Cat Sitters in Kensington, NH

We have had lots of wonderful experiences with TH and still it is hard to imagine a more caring, thoughtful caregiver than Phyllis. We are so lucky that her personal business finds her in our area often enough for us to engage her repeatedly. Tim

We had our cat Thistle for a month before we had to leave to babysit a granddaughter. And Kathryn was new to sitting for an indoor/ outdoor cat, in a very rural setting… she was quick to respond to my “advice” on the possible behaviors to expect, and we came home to a cat with the same routines we had established before leaving… our house was clean, tidy( as we are a bit loose in those departments) and she quickly figured out our motion detector kitchen faucet! AND how to toss dead mouse “gifts” into the fields… photos and responses go a long way to feeling your fur baby and sitter are doing well…😻 Thank you Kathryn….

Heather and Paul were absolutely lovely in every way, from the first video interview to the final text when they were on their way home. They asked great questions, and arranged their arrival time so we could do an in-person handover. I could tell my Lilly was well cared for and loved, which made it much easier for me to focus on my business while away. Their great communication made even a last minute problem (that *I* was responsible for!) easy to for me to manage. I had made a mistake in the end date for the sit (which means I actually needed a sitter for a day longer than we had arranged) and as I made alternate plans for a relative to care for my cat on that last day, they were very kind and compassionate, offering to give Lilly her medication a bit earlier in the day so my relative didn't have to take that on. If it hadn't been for their excellent and timely communication, I might not have discovered my mistake until much later. I would most definitely invite Heather and Paul to stay in my home again! Thank you for everything!

Starlet was excellent, and we enjoyed meeting her. She looked after Alice impeccably, arrived as scheduled, and all around did a great job! We would definitely ask her back.

Samantha and Andrew were amazing house and pet sitters! They were so sweet with my 3 cats and sent pictures of them cuddling and sleeping in their bed with them! My cats were very well cared for and it was obvious when I came home they were happy. The house was clean and neat as well. I'd definitely have them back again. Thank you Sam and Andrew!

Kris & Sara were very easy to work with. They were proactive with their communication suggesting a zoom call and confirmed/checked in re dates and asked questions as needed.  They kept us updated on our dog Sugar so that we did not have to worry about her being with new people. Sugar was content when we returned home. I would feel comfortable having them back to sit for us again.

Elena was great. I had asked her to come earlier than originally scheduled and she was very amenable to do that. But then due to my bad time management, we wound up leaving the house house later than planned. She was very accommodating and offered to go grab something to eat while we finished packing, even though I told her she was welcome to stay and acquaint herself with the dogs while we were still around. The dogs were well taken care of and she was responsive to my inquiries via text messaging every day, keeping us informed of the pups well being.

Will was a fantastic sitter! He was easy to communicate with and very responsive. He left the apartment very clean and neat, and went out of his way to wash the sheets which he definitely did not have to do! He was great with our cats, and we'd have him back any time.

Our dogs were very happy and our home was well-taken care of. Great communication during initial conversation, but we were a little worried when we hadn’t heard from him a couple days before the sit dates. Maybe we should have reached out sooner or set clear expectations about arrangements/communication in the day(s) before starting. He did all that we asked, gave our dogs plenty of exercise and attention, and left our home clean. Very trustworthy and we would recommend him to others without hesitation.

Hilary housesat for us for a little more than a month. She took great care of our house, plants and especially our dog Charlie. We returned home to a very clean, tidy house complete with fresh flowers. She even helped us getting to and from the airport. Our pup has a delicate constitution and often has tummy issues. Hilary kept us apprised on how he was doing and consulted us on his care. We could tell that she really cared about Charlie and that he was getting a lot of attention. Our neighbor even commented on how much they saw Hilary out walking Charlie around the neighborhood. Leaving a pet for for so long can be stressful. Hilary put us at ease knowing that Charlie was in caring hands. We can't recommend Hilary highly enough and would not hesitate to have her sit for us again!

This was the second time I had Brittany care for my dog and I was again very, very happy with her. She obviously loves my dog and takes very good care of her. She was very flexible on arrival and departure time, which was really helpful. The house was very clean and neat when I arrived home and she took care of some household things that arose. She’s all-around pleasant to deal with and reliable.

Kristin did a great job with Skye and Neko and sent me lots of pictures!
