I don't know where I'd be without Happy Paws! Still recovering from the lasting effects of Covid, Holly has been able to give my large, STRONG, dogs the exercise they require. Other services I've used was having my cats fed and litter boxes cleaned twice a day and vet techs tags teaming for a diabetic dog I owned when I would vacation. Her blood sugar levels would be stable when I'd keep her home as opposed to placing her in a kennel. With a medically fragile animal, keeping them in their own environment is very important to their health. This organization allows that to occur.

I left my three cats at home with Happy Paws checking in twice a day for several days. I was very nervous about letting a stranger in my home and leaving my cats with them, but Tiffany did such a caring and thorough job. My cats loved her and her attention to detail was excellent. She followed directions for food, litter boxes, and medicine with ease. The daily photos and journals were an excellent bonus, and helped me feel comfortable with the whole process. I will definitely use Happy Paws again.

My dogs have been cared for by Happy Paws for 10 years now and they always provide excellent and professional service. I use them for dog walking and for overnight stays. Their employees clearly love caring for pets,. My assigned "Pet Pal" dog walkers all know my dogs personally, as does the owner. Whenever anything has gone awry while I'm away the owner has always called me and managed the issue personally. When one of my dogs had a medical issue while I was out of town, they took him to the urgent care vet and stayed with him the whole time while he got treatment while keeping me updated, then took him back again the next day for his check up. I really appreciate that their "Pet Pals" send an update with photos every time they see the dogs.

One of my cats, Mollie, has epilepsy and needs medication twice per day. I was really worried about traveling. Happy Paws is great! We did a meet and greet with Heidi before our first trip. She has taken such good care of my two cats during four trips over the last year and a half. I get a detailed report with pictures every visit. In addition to the great care of my cats, she brings in mail and trash and empties the skimmer basket for our pool. Highly recommend Happy Paws Home Care!

We recently used Happy Paws to take care of our four cats while on vacation. Holly did a great job taking care of our fur family--she sent us detailed notes about our cats and shared several photos of them every day. We appreciated the level of details captured during the intake portion of enlisting their services, and felt like we left our cats with people who care as much about them as we do. We'll definitely use Happy Paws again next time we're out of town!

I recently had surgery that put some physical limitations on me. Happy Paws was a tremendous help in taking care of my 3 kitties during my recovery. My pet pal Holly was fantastic and my babies really enjoyed their playtime with her. This is the fourth time I have used their services and I will definitely call them again. I highly recommend them if you are in need of a reliable pet sitting service.

We have a kitty who needs medicine twice daily. Happy paws are always there, take good care of both cats, And send us really timely feedback via email after a visit. You meet your care person before you ever leave, and we've had the same person every time for more than 2 years. We can reach her by text and she can reach us. They will do whatever is needed to make sure your pets are ok if there is ever a problem. (She was locked out of our building once and stayed in contact til we got her in). I can't say enough good things about them - I always feel my cats are in good hands when I leave them and have happy paws lined up to come to them. Oh! And I feel very good having them in the house, super responsible people!

We are very happy about the high level of customer service we received with Happy Paws Home Care! The intake process was very thorough and allowed us to individualize the care needed for our two Lab pups at home. The care provided was very thoughtful and detailed with daily communication and photos of our dogs to our phone. I would highly recommend their animal care services to family and friends!

Wonderful service. Really gave us peace of mind being out of the country. They sent pictures, stories, and GPS information every single day of our two cats. Very professional company with wonderful, friendly pet care specialists. The photos and journal entries for each visit are especially helpful. Not only does it help verify that pets are visited as scheduled, but we were able to see, from photo evidence, that our shy cat was getting more comfortable with our pet sitter over time.

My current Petpal is beyond great with my cats, who are usually very stand-offish. Love her! Happy Paws is so reliable too. They have back ups for my usual Petpal. I NEVER have to fret about my cats. Or my house for that matter. HIGHLY recommend

I won't let anyone care for my pup while we're away except for Melissa at Bed n Biscuit! Melissa treats my dog as she would her own. My dog has the best time at Bed n Biscuit; it's like a vacation for her! She goes on walks at the park, has 1 or 2 other dogs to play with at a time, and has a nice big fenced-in yard to run around in. My dog LOVES Melissa, and always seems sad for a few days after she comes back home because she misses being at Bed N Biscuit. I would recommend Melissa/Bed N Biscuit a million times over; we are so lucky to have found them!

I have never known such a caring pet sitter as Melissa, with Blue Ash Bed N Biscuit. The place is very clean and with a relaxing atmosphere. Melissa typically doesn't have more than four dogs at a time. Some dogs board for the day, and some overnight board for an extended period of time. My Papillion is a nervous little one, but she is very relaxed with Melissa. I highly recommend it.

Melissa is so wonderful! She takes such good care of my dog and we receive lots of communication and photos! She is truly a dog whisperer!

Great place to take your pup/dog for day care. My lil guy had a great time and she sent photos during his stay, updates of what he did during the day, and very accommodating to my dog’s need. I drove 30 minutes out of my way just to use Blue Ash Bed and Biscuits. I have no problem doing that drive again knowing my lil guy is in great care.

Melissa is a true dog lover. She cares for my pup as if she's her own! Emma really looks forward to going there and im at peace knowing she's not only being taken care of but getting a whole lot of lovin! Thanks Melissa!!

Our Golden, Luke, has been going to Go Fetch for years and he cannot wait to get there... almost every day through the week. Matt and the staff are awesome and they treat our pups with loving care. Luke runs around chasing tennis balls a good part of the day and sleeps and eat better after all the exercise. Go Fetch is a clean and safe environment and I highly recommend their services.

Our high energy dog always comes home so tired after doggie day care! She definitely has some fun playing with her friends in camp.

My Dog Chopper loves Go Fetch. He's been going for about 8 months 2-3 times a week and on several occasions for boarding. He gets excited the minute we get there. All of the staff are great and you can tell they really care about the dogs. The best part is he comes home all tuckered out so he's getting his exercise and he's staying out of trouble.

Go Fetch Dog Day Care and Boarding is the BEST! We have tried other boarding facilities in the past but once we tried Go Fetch we will never go anywhere else. Our three fur babies jump out of the car and run straight to the door so they can go play all day. The facility is always spotless, the staff is so helpful and know every dog by name. When our fur babies get home - they go to sleep immediately - they are worn out! Tucker, Buckeye and Remmy personally recommend Go Fetch Services!

Stay at Home Pet Services was outstanding. This was the first time we have left our cat for a weekend and we were very worried. Katie was our sitter and she sent a text with pictures on every visit. Visits were 30 minutes and she did everything, clean liter, refresh food and water, open and close blinds as well as bring in our mail and also played with Miss Molly! I would recommend this organization and rate the services as a 5/5...... We frequently use Stay At Home for our cats when we go out of town. Our kitties love the attention and we feel much better knowing that someone is looking out for them! The update every time one of the staff visits is frequently a highlight of the day.

I have been a client of SAHP Services for over 18 months now and they have been brilliant! One of their team visits every weekday for an hour (walk, lunch and cuddle time). I have complete trust that they will look after my dogs and my home and protect both. One of my dogs had some complicated medical issues and they always showed great care to get everything correct. Their communication is excellent as well. I get notification of their arrival and then a brief summary of their visit (plus pictures) and notes of any issues or concerns. I feel blessed to have these folks to look after my dogs. They not only provide great dog walking service but more importantly provide me peace of mind.

We have used De at home several times. The caregiver has given our two cats, a lot of attention and care, even though one of these kitties was quite unfriendly last time. They provide lots of information and photos arrive promptly. Will be using them again.

Boarding our senior dog at Puppywood - Montgomery has been a great experience. They are very accommodating to his needs as an elderly dog...allowing him to stay in the office area with other older dogs, cleaning up accidents and dealing with his hearing loss! Thank you Puppywood!

I moved to Montgomery in May, I had always taken my dog to Red Dog but wasn't happy with some things there & the cost had gotten out of hand. I now take my dog to Puppywood & I couldn't be happier. The staff is absolutely wonderful/friendly & most importantly my dog, Lola, absolutely loves everyone there. While it may not have all of the bells & whistles of Red Dog, it's almost half the cost & Puppywood is always so accommodating. I can't say enough good things about them & would highly recommend Puppywood-Montgomery for anyone in the area looking for quality daycare/boarding.

I was nervous boarding my 2 puppies for the first time while I went out of town on a work trip. But the staff at Puppywood was absolutely wonderful! Both my puppies loved their time there and I was able to watch them in the cameras too. I have a pitbull puppy and I love that they don’t breed discriminate like some other places. Price is great too! Will be back!

Huge mistake using puppywood.. we boarded our dogs here thinking they would be safe. They where not!! While on vacation our smaller dog was attacked. It required him to go to emergency vet. Then they lied to us about it at first saying he was playing rough. When the vet said it was a puncture wound they finally told the truth. ( They didn’t call when it happened we found out when we checked in). Because our dog was attacked they put both our dogs into isolation. When this happened they neglected both dogs. Our larger dog lost twelve pounds in one week. He also could barely stand or walk. On top of that he got a infection in his private parts most likely do to urine or not being clean environment. Now he has to be neutered at a cost of $800. They will not pay for procedures or vet visits. DO NOT BOARD HERE!!!

Our 9 year old Cockatoo loves Puppy wood, he loves interacting with other dogs, his style, rough and tumble! He is always very excited / happy to arrive and sleeps very well when he comes home. The staff has always been great.

My dog gets SO excited every time we pull in the parking lot. He is a very high energy dog, and comes home tired every single time (even after only a half day). As someone who currently works in vetmed and who has worked in boarding in the past, I have a lot of opinions about places like this. They require vaccines to be up to date (some surprisingly do not), and I feel like they give me honest feedback about my dog’s behavior regularly. I wish their webcam system was functioning, but I am told that will be fixed soon. Whether it’s genuine or not, the employees act like they personally know my dog every time we walk in the door. I feel like he’s in good hands and will continue using Puppywood and recommending them to friends. Side note: My dog is a rambunctious, young adult, rescue pit bull mix with a rough-and-tumble play style. I have never felt any judgement based on his breed, which is appreciated. Another local facility flat out turned him away based on breed alone, without even meeting him (while accepting huskies, shepherds, and dobermans). 10/10 for Puppywood!

The employees could not be any nicer!!!! They all LOVE dogs the way I do-“Dogs are better than people” :) I always feel relaxed when I go out of town and have my dogs stay there. Also they wash all of my dog bowls and belongings so when I pick them up they are all clean.

Boarded two dogs over Memorial Day weekend. One was groomed (Bernadoodle) and they did a good job. They were accommodating for both dog personalities, I got to see my friendly happy dog on the camera very often in the common area. I think the rate was reasonable, staff was nice and responsive in communications.

The facility is so clean and nice! I appreciate the access to the cameras to see how the dogs are doing. But, the best part about Camp Bow Wow is the incredible care they give to the dogs. My dogs love enrichment days and I love the pictures from enrichment days! Could not recommend more highly

we love Camp Bow Wow!! love that our puppy isn't cooped up in a crate all day. also love that they have both indoor and outdoor play areas. the staff is great. and you can check in on your pup any time via the webcams.

I love how excellent they were with my dog yesterday. All the girls there loved her and told me anytime I needed/wanted to bring her back to please do. Jessica R. gave me the 2 pictures I added. My dog did day camp while my mom and I went to the zoo. We were in Cincinnati to pick up my daughter's dog that was flying in from Hawaii.

Had a pretty disappointing experience with Camp Bow Wow. We have never had any behavior problems with our dog. In fact, she has passed her training program and holds a certificate to visit schools and nursing homes. She also plays well at dog parks and has never been part of a fight (which break out often there with other dogs). We wanted a place for her to be able to play with other dogs on days where we were both at the office, Camp Bow Wow seemed like a perfect fit. My dog had passed all of their temperament tests and had been to visit there many times (6 or 7) without incident or anything noted about her behavior. Then we asked for a grooming appointment, and the groomer called us to say that she could not complete the grooming. I understand that things happen, but the groomer was rather rude on the phone call, and seemed to doubt that she had been fine with other groomers. I didn’t think much about it, but every time we dropped her off after that interaction with the groomer we received phone calls about her behavior. We had never had problems with this before, so we watched her on the puppy cams to check her behavior. While watching her play we did solve one mystery, she would come home very wet some days, and we saw her being sprayed by team members when doing nothing more than walking past them. Our dog did not seem bothered by it and she loved playing with the dogs so we didn’t say anything. Today they told us that she was no longer allowed at Camp Bow Wow. Nothing had happened, no fight or anything like that, just not welcome. I would understand if there had been some sort of inciting incident, but there was none. From what we could see, our dog was being a puppy who wanted to play. It seemed unnecessary to spray her with a spray bottle constantly, which we would see happening. Bow Wow‘s slogan is “where a dog can be a dog.” Apparently not.

I have been taking Roscoe and CeeCee to Camp BowWow for years and Marco had his first visit/interview today. He did wonderfully, of course. I love being able to my furbabies via webcams on the app as they meet, great and play with new friends. For my healthcare traveler friends.this a national chain so we have lots of options for our furbabies.

My dog LOVES Camp Bow Wow. We encountered a lot of issues with our previous doggy daycare. Camp Bow Wow's staff, on the other hand, has been exceptionally kind and professional. The facility is clean, and the dogs are healthy. Highly Recommend.
