Welcoming hosts, gorgeous entertaining pets, stunning setting. I loved every minute of my stay on this house sit. Did lots of country walks. The setting in the Yorkshire Dales was absolutely breath taking. The house was very modern and comfortable. The family made me feel very welcome. I miss the animals already. Felt like home.
Coda is a very sweet dog and Alisa was a very generous host. Her home is located in a lovely area of Vancouver with nearby parks where Coda loves to walk. Alisa left very clear instructions on Coda’s routines, which were easy to follow. I also really appreciated how easy it was to communicate with Alisa while she was away.
Had a great time at Nicole’s place ! The house is wonderful and very easy to get to downtown Boulder from there ! Very good communication with Nicole and the rest of her family ! Blue is a very sweet cat that immediately warmed up ! She loves to play, snuggle and sleep ! Thanks for everything !
Leila, Twiggy, and Kirrie were an absolute joy to spend the week with in Edinburgh! They were as sweet as can be, and I miss them already. Jane was amazing help with directions, sites, and communication. Jane's home was charming and in a perfect location-easy bus access to Edinburgh. Be sure to walk to Stables restaurant for a meal and a coffee too! Thank you so much for such a lovely week in your home and your beautiful city!
What an experience! The Corner truly is a little piece of paradise in the South of Spain. 32 hectares of land you have all to yourself. Every dog walk to 'Land's End' is different. In spring, new flowers pop up every day. And keep an eye out for the wildlife! Deer, badgers, foxes, hares, eagles, mountain goats, and I once saw a group of boar with 15 piglets! And the dogs are just lovely. All three have their own personality. Beau is a grumpy old man who would do anything for food. BB is very affectionate and leans with her full weight against you when she sits next to you. And Duna is gentle, playful and adventurous. The previous housesitter left our private quarters a bit dirty and chaotic. But we were free to make it our own. After a weekend of decorating and cleaning we created a lovely home for our stay. And oh the garden! Andrew gave us a bag of seeds and we were free to plant whatever we liked. By the end of our stay all our produce came from the huerto! The peaches and mulberries from the Corner are the best we ever ate! The Corner was the perfect hideaway from Covid. We had to leave one month early but we are very thankful that Manni and Andrew were so flexible. It was a beautiful experience! And we miss the Spanish sun and strolls on Mad Dog Mile so much already!
This was such a pleasant sit for me, I am really grateful for this opportunity to meet Jenny and her family. Wally and Sophie stole my heart completely. Sophie is such a sweet, loving dog, and her cute face is irresistible. Wally is a kid! Super cute too! He loved stay with me in the living room, and listen music all day. Jenny was wonderful. She gave me clear instructions on everything and went above and beyond to make me feel welcome. Communication with Jenny couldn't have been better. She was quick to respond to any questions. Her house is lovely, bright, clean, and in the best neighborhood in Andover. I loved my time with Wally and Sophie, and would gladly to come back. Thank you so much!!
