Kate
Kate was great to communicate with. She left clear instructions for my two day sit and was very welcoming.

The pets, Lottie the cat was great and very easy to look after. Mallow is a great dog, loved her walks, was great on and off lead. The house is comfortable and has all you need for a relaxing stay.
I would be happy to return in the future.

Alex
It was a pleasure to take care of Romeo in his beautiful home. The house was well presented and Romeo was very easy to care for. He adjusted to us being there without any problems. We would sit for Alex again without hesitation.

Taking care of Daisy was a real joy for me. She is a sweet, loving, playful girl. We were best buddies for the week and a 1/2 I took care of her. Julia and Benn were so welcoming to me. I arrived the night before they left on their trip - they served me a homemade meal and we all got to know each other. Their condo neighborhood is made up of a great community of fellow dog lovers so for me that was also a great experience to have people to look forward to visiting with each time I walked her. The grassy area at the center of the complex is like a dog park where they can run and play and watch for squirrels. Having the wetlands next door was icing on the cake. I will be happy to take care of Daisy again any time!

Anne
We met Anne and Stephen on the day they were traveling and were made very welcome in their lovely home. After a very nice lunch, Anne took us out and showed us a couple of walks that Ella likes to do. They were just five minutes walk from the house and in lovely countryside.

Ella is such a very well behaved Black Labrador, is very good company and walks well on and off the lead, and although recently she had been poorly, she certainly led the way on our walks. Day by day we felt we could actually see her improving in fitness - which was a joy to see.

Whilst we were in Trowbridge the weather turned very hot, so most days we three jumped into the car and drove (5 mins) to the Kennet & Avon Canal.

It was absolutely lovely to walk along the towpath with Ella by our side, and now and again when it was safe to so she could jump into the canal for a swim and cool down. She loves the water.

There are a couple of very nice pubs, one on the Kennet & Avon Canal and another one just up the road which serves very nice ale and food.

There is a local supermarket, takeaways and a family pub just 5 mins from the house and a very nice local pub serving wonderful traditional and Nepalese food in the village.

We can highly recommend Anne & Stephens house sit and would have no hesitation in returning ourselves - Unfortunately, we were already booked when Anne mentioned their next holiday, but hopefully another time?
