel, I also like the fact that there is someone in the house. I feel I can go away on business or holiday and know that my dogs and home being in safe hands with a totally trustworthy team who keep me up to date with what’s going on at home! We Love Pets offer an incredible personal service with a loving touch for your pets, I would highly recommend them.
There are not many people who are brave enough to look after three boisterous weimaraners, but Claire has welcomed this wholeheartedly! My dogs absolutely love Claire, and can’t wait for their cuddles. She is so attentive to their individual needs, and she spends lots of time with them in the garden and making sure that everything is operating just right. Claire also looks after my house with the dogs in it, rather than us worrying about kennels or having to take them to someone else’s house, which provides us with so much confidence. I have no hesitation recommending Claire to anyone thinking about using her company for dog-sitting and walking services. ❤️

Claire is a fab dog walker, takes the time to get to know both the family and their pets. By understanding the needs and requirements of the dogs she’s able to plan and execute wonderful walks either alone of with a buddy. When odd occasions arise and she’s unable to attend, a friendly colleague is always on hand. Never out of the blue as she ensures that the customer has previously met the colleague beforehand. Our collie has grown very fond of her and always looks forward to his next adventure! I would recommend Claire as she is fully insured and background checked. Also for her expertise and walk rate is very competitive.

We have been using We Love Pets Cirencester for a few years now. I can't recommend them highly enough. They are great. Completely reliable and ensure our pets get their usual pettings as well as food and the basics. When our travel plans changed unexpectedly they were able to add us to their busy schedule. I can trust them with our animals and that is a real compliment .

Updated: July 13th 2023 For several years now the team at My Best Friend Dog Care have helped us out when our daughter's dog,Huxley, our furry grandson comes to stay. They always manage to fit him in. Even at short notice. Today it was Lauren who has done an excellent job. As well as him looking great, he also always seems to enjoy the experience. We really can't recommend this place more highly. Thanks to all the staff who provide such a friendly and professional service. Updated: December 2022 This is a superb dog groomers. At very short notice they were able to accommodate a grooming for the dog of a family member. The dog was staying with us for a few weeks. The dog loved it and looked really tidy. We will certainly use this place again in the future, when our doggy guest is with us 🐶 Indeed we have returned : Once again Clara provided a superb grooming for our guest dog. Indeed his next visit is already booked. It is reassuring to know that such a professional service is available close by. As 2022 draws to a close, yet again our visiting dog has managed to secure several visits to Clara and her team, during his stays with us. Each time he returns looking and smelling great. He is also full of vim and vigour when we collect him.
I have used My Best Friend Dog Care for both grooming and for boarding and can't recommend the service I have received highly enough. My elderly (and quite smelly) dog always comes away looking and smelling lovely from his grooming sessions. When I needed to use Jon and Clara's boarding services they took great care to match their carer with my dog's needs and I wouldn't hesitate to use this service again. I can't think of one thing I would change about the experiences we have had over the last two years and I would highly recommend MBFC to any dog owner.
Highly recommend , Jon has found some brilliant carers to have our dogs when we are away , they have always been well looked after and have had a great time , Put your trust in Jon if you are looking for dog boarding when you are away , he will match you and your dogs to the right people. Highly recommend My Best Friend Dog Care. Left our 9 month old Golden Retriever with Jon and Clara for the day and I couldn't be happier. Penny was well looked after and came home one happy pup. Lovely large garden so they can roam around freely, long walks and the online booking system is great.
We have always used My Best Friend for all of our dogs and have never once been disappointed in the care and service they have demonstrated. Jon and his team are fantastic, trustworthy and very reliable. They go above and beyond just caring for our dogs. All of our dogs have been extremely well cared for, loved and fussed over just like we have never been away. If you are considering going away and are worried about leaving behind your dog I would without shadow of a doubt always reccomend My Best Friend. You will not be disappointed and we would not use anyone else.

My puppy loves going to Jon and Clara twice a week, I think it's the highlight for him! He jumps out of the car, tail wagging, and pulls all the way to the gate! He has the opportunity to go for walks off lead as well as access to the garden all day and a nice sleeping area if he is tired (which is hardly ever!) I would highly recommend this service!
Poppy was welcomed by Jon And went off happily with him . I received a text that evening to say she was settled and doing fine. When we picked her up after four days she was happy and tailwagging. I would have no hesitation in recommending my best friend to anyone And would definitely leave poppy again
Visited MBF last week for a much needed nail clipping for Henny (GSP). Really impressed with the lockdown safety measures in place with a one in-one out system and a sanitiser station outside, and inside with a defined area for customers behind a series of screens, whilst everyone was fully masked. It’s clear that Clara, Jon, Lynsey & Molly are all doing their best to look after our pooches and their owners during the pandemic. We look forward coming back, hopefully in better times, but for now this will have to do! Well done gang, keep up the good work.
