We had a great week at Bobbi and Michael’s with Phoenix. Phoenix is a super smart, incredibly loving and active dog and an absolute pleasure to spend time with. He did great in the car traveling to beaches and trails further from home and was great on leash for long walks around Rockridge & Berkeley. The eclectic artistic home was appointed with everything we could need and we enjoyed time in the beautiful garden as well as dips in the hot tub on cool evenings. Bobbi & Michael were very welcoming and explained the care of their pet, home and plants so we could easily fulfill our sitting duties. We were grateful to be hosted by them the night before they left on their trip as we arrived from the east coast having traveled over 4,000 miles! I would definitely recommend this sit and hope we can return ourselves again soon.
Really enjoyed my time in Prahran. Jonah is a very easy cat to look after and very affectionate. The house is incredible, and so comfy. Philip and Helen were so friendly and easy to get along with. Great communication all round. :)
Mew and Kato were so sweet, each in their own way. Mew loved to snuggle and made sure I knew when it was that time. Kato was more playful and wanted scratches and to play fetch. Petit’s home had lots of natural light and was in an easy location to navigate Bend if you’re new to the area. The piano was a nice touch, I had a great time brushing up! Overall, I highly recommend this sit to anyone who lives cats and wants to explore the Bend area.
I really enjoyed watching Maddy for Sam and Laura. She is such a well behaved dog, so smart and very sweet. The house is very clean, stylish, and comfortable. Sam and Laura did everything they could to make sure my stay was comfortable and left me with all the details I needed. I would definitely recommend coming to watch Maddy for anyone who wants to spend some time with a sweet dog.
What can I say? We had the most amazing time staying in Sam & Gary's beautiful Salisbury home with the gorgeous Dizzy, their parsons terrier. Communication both before and during our stay was top notch with Sam! They opened up their whole home to us and weren't fazed at all by us bringing our 4-year-old on the trip. When we arrived we were treated very generously to delicious treats from the family bakery, Reeve the Baker, which was such a wonderful touch. We were gutted that we couldn't bring anything back with us as the bakery was closed on our last day in Salisbury! On to Dizzy - what a gorgeous little soul she is! She warmed up to us almost immediately, and she was the most gentle, snuggly pup you could ask for. She was no trouble at any point during our stay and we absolutely loved her company. We're back home now and missing her so, so much. Thank you, Sam and Gary - we have had such a wonderful time and we hope to be back again. 5 stars - highly recommend this sit! Charlie, Jules & Tom
